The apartment was lovely, the decor was nice and it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing break. The door code opened easily and we found it easy to fine.

Beautiful and large apartment. Comfy beds and looks great throughout. All the facilities you need. Big tv. Loved the place. Great location for the marketplace.
Being in a downstairs apartment lack of much natural light. Air con means temp is fine though. Still loved the place!

The access was OK but took a few goes as the placing was not great of the key pad. Rooms were spacious and although we were not in the room that much, was comfortably equipped.
The main issue was the parking as it said it came with parking but did not explain it was paid for and started at 6am in the morning. There were no instructions we could find in the apartment explaining how we could pay in advance so it meant waking before 6am both mornings and registering the parking for 2 hours until we left. Something telling you about it would have been very helpful.

Just not as clean as expected

Excellent apartment, clean, modern with air con! Will definitely visit again.
Not a massive issue but the parking wasn't great, not a fault of the hosts at all, the road works in the area made it a problem.

The service was beyond perfect, Jess putted up with multiple phone calls late of a Friday night and guided us the apartment after a taxi dropped us off in the wrong location. Could not be more grateful! The apartment is top notch, couldn't fault it in any way. We had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful modern apartment. The facilities were as described and more. We will most definitely be staying again!

I loved the layout and the design of the interior. It was very quiet.
We were strangers to the area and only on the last day of our stay did we discover a more interesting area for shops and restaurants. A little map showing locations of interest that are within walking distance would be good.

The location worked well.
The parking was awkward. maximum 3 hours outside the property. For the long stay you had to be up at 6am to pay for the next day.
There was a lot of noise.

As a family we really took our time looking for the right place as my daughter ruby has autism, so it had to be in the right setting. Everything was perfect and the apartment was up to the highest quality standards.
On the day we left as I'm a very honest person, and have Very much respect for a person property, I did spill make up on a coushion the morning we were leaving, I really felt bad and decided to get the coushion dry cleaned. BUT!!!! 1. The way I was asked and spoken too 2. Was threatened by police for theft 3. Was Demand £85 for taking the coushion (even though I thought I was doing the right thing to get it dry cleaned) 4. Iv had multiple calls and demanding message for money. It's a real shame as me my partner and daughter had a fantastic 5 days.

The apartment is very modern and well decorated throughout. They have all of the appliances needed and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was large with enough room for us all to move about freely.
Although it did not bother us sadly there was a derelict building across from the flat with homeless people/squatters residing in it. There is also a homeless outreach building across from the flat so every morning and evening there were large numbers of people congregated outside. I would bear this in mind as it could easily make some people feel unsafe. There are no windows which open on the main living floor so the space got very warm very quickly even with the fans on. As there windows do not open if there was a fire you could easily become trapped with no way out. There was also no fire extinguisher or blanket. No free or secure parking nearby.

Kitchen was good. Only 2 pots for cooking. Good amount of crockery and cutlery.
It would have been useful to say on the website that there are NO OPENING windows and that half of the unit is underground. I am claustrophobic and had a major panic attack after the 4th night and had to leave to stay somewhere else. If I had known there were no opening windows I would never have booked it. I would love to get even 2 nights refunded. We paid for 8 nights but I only survived there for 4 nights.

The standard of the property was amazing, it reminded me of a new build show home! I even took some pictures for ideas on how to renovate my own house. Everything you need to work and relax.
The parking and local homeless people caused no issues during our stay, but local residents warned us of some recent car break ins. so we decided to park in the local NCP Car park, very cheap and with CCTV and only a 5 min walk from the apartment so wasn't a problem.

All was good.

The property was really clean and in a great location. not far from all the shops but in a quiet road.
The heat was left on so when we arrived it was over 30c in the apartment. It also didn’t have any windows you could open to let air in so it was always warm. Being 6ft 4 I couldn’t fit in the beds as they had smaller than standard size.

Very well decorated. Very clean. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, glass ware, pots and pans. Bed very comfortable.
Even though a family was above us, we couldn’t hear them.
Towels and linen provided
Ice in the freezer
Down stairs is actually the basement.
Very dark and dim without lights. Only 2 windows in apartment. But they do not open to let any fresh air in. Had to leave front door open to get any air in. (Door is at the top of quite steep stairs)
1 bedroom no window at all.
Extremely hot in the apartment. We were left 1 fan to cool entire apartment. No A/C.
Oven took a long time to warm up. But on using, made the flat more hotter than it was before.
Covering on stairs coming away. So we tripped the last 3 stairs.
No immediate take away food places. Had to get Deliveroo. Take food with you.
Quite a run down area, the outlook is miserable, building site outside our door. But we were told by locals all the work happening outside is to make it a pedestrian area.
No parking. As we were advised. £10.50 for 24 hr in local car park. But if your lucky to get parking up the road. Only for 3 hours, apart from 6am Sunday till 6am Monday.

Loved the market location and modern decor. Facilities were very good. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and dish washer.
I would have liked the option to open windows during hot summer days and we ended up leaving the door open for some circulation but it’s a quiet street and that was fine for us.

The flat is entirely underground, so in July, it is horribly stuffy, as there are no opening windows ( at least as far as we could tell/ within reach). The dining table chairs were also oddly plastic, as though they were really lawn chairs.
