Family from multiple states came for a reunion to celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday. Property was perfect for the occassion. Had a wonderful time and made lots of memories for multiple generations.

We had a great trip to Ruidoso! The house was very clean and spacious and the kids really enjoyed pool and shuffleboard in the basement. Kitchens were well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Note that there isn't much flat yard space for yard activities, and there aren't many board/card games in the house so BYO.

Overall, this place was spacious and facilitating. We ran into plumbing issues the very first night that caused an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs bathroom to be no unusable. One bed frame in an upstairs bedroom needed repair These things should have been taken care of before we showed up. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves and had a good time.

We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the location. It was beautiful. The property manager was very accommodating with our group and super friendly. WE will definitely stay at the property again!

Property was great. We are planning on staying next year for our annual golf outing. Also we talked about a late summer vacation with the wives. Central location to everything Ruidoso has to offer. Lots of space and privacy

First, James the property manager was fabulous and very responsive. We had some electrical issues and he got it fixed quickly. House is huge, really 2 houses in two stories. However, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. The floor was gross-our feet were black. Bathrooms seemed to be very lightly cleaned- a ton of hair on floor, sinks and showers. Disgusting. The towels are very small, the bath mats are very gross/old and overall I can not believe we paid the high price we did to stay at a home that wasn’t cleaned well. Hopping the property can get a better cleaning staff because this house is great for large groups.

The home was very spacious, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a group of 26. Having two kitchens and bathrooms attached to most of the bedrooms was a lifesaver. We also loved the large living room for our whole group gatherings, as there was plenty of room. We will be reserving this property again for our next retreat if it's available. On a side note, the owner of the home was very accommodating and easy to get into contact with.

Our church women's group had a two night retreat! There were 18 of us and we had plenty of room. The cabin and decor is absolutely beautiful. We were comfortable with everything from bedding, bathroom, living area and kitchen.... not to mention the beautiful deck. We hope to make it an annual event. The host was available and cordial for a few questions we had. We highly recommend this for any large group gatherings. Perfect place for a family reunion!

Cabin so nice but the person who was in charge of my hospitality his name Games was helpless , I litatly stay with no hot water in the 1st floor on my shower ! I spoke to him and he send someone to check , after my way back to the cabin it was the same , I call him he told me that was impossible to send someone to double check the problem because of the week and!

Upon entry, the cabin was sparkling clean and even the aroma of cleanliness hit you as you walked through the doors. The amount of space in this cabin is awesome, especially with a large group. Everyone had their own space. We never felt crammed at all! We all had a great time until about 3 days into our stay and around 7 people out of our party came down with nausea, vomiting, headaches and upset stomach. We had no energy and were unable to celebrate Christmas like we had hoped and planned. We chalked it up to maybe catching a stomach bug. Now more and more of our party is reportedly sick after just arriving home one day later. Another family, who had stayed in this cabin a week prior to us , also came down with the exact same symptoms. I’m not sure if there is a gas leakage, unsanitary conditions, mold or what.. but I would hate for the next family to have the same experience that we had. We missed out on our plans due to being sick. It’s really sad because the cabin is 100% perfect besides the cause for illness. Hopefully this will be looked into.

We had 13 people ages ranging 60 to 2, this cabin was perfect for our family trip. So relaxing and peaceful, great area. We will be going back, I hope yearly. The manager was very helpful.

First day we arrived water pressure low. Later in the evening we had no water. We didn't receive any notice. We dealt with it using water bottles we had brought. I called host several times now answer. Then called VRBO to be transferred to Evolve(property management) and they didn't have an answer for us and couldn't reach host either. We were without water. It was a family reunion of over 20 people ranging from infant to elderly . Luckily my family didn't complain as much we just used water bottles we had on hand. We were too busy enjoying each other. But as you can imagine very unsettling. I was embarrassed since I booked everything and felt at fault. next day still no response. couldn't cook breakfast comfortable. No one could shower to start the day. It was very upsetting. Called back and was told it was an issue with water line in the whole complex and that was a lie because we asked to neighbors and they didn't have issues. The water was completely off. what we used when we got there was water that was in the pump. Host said it was out of his hands and that he knew because cleaning ladies told him. He didn't mention anything before we arrived or next day after all my missed calls and messages. Very frustrating. Basically we were told to wait. There was no other place we could go to accommodate 20+ people Thanksgiving week! We used water bottles and luckily we got water later in the day. Very poor communication over something that is essential. House overall was spacious.

The property location, layout, and amenities were perfect for our family reunion. On the outskirts of town, the property was perfect for quick jaunts to the grocery store, yet isolated enough from the daily traffic. Numerous walks around the complex, we saw wild life (deer), along with meeting several welcoming neighbors. We had 15 people ranging from 2-years old to our 80-year old parents. There was ample room for each group to socialize, play and escape; for the teens and young adults the downstairs was perfect with games and activities. For the older generation, we could sit upstairs and play cards or watch TV without the noise of the younger group. The sleeping accommodations were wonderful with plenty of bathrooms for all. We used all rooms and beds during our stay, and the two kitchens definitely helped with storing all the food and drinks. We highly recommend this property for various age groups and large gathers…and the manager was very accommodating with personal attention.
