Super simple check in and out. Clean unit and easy walk into Dillon and the Dillon amphitheater

Property was nice and as advertised. Television in the king sized master room is an old dinosaur and needs to be replaced with a smart TV for the price of the stay. Ice machine barely works. Hot tub downstairs was closed.

Roomy and conveniently located. Only one toilet worked and there was a problem with the community hot tub that required the local fire department to assist when calls to Vacasa were not taken seriously.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION & VIEW. Beautiful condo. Well equipped!!! Beautifully updated (except the beds, see below). Elevator was convenient to get to and from the covered garage. Tons of stuff to do within walking distance and short drive. Perfect location to visit numerous mountains for site seeing, skiing, or snow boarding. I imagine this is as magical of a location in the spring and summer as it was for us in November. Near several golf courses but we went for the cold and snow!
Now for what DIDN'T MAKE IT PERFECT (sadly and fixable)….. The listing says it sleeps up to 7 people. We are a family of three and there were only three towels, two washcloths and hand towels. Based on the cleanliness of the condo, I doubt the number of towels was based on our family size. The security log in the kitchen showed someone logged their check in only in May and September of this year. I would agree it was at least September since this unit was cleaned. The dust was so thick everywhere. After days of us sneezing, I dusted the areas I could reach. Not something I wanted to do on vacation. I found a vacuum on our last day. Wish I found it earlier. The carpet def needed it. Higher than my reach you could see dust on the walls, pictures, fan, and blinds. THICK layer of dust. If I owned the condo I would fire the cleaning/management company. They're not doing the job you pay them for IMO. They definitely did not check in on the condo before we arrived and it's been awhile since it's been cleaned. We washed dishes too before we used them for the first time. They seemed dirty and dusty as well. There is a gorgeous wall of stone with a fireplace. We loved making a fire every day. It was obvious though where the cleaning company stopped dusting months ago. There is a line where it was dusted and then the higher the stone went the dustier they were. We turned the fan on to rotate the heat and dust feathers flew through the room so we stopped using the fan. More sneezing. I left a few locations throughout undusted with our finger swipes on them so whoever arrived after our departure could see the dust left behind.
Now to the beds....ugh....for as updated as the unit is it desperately needs new mattresses and a larger one in the master (there's plenty of room for it). We all rotated sleeping in the guest room. The loft has two twins. SO OLD! The master room has a double bed. Maybe queen but I don't think so. SO OLD! The guest room bed is a double too but somewhat more comfortable than the other beds. STILL OLD. Based on the cleanliness of the condo, we had to push the disgusting thoughts about what was possibly in the mattresses out of our heads at night. The beautiful view and perfect location kept us busy during the day.
All that aside, we will definitely stay here again BUT we will first ensure it has been cleaned and more towels so we don't have to do laundry midweek. We'll also ensure we have a contact in case we are not happy with the cleanliness of the condo. We're on the fence if we would stay again if the bed in the master isn't replaced with a larger size. It wouldn't be that big of a deal for a few nights but we were there 7 nights. That's too long for the condition of the mattresses.
Again, we would DEF stay here again if the cleanliness is addressed and based on our length of stay if the mattress in the master is updated.

A nice deck with a lovely view of the Lake Dillon Marina. The elevator was perfect for those who, like us, are trying to avoid stairs in a mountain setting. The loft provided good space for our granddaughters who came for a visit. However this unit is better suited for a weekend visit than for a month. Parking is very challenging for today’s larger vehicles. Beds are much too soft for our taste. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and cool mountain air.

Great place
Location, excellent. View is great, highly recommend. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, plate ware, silverware (although the non-stick pans were so bad, we went and bought and donated two new pans (didn't have the heart to trash the old ones, but someone please do)).
We also bought and left two sleds, has a GREAT hill right outside the kids had a blast on.
Only issue to be aware of is the parking area height. We flew and had a rental car (Toyota highlander) and it barely fit under. Typically we drive and our SUV, even without the ski rack, would not have fit. There really isn't an alternative parking area, so don't know that we will stay again next time.
Also administratively to management co., for a week stay, especially in covid era, leaving 4 dishwasher pods is a bit chintzy. Not sure anyone is going to steal the extra if you go a little fat on that staple.
Great place, you'll enjoy so long as you don't have a large SUV and you bring your own dishwashing detergent. :)
