Overall the house was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with dishes and utensils. The house easily supported the 10 people of our party. The fireplace was nice. The TV had good options of things to watch.
There were issues though. Some of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. The shower in the main floor bedroom leaked onto the floor consistently. The shower faucets in the main floor bathroom and basement bathroom were loose enough that the handle could spin without turning on or off the water. The kitchen stovetop consistently left soot on the bottom of pots and pans. The driveway was steep enough that 2 wheel drive vehicles struggled with the snow. The couches in the living room were awkward and uncomfortable. Every light switch in the house operated inversely. The sauna did not seem to operate the one time we tried to use it.

It was a fantastic retreat for my team. The chalet was spacious and big enough to fit 10 people. The pictures are exactly how the place is! Very clean and cozy for everyone while also still having our own privacy.
The team was amazing and incredibly responsive. They were very helpful. They also helped with car rentals and everything was seamless. Location was quiet and yet close to main roads. Very convenient. All in all, highly recommend and would certainly come back again in the future!

This house was so nice, and set up so well for our group of 14. There was plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and privacy. The hot tub was great. Loved the open family room, Kitchen and dining area. Everyone slept well, had the privacy we needed, and we would love to come back. Property Manager was very responsive when we had questions.

Property was perfect for large families.
There is a portacrib, which we were told there was not one. Air conditioning would be nice.
Overall, we’ll stocked.

Got to to this Beautiful home and went inside and was very disappointed at how unclean it was. Called management in the morning and they were very accommodating with some solutions. These homes are very large and cleaning in turn around time is not enough time. Also this is not a home for people with allergies to dust, too many puffy furniture and rugs. Bedding was dirty too. I expect homes like that should be impeccable. Would not rent again.

We arrived to a house that wasn't shoveled, roof was leaking in multiple spots, garbages were full, garage was in dis-array (2nd new/heavy dining table was were ski's were to be hung), appliances were broken, etc.
My group worked on all of these items w management's knowledge. They were clearly short handed.
This house simply needs to be maintained.
- Coffee maker didn't work (we replaced it)
- Dishwasher didn't work (we fixed it)
- Dishes in cabinets were dirty (we cleaned them)
- Vacume didn't work (we fixed it)
- Broken Humidifiers (we replaced them)
- Outdoor furniture was buried in snow/ice (we uncovered)
- Broken ping-pong table in garage (supply chain excuse)
- Fireplace glass door/frames are falling apart on use
- Ran out of firewood, not pre-stacked indoors either
- No main area sun shades for morning sun-rise
- Not enough glassware (we bought it)
ANY reference to Ski in/out is in appropriate
Sonos audio in 2 main rooms is only a TV sound bar that doesn't cut it.
Shoveling service needs to shovel, not be on their phones
No 2nd fridge or wine keeper, sleeps 16? - really?
The main room couch looks bad, it is, and sucks
I asked how much do you expect a vacationer that paid top $ to deal with?
The Hot Tub/Sauna were amazing.
Driveway snow service was really good.
Hot Tub service was good/a text away.
Only 6 min to local SP lift.
Management was responsive but didn't have the ability or staff to solve for many of these issues.

Beautiful house, secluded with a gorgeous view. A ton of space for a group of 10 adults with a lot of amenities (games, game room, hot tub, sauna). We all had an excellent time!
Access to all Big Sky has to offer in a short drive. Definitely would return!

Amazing location with quiet, wildlife, and 360 degree view for mountains, sunrise, sunset and stars.

Most other cabin rentals will be hard to live up to our standards after staying here. The cabin was overbuilt in all the right ways. Two fire places, excessive amount of bathroom and showers, individual thermostats and radiant heat, sauna, game room, hottub and incredible kitchen/living room/deck layout. Plenty of towels, soap and fire wood provided. Highly recommended.
