An okay stay in Piura

1. The reception staff is very friendly 2. Room is spacious and clean

1. The location. It’s a bit far away from everything. And the neighborhood it is located gets sketchy at night 2. Wifi is very spotty. I got disconnected many times in the room 3. Not very sound proof. I could hear someone talking on the phone in my room and the sound seems to be coming from another room. 4. The bathroom is the worst. It stinks and water leaks out to create puddles on the floor. 5. No trash can in the room.

Good value for the money

The wonderful comfortable bed And cleanliness of my bathroom The kindness of the staff. We came in early before check in. We were able to be accommodated to get some rest after a long night of travel.

I would of like some cream or milk for my wonderful coffee And some fruits for breakfast

Excelente hotel, muy recomendable!

Excelente limpieza de la habitación y muy buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, no puedo quejarme de nada respecto a la habitación.

Que no cuenten con plancha, eso es básico para la gente que se aloja por trabajo.

Limpieza Amabilidad del personal de recepción Ubicación Instalaciones nuevas

1) El personal del hotel no siempre tiene puesta la mascarilla, suele sacarsela para transitar o cuando están en la recepción. 2) Se vio en varias oportunidades a huéspedes transitando por las zonas comunes sin mascarilla, a lo cual el personal del hotel nunca les exigió colocarselas tampoco. 3) Las duchas no tenían luna completa, por lo cual el agua inundaba el baño cada vez que uno se bañaba. 4) Las habitaciones no tienen cortinas por lo tanto los que tenemos sueño ligero no podemos dormir más allá de las 5 AM cuando sale el sol, y durante la noche tienes la luz de los focos de la calle que traspasan los vidrios. 5) A pesar que en Booking dice que exoneran de impuesto a los extranjeros, igual me cobraron el 18% (igv) en el valor total. 6) En la primera habitación que nos tocó (106), el baño no tenía ventana (solo un pequeño extractor de aire) lo cual provocaba un muy mal olor. Por otra parte, en las habitaciones del primer piso se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de la cocina al preparar el desayuno (voces del personal, licuadoras, etc).

It was clean and friedly. They had had some problems with flooding (like the whole of Piura) so there was mould in the room. This may be resolved by the time you stay there.. but i stayed just 2 weeks after major flooding in the whole town. to be fair to them i expect many hotels were effected and would have the same problem. the shower was hot, bed comfy, security good, air con working etc, so no other complaint.

Rooms were humid, the water leaked inside and was moldy. The rest was okay.

Not a good place to stay.

The room was spacious. It had the essentials.

The walls were dirty. The toilet had trouble flushing. No door for the shower. No hot water. Bad location.

Good

The room was large with AC and a window. You can park on the street by the hotel which isn't a busy street. It was easy parking which we really liked.

The desk was very small too be of any real help to put stuff on. A little normal sized desk would be nice.

1. Located near city center 2. Nice breakfast (basic but good) 3. Hot water and nice stream in shower

1. Continuous water pump sound during the whole night, could sleep only with ear plugs. 2. No normal closing to the shower, therefore entire restroom got wet. 3. The door wasn't locked properly from the outside 4. I'm not aware of the standards, but was surprised to pay for water. 5. Reception speaks only Spanish

The location is close to downtown, its infrastructure is modern and immaculate; the restroom is so lovely and new. The staff is kind, and the price it's good for the service

Piura is great everyone. Norte Peru is fantastic. And start with Piura. And Hotel Solec. All staff wonderful, and especially Leydi - she is unbelievable in her service.
