Just steps to the beach shuttle and the community pool and splash park, this lovely condo is decorated with a coastal touch and an eye for comfort. The main bathroom and hall bathroom have been completely renovated in the spring of 2024. Upgrades in fall 2021 included a new cooking range, new flooring in the main and hall bedrooms, new tiles in the hall bath, and several other improvements.
When it's time to relax, it's easy in the wraparound screened porch with a view of the lake. The gas fireplace is an excellent place to warm up after a swim, and there's central air conditioning if you feel too warm. A short walk gets you to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis court, and basketball court. Guests are also free to access the tennis center, including indoor courts, during their stay. After a visit to one of the pools or hot tub, just set the beach towels to go in the private washer/dryer when you're done and enjoy the comfort of a costal condo with an elegant twist.
When it's time to turn in for the night, guests have plenty of options. The first bedroom is just to the left when you walk into the home and features a queen bed. Two other bedrooms lie in the hallway just past the full kitchen, with a full bathroom just across the hall. The second bedroom (first of this pair) includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin bed that includes a twin-sized trundle bed beneath it. The third bedroom is the main bedroom, featuring a king bed and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. The fourth bedroom lies on one side of the open loft and includes two twin beds. A full bathroom lies on the other side of the loft, in addition to one of the two workspaces.
Just one-and-a-half miles from Bethany Beach, this condo is the perfect pick for guests who want to be close to the beach but still enjoy a neighborhood atmosphere. My wife has very high standards for cleanliness and upkeep of a property, and this unit knocked it out of the park. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed for us and our 3 young children. In fact, the only compliant I have is that the description could have been even better by listing the additional amenities they provided such as a Keurig, plenty of sheets/towels/linens/blankets/pillows, samples of hand soap/dish soap/a kitchen sponge, etc. We unnecessarily overpacked to bring linens and towels which we didn't need. One of my wife's first comments was that if she was being shown this unit as a property to buy, she'd make an offer right away.

The condo was amazing, the king bed was more comfortable than my own bed, the porch and family area were comfortable and ample. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. More than enough room for the 6 of us. The owners had a great list of things to do and restaurants. The Sea Colony allows guests on pur side free parking steps away from the beach. Also a very short bike ride which our teens did, we also took the trolly to the beach for fun. The private beach was spacious and even a noce short walk to the board walk . We brought our pickle ball set and played several times, and the work out center with lap pool was literally .15 miles away (down the street). The quiet pathes and pretty grounds make a nice retreat from the beach. I loved it!!!! The one criticism was the poor cleaning job (dirty laundry left in the place and the kitchen wasnt clean) and not enoigh paper towels nor toilet paper was given for a weeks rental.

The space was just enough for our group of 8, actually sleeps 10. It is on the upper level with 2 flights of stairs with about 10 steps each to access the unit. The open concept made it easy for everyone to gather together, yet, we were not under each other. The large balcony had enough seating to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the large fitness center with state of the art equipment. There are also 2 outdoor pools but 1 was closed for the end of season. We would definitely stay here again.

This three bedroom three bath condo was perfect. Situated near the pool and fitness center is only a short drive to the beach. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Minus one star because some areas were not cleaned as well as expected. Else, it was a nice stay.

We’ve been here two years in a row and will be booking for our third year. This is a great place to stay and they do a wonderful job of maintaining the property. If there was anything negative to say they’ve made up for it. Mind you we’ve had minimal issues. And you can’t beat the price! Thank you to the owners! It’s a wonderful condo.

Beds were comfortable, management was responsive for a minor problem, place was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Only negative was having to walk a bit to get to our car to load/ unload. We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed
Entered the rental on Sunday to find out the glass top stove was broken and a new stove would not be delivered until Friday. For the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of wine. A bottle of wine really? What about knocking a few bucks off the rental. We planned on using the stove daily. We then found that the master tv was not working properly. Called and was told Comcast would be in to fix. NEVER fixed! Carpets could of used a good shampooing. There was also a broken chair at the kitchen bar. The bathtub upstairs did not drain well, you would stand in 6 inches of water while taking a shower. You are only provided with 1 washcloth for your week stay. The last night we were there, while over at the beach, a Vacasa employee entered the rental without any prior notification. Not sure why they entered the rental but doors we had closed (too keep little ones out) were open when we returned. We have stayed in Sea Colony for the last 5 years and this was one of the worst rentals we have been in.

Excellent property. we planned on more in our party, but the two of us enjoyed the condo. One thing to mention, the toilet seat in the MBR is broken. All else great.

The perfect location and house
We loved everything about this house! You can see the Sea colony pool from the house which is very convenient. There is also a little creek behind it which was excellent for fishing with the kids. The parking is not directly in front of the house however it is a very short walk to the parking lot.

Place was great except the dead ants all along the master bedroom. There was not enough sheets when we arrived but we made do. The location was great and the tram was a nice convince.

Plenty of room for our family of four. Comfortably appointed and kitchen was well stocked. A nice quiet corner of Sea Colony with the Bech just a short shuttle ride away. It is a very pleasant and walkable resort.

Memorial Weekend
Beautiful home and beautifully decorated with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Great location with tram stop right outside and walking distance to the indoor pool for rainy days. The only problem we experienced was that the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and it really wouldn’t have mattered except we had some rainy days and there’s no tv in the kids bunk room. All in all would certainly stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place little to improve
Everything was perfect except for the neighbors Saturday night! Very loud dog who liked to bark and whine during the day and late at night. Also very loud music and yelling at midnight Saturday. Tough to handle with a toddler... I will say security handled it in a very timely manner once we found the number.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay, first finding the property wasn’t exceptionally easy because it’s on the backside of the building. Location wise it was quiet and close to the area pool which was fantastic. Do want to point out that the listing photos show 8 seats at the table and there are only 6, that was disappointing. We would rent again though! Loved the sea colony and Bethany beach experience!

Birthday retreat
I planned a small getaway retreat with a few friends for my birthday and the house was beautiful and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was a peaceful weekend assey, but close to home. Only complaint I would have is the cable wasnt working correctly in the master bed room. But over all I Would definitely stay here again

Great family stay
We loved our recent stay. Spent most of our days riding bikes around Sea Colony, but was also able to ride to the beach 2x. Close access to the indoor pool (we can’t wait to go back when all of the pools and playgrounds are open). My children also loved picking their bedroom - loft was a big hit. Great selection of family games - Sleeping Queens is a new family favorite! Also easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and boardwalk.
