Overall its a good experience. Cannot find any flaws except the loud footsteps that we hear at night

Location was good. Convenience store was just walking distance. Very peaceful town. I like the facilities provided and the check in process was simple.

We got the unit downstairs. It was a little bit difficult to sleep at night because of loud footsteps upstairs from 11pm-12am. But there is nothing much that can be done about it.

出行很方便，房间也是干净整洁，有简单的厨房用具以便在家用餐。

枕头一定要换吧，只有两个是可以给正常睡觉的，四个非常高的枕头，脖子会很不舒服。

A Comfortable Place to Stay

It has all the amenities that you need. It is close to the train station, about a 12-minute walk, and shops. I would stay here again.

1) Adding a hook inside the toilet to hang clothes would be nice. 2) Instructions on how or where to place the soap in the washing machine. It seems someone mistakenly placed the powder in the softener compartment.

2泊快適に過ごせました。洗濯機、乾燥機があり助かりました。また室内もホテルに比べると広く寝室とリビングが分かれているのでゆっくり出来ました。トイレが２つあるのも便利でした。

あえて言うなら、2階のお部屋だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。

Great apartment

Responsive host and vet helpful to amend booking arrangements. Spacious rooms and great amenities though not much use for us since we always dine out.

Difficult to handle luggage with steep stairs to 2nd floor. Rather worried about disturbing neighbours below because on stomping sound when walking on hall floor. A bit of confusing on sorting the trash especially for foreigners (would be good to inform on such requirement upfront)

Spacious space for families stay!

Very clean and spacious. There’s projector+light in the room which the kids found useful instead of watching tv. While I like that there’s washer and dryer in the room. Detergent pods are given too.

Can be a litte confusing with the sorting of trash because there were at least 7bins in the room but no combustible except with one labeled Garbage? Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. It would be good to be able to check in around 3pm and check out at 11am.

The location is very convenient with the walking distance to restaurants and train/bus station. It is very clean and comfort with the warmth during winter.

Good for small family, great C/P

The space is good enough for a 4-member family to stay. My wife is very happy with the washing machine. Two seperate rooms with 2 beds in each give us enough space. A little demerit is that the number of electric outlets in the main area is a bit short. Every room has a parking space.

Excellent spot.

The house was modern, warm and well laid out. Everything was clean and the facilities are everything you’d need in your stay. If you are coming from Asahikawa airport then it’s around the corner from one of the bus stops. That will also take you up to the resort in the morning. In the neighborhood there are restaurants, ramen shops, convinis and a supermarket. The nightlife of central Furano is not bustling but there are plenty dotted around this property to feed and water you.

The sofa bed was meant to be made up but it wasn’t. Sofa bed is small anyway so it wasn’t really a problem.

Les pièces sont grandes et nous étions très confortable à 5 personnes.

Great value

We are a family of 5 adults, the accommodation is beautiful as per the picture, we stayed in Auntumn season so the room is cool. Parking is available and can park a Toyota Noah (which we drove).

The wifi is slightly weak and unstable.

the location is good, the indoor space is spacious. but there are apartment on the first floor and second floor. We cannot know which floor is before arrival. Since we have heavy luggage. I fell on the stairs and broke my ankle.

Ok for short stay and if you will like a place to cook your meal using the local ingredients it will be a nice place

The kitchen is pretty equipped for cooking meals. Washer and dryers are very useful

Night time upstairs people running around. And outside the room windows are a lot of bugs at night, even with flies blind closed up they are able to fly in. The request to split the rubbish makes it a bit of headache we tried our best so hopefully we sorted it at least 70% correctly.

Good stay despite some defaults.

Comfortable apartment with all you need except some "details" listed above. Excellent equipment. Almost clean. Smooth communication with manager. Good location between ekimae and market. It was quiet despite the street nearby.

One of the bedroom sheet might have not been changed. Some hair remaining and a small trace of blood. Only one thin towel for the stay. No hand towel in the kitchen, toilet or bathroom at all. We had to buy two! No shoehorn in entrance. No sponge to wash dishes. It may be little details you won't notice if you stay overnight but I found all of the missing stuff in every apartment I've already rented in Japan so far.

Enjoyable stay, cosy house.

Clean, compact and modern design house. The house is cosy like at home, can wash clothes and cooking.

Will be great if there is YouTube or other English shows in TV. Some sound on the bed when turning.

Great place to stay for families.

The apartment has full facilities such as washer, dryer, cleaning agents, and even coffee and tea bags! 2 toilets and 1 shower makes it convenient for big groups. Nice view of the snow mountain right outside the apartment.

Great location but can improve on cleanliness.

Superb location!

I doubt they change the linens for new guests. Blood stains on the pillow cases, and the bedsheet didn't feel clean.

I didn’t even stay in the unit so nothing to comment but I can only say customer service is bad.

I was very disappointed when I arrive at the unit which to my horror it was totally not clean up after the last guest has left. We arrived at the unit at around 10pm which I have my 5 year old boy, when we check in to the unit we saw towel everywhere and also waste food was smelling over the whole house. The unit was not clean up at all and when I contact the customer service ask me to wait for 10 mins, when they didn’t even call back I called them, they didn’t even offer any solution. In the end I have to look for other hotel to stay over for that nite in Furano.
