Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally there is an annual Wine & Cheese reception with give-aways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Honestly thought it would be soo much better from the reviews, this place was so musty the hall ways the elevators. The elevators were so slow and would get packed so fast, Thank God we were on the 2nd floor because we just kept taking the stairs but being 8 months pregnant it was terrible going up and down and it being so hot. The staircase smelled like pee and the hallways to the rooms were soo dirty. I Would never stay here again.

was a nice place. know that there will be children playing in the pool just below your balcony until 11 pm. was clean, quiet part of beach. no parking in front of tower, but there is covered parking deck. it can be a bit of a walk. Front desk was quick to respond when needed.

Easy check in process (Fran is amazing at the front desk)! Loved having a keyless entry. The room was perfect for our needs & had a great view. My only request would be to add a lock on the inside of the door. Although I felt very safe & had NO issues; I do have a toddler that could have easily opened the door. We will definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly, our condo was very clean and ready earlier than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and clean! Secured parking deck is always a plus, security checked for our wrist bands when we by the pool ( that is also a plus). My husband and I have been going to NMB since 2007 and we have only stayed at Bay Watch. This was my sixth time staying a BW. This is our go to place we will be back in the fall. I need to check for a program that gives points for returning guest. The new keypad on our door gave us a little issue getting in, but maintenance /housekeeping were able to let us in.

When I arrived, I notice that there were fingerprints still on the coffee table. The chair had stains on them and the floor was not swept good. The bath towels was not clean. It was tolerable to stay there, but i went to Dollar General to obtain lysol and cleaning stuff .

The place was great. On site management was prompt when we needed them. We were missing a shower curtain and dish towels when we arrived. They brought them right away. The place was quite and peaceful when we slept. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. The view of the ocean was fantastic.

Everywhere we walked on the property we smelled marijuana. It was awful. We smelled it in our room. We smelled it at the pool. We smelled it in the hallways and elevators. There were crowds of people always hanging out in the corners of the parking lots and loading spaces. We could hardly get through every time we came on the property. There were small children yelling and screaming by the pool until 1am. We have stayed here for years but are seriously considering not coming back. It is just too chaotic and the other patrons are really shady. Our clothes and things should not smell like dope from staying at hotel that cost is $300 a night for one king bed.

The room was everything we expected. It would be nice if the bedroom had another light fixture other than the one over the bed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the stay. There were plenty of cooking utensils, silverware and flatware. The room itself was great, but the resort was having a problem with at least one pool, so it was closed for the last two days of our trip. Again, not a deal breaker but definitely an inconvenience.

I was not happy with the entrance door it was filthy bed was totally uncomfortable had to keep the air on 70 was very hot at times I had check out on Saturday but left on Thursday because of a funeral I had to attend on Friday I did enjoy the view of the beach the place definitely needs to be updated my husband and son enjoyed breakfast and there server which was nice we wanted to try a place on the beach this year I have to say I was disappointed

Thanks for a great experience. A resort like this, you have to expect a lot of other guests on the property. And I booked during the July 4th holiday, so it was extra busy. The condo was spacious enough for my daughter and myself. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. Only thing that was an issue was the sofa and chair were damp the entire stay. This might be due to the cleaning process or a moisture issue. The linens and towels also felt damp. But the AC seemed to work properly because we were comfortably cool. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved the ocean front view . The room was spacious we comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 children in this room. Having a Kitchen with the basic appliance was a plus . The down side was the beds were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs right through the beds . We called the front desk but they offered no real solution other than placing a “job ticket” also because of Covid housekeeping doesn’t come in to freshen up the room and replace any needed items . We stayed for 5 days and needed towels and toilet paper replaced front desk personal were very rude and seemed annoyed. magically our room phones were disconnected and we couldn’t call the front desk anymore . So we needed to use our cell phones or personal go ask for the items. Other staff around the hotel were pleasant and helpful.
