Only the room
How they always find reasons to ask for more money to make people pay just because we are not Egyptian, they talk to the guests and they don’t have a smile on they face they make you feel not pleasant at all. We couldn’t sleep all day because at the swimming pool there was all day swimming lessons for groups till 12:00 at night.
4.0
Training in a swimming pool with loud sound until 9pm you can't miss it and you can't sleep .
Stuff attitude front office is very bad
2.0
Only the location
It says it's 5 starts hotel but when you see the finishing inside the hotel you will hardly give it 2 stars
The WiFi connection was on and off and slow most of the time
On the 2nd day, there was no hot water, so i had to take a shower with cold water.
I couldn't take offical invoices from the hotel. They said they would send it to me through WhatsApp, but they didn't!
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Room cleanliness
Room description is misleading, booked room that says 3 persons and still refused to host us in it and changed it to double the price room

Room was large and comfortable
Building and reception area wasn’t the cleanest , no English speaking staff, booking.com indicate a nicer looking place , we only stayed a night during a Cairo stop over so not a massive issue , but the price 170 dollars very excessive , the property was 2 maybe 3 star accomodation

Its expensive and so old , need a major maintenance

I liked the location
I first booked through booking it was a booking for 2 adults .. when I wanted to renew my booking the reception lady asked me to pay through them and not through booking because it will be cheaper so I paid one full night, when I came from work I checked with the reception guy and told him about my friend arrival he confirmed and said they will only need her passport when she arrives .. two of the night shift staff other than the guy who confirmed were really bad and rude .. after confirming and paying a room of two they refused to let my friend in when she arrived late at 2 am though I have spoken to the reception supervisor and confirmed he will let her in .. I woke up at 3 am on a phone call from my friend telling me she is down at the reception and she has been there for an hour but they are not letting her in and they are asking for extra fees of 600 Egyptian pound .. it was extremely annoying especially that I have checked with them before her arrival that she is going to be with me in the same room, I went down to see what’s going on .. they denied that I have spoken to them , they were very very rude
, sarcastic and unprofessional!! they didn’t let my friend up so I asked for a refund to leave the hotel but they refused and we had to go out at 3:30 am on the empty streets of Cairo waiting for a taxi.. and what a shame!! we went to 3 hotels and we didn’t find any available rooms until now we just found one above our budget but we had nothing els to do .. it is one of the worst experiences I ever had
