So cheap and so good!

The hotel was very clean! I didn't see one bug! The shower was nicely warm! Very good deal for your money!

The only thing i didn't like was the curfew. The hotel closes from 11 pm to 6 am.

Noisy street but fine for just one night

The place is cheap and just under 1km from a big shopwise and maccas etc. The AC kept the room cool and the facilities were adequate.

Its a noisy street and its only single glazing - that said the AC unit is right by your pillow so that should provide sufficient white noise to mask the street noise. It felt tired and run down but for the price was adequate.

Very good

It was clean. It's a bit spacious. It's also quiet. I like the quite old classic style of the room and the entire place. The bed is also large for 2 people.

They don't have a bottled water. They lack a few toiletries. And the guy on the front desk is not very welcoming.

The Bear is a plus

I like that not much people are here. Room is big enough and hot shower is available.

Road is noisy and gate closes at 10PM and opens at 6AM.

Good for the price, old hotel and good location, but noisy streets.

Quaint little hotel between Manila and Makati, noisy streets filled with motorcycles you can hear 24/7.

I won't stay again.

Location and its budget price.

The street was very noisy and very inconsiderate for their guest, if they are running a hotel business then they should pass some laws that protect their guest who pays for their business.

It is ok, but I won't recommend it if you have more money to spend. This is ok for few days budget.

Location is ok, and the room is cheap and fine for few days for small budget.

The street was very noisy with the motorcycles and trucks, you won't have any good sleep, you need loud headphones to block the noise.

My stay is awesome.

The place is cozy and nice and very near to a lot of major government and business establishments and agencies in Manila. The airport is less than an hour away as well. Very recommended for anyone who wants to have a quick ride to the airport.

Disappointing

1. NO fridge. No shampoo, no dental kit. 2. Can't even make a phone call from the room Using the land line. I was told to go to office to make a phone call to connect to a local land line.
