My wife, son and I stayed in the place for 4 days. Really great place, really great location.

We only had one night in town and this place was perfect for us. Could easily walk everywhere and then come "home" to a nice flat. Hope to come back some time and fo some exploring.

Place was very clean. And in a great location. Checkin annd out processes were extremely easy to follow. Only two complaints I have is that mop heads were left in washer and all bedding sheets were left in dryer from cleaning team. Also, the door of main shower was broken

This apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were in town to watch a Michigan football game and this place was in a perfect location, right downtown Ann Arbor. Close enough to walk to all the downtown spots, campus, and a short walk to the stadium on gameday. The building had a wonderful rooftop area for relaxing in the evening. Would highly recommend this location and host. We will be looking to stay here for all of our future trips to Ann Arbor!

Really enjoyed the layout. We each had our own king bed and we did not have to share a bathroom. Huge perk! The location was amazing, really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we went. We had a great stay and will definitely book again next year.

It was everything that was advertised. Walking distance to everything. The outside noise was tolerable. The unit was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The sky deck was awesome. We are planning to make the condo our annual place to stay when we visit Ann Arbor. Thank you for making our experience a wonderful experience.

We had a great time. Everything was wonderful. There were a few issues with cleanliness and function of blinds but overall great experience.

We were there over the long 4th weekend and thought the location was great and apartment itself was exactly as advertised.
So many options for coffee, drinks, food, etc all within easy walking distance.
We really enjoyed the stay.

I stayed at this property for 1 month. It's spacious and well furnished with nice large windows for natural light during the day. It was well stocked (towels, shampoo, toilet paper, etc..) which made the stay much easier. I really enjoyed the fitness room and the parking was convenient. The location is central to Ann Arbor and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The property is a little noisy given the location next to some nightlife, but it's definitely worth considering if visiting Ann Arbor.

This apartment was all that it was advertised to be. It was really convenient to downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen was nice, and big enough to actually cook in. I saw the comments about the bar noise, and they were accurate, but it was not enough to keep any of us from sleeping. Loved all the big windows, I'm sure they would be even nicer in the summer! I would stay here again.

Great Condo! Clean & Comfy. Offer frequent stay discounts & we would book before a hotel every time. Is a bit noisy at nights with the Bar nightlife- a wind machine would be helpful. Loved it though!

We had a little problem with the check in process but the manager was extremely responsive so everything worked out fine. Loved the location and the unit. Super comfy beds.

This place is perfect as long as you don’t mind the noise from the bars and the occasional loud train whistles in the middle of the night.

Stay was a year ago but was good. We needed temp housing due to a flood. Parking was the only issue.

There were a few negatives with this property: 1) location is directly across the street from a very popular bar with an outdoor patio and a food truck arrives around 2am 2) the train came by twice early Friday morning, blowing it's whistle and 3) property has damaged carpet, the coffee table has water rings (no coasters were provided) and the master shower doors seem to have been repurposed from a tub enclosure, so you risk hitting your head when entering or exiting.
Positives: 1) the main living space separates the bedrooms, ensuring privacy 2) the roof deck and game room are amazing 3) communication with property manager was excellent as was the check in/out process.
Overall, we loved being in the downtown area of Ann Arbor, close to everything. The restaurants and stores are eclectic and within walking distance. The negatives wouldn't stop us from staying here again!

Ann Arbor City Apartments Experience
The place was pretty good and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was not easy. The instructions send via email were inaccurate and one step involved kneeling in the freezing concrete in garbage to open up a lock box which was supposed to contain the key fob for entering the building, but didn't... This was not fun to have to hassle this in the cold and would have been near impossible if it had been dark out. The apartment is good. It is on the 7th floor facing out to a night club. We did hear some late night partiers on Friday night when the club let out after 2 am. I also think adding black out drapes would be great since the blinds let a lot of light into the main bedroom. The second bedroom doesn't have a window. Lastly. the apartment needs a deep clean. On the surface, it looks okay, but there is a thick layer of dust on the baseboards.

Highly recommended!
