Lange Warterei beim Frühstück, wegen defekter Kaffeemaschinen, während 2 Tagen ... Dazu wird während man in der "Kaffeeschlange" steht, hinter dem Rücken der Tisch mit bereits wieder weggeräumt, wenn man nicht aufpasst.

Angefangen von der Ankunft bis hin zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Sowohl das Essen ( es fehlte an nichts) bis hin zum Service war grandios.

Der sehr nette Empfang beim Check-in sowie die freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeiter beim Gepäckservice und an der Bar in der Lobby sowie die Zimmerreinigung
Wir hatten HP gebucht und mussten feststellen dass im Restaurant max. 5% der Tische belegt waren, was uU an der Auswahl der Speisen ( es gab an 2 hintereinander folgenden Tagen exakt dieselben Speisen) und dem äußerst unmotivierten Personal lag. Der „Oberkellner“ ignorierte uns jeweils min. 10 Minuten bis er uns die Getränkekarte brachte. Die Happy Hour in der Executive Lounge erinnerte eher an ein All inclusive Hotel, brüllende Kinder rauften sich um Speisen weil ihre Eltern sich mit den Snacks der Happy Hour ganz offensichtlich das Abendessen ersparen wollte. Die Executive Lounge ist in diesem Setting absolut sinnbefreit und verdient ihren Namen nicht und schon gar nicht den Aufpreis.

Elevators don’t work properly, full spa facilities are not open the whole day, only half is open, for dinner only buffet or pizza is available, poor buffet offer and too expensive for very limited selection of food (50 Euro per person for poor buffet is not value for money), no a la card possibility for dinner in the Kitchen restaurant, no sauna culture, people bring mobiles in the spa and enter sauna with swimming suits

Struttura studiata bene con un parcheggio comodo. Attrezzata benissimo per chi è amante della cura del corpo con una palestra mozzafiato. Una bella Spa. Vista sul mare invidiabile da quasi tutte le camere. Colazione con prodotti di buona qualità, forse aumenterei un po' la scelta nel dolce. Personale disponibile e molto gentile sempre.
Accappatoio non di qualità e oltretutto non di misura. Investite qualche euro nella sostituzione degli stessi magari abbinando anche il nome dell'hotel e abbiate accortezza di scegliere le taglie in base a chi lo indosserà, basterebbe chiedere taglie al check-in, siete un hotel 5 stelle. Finiture soffitti non all'altezza considerato che l'hotel ha pochi anni e mostra diversi problemi per esempio in piscina. Carta sulle pareti con problemi, ho soggiornato in una "camera tipo villa".
Basta pochissimo per essere al top.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Infitity-Pool sind einfach super - herrlicher Ausblick! Und auch unsere Familien Villa war top! Jedenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden sicher wieder dorthin fahren :)

Das Hotel bietet die perfekte Kulisse für einen erholsamen Wochenendausflug ans Meer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, makellos sauber und das Personal übertrifft alle Erwartungen mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Der SPA-Bereich lädt zu erholsamen Stunden ein und trägt zur vollkommenen Entspannung bei. Das Frühstück war ein Genuss für die Sinne – mit einer großzügigen Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen, die geschmackvoll präsentiert wurden. Die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück war einladend und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.
Es fällt schwer, etwas zu bemängeln. Allerdings empfinde ich es als schade, dass für den Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zusätzlich zur ohnehin schon recht hohen Zimmermiete von über EUR 250 pro Nacht nochmals EUR 20 pro Nacht berechnet werden. Diese Tatsache wurde in keiner Beschreibung erwähnt. Zwar war der Parkplatz bewacht und direkt vor der Tür, jedoch erklärt dies vielleicht auch, warum so viele Autos wild auf Gehwegen und Bushaltestellen vor dem Hotel geparkt waren. Doch wenn man bereits mehr als EUR 250 pro Nacht ausgibt, mögen € 20 für den Parkplatz vernachlässigbar erscheinen. In der Hotelbar abends hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter bereits seit dem frühen Morgen auf den Beinen waren und wenig bis keine Energie mehr hatten. Trotzdem zeigt man hier Verständnis, besonders abends an der Bar, wo man noch etwas Zeit hat.

Amazing room with a view. We got an upgrade upon our arrival, even though the room we reserved looked the same, so I'm not sure what kind of upgrade we got, but we LOVED the room. The view is awesome, electronic controlled curtains are an elegant touch. Bed is beyond comfortable and really big, the decor is nice and we loved that the tv is not in front of the bed to mess with the view, but it's a pull-out from the side. Bathroom is nice but could use a few more storage shelves. Staff we encountered with, was kind and helpful, Breakfast was amazing. But what we loved most, apart from our room and the balcony, was the sauna area - the pool is okay, but could use an up-do, however, the saunas are amazing, including a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi, etc., we were there for 3 hours at least and really enjoyed ourselves.
We felt the Swedish chair dinner in the hotel dining room was way too expensive (we didn't want a pizza or to drive to the centre of Opatija for dinner, so this was our go-to option). The food was good, but not worth that much in our opinion, compared to other 5* hotels where we ate similar dinner for much less. The lounge area at the saunas is amazing but a bit small for such a big hotel.

Wir hatten einen tollen, entspannten Urlaub mit viel Fitness, Schwimmen und leckerem Essen. Das Hotel ist top, Aussicht vom Zimmer der Hammer (man hört das Meeresrauschen), schon mit dem Öffnen der Vorhänge startet man richtig toll in den Tag (sogar bei Schlechtwetter)

Naja off Season. Keine Waffeln 😉 beim Personal hat es manchmal weiß an Koordination gefehlt (waren am Check out obwohl drei Leute da waren, erst keine Reinigung, nach Anruf gleich zwei Teams) aber alle waren super freundlich und es war echt verzeihlich. Das Spa ist für Kinder unter 16 verboten sollte man wissen…

Das Gesamtpaket ist nahezu perfekt. Speziell der Spa/Sauna Bereich ist wirklich toll und das gesamte Personal überaus bemüht und freundlich/hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war mega, die Aussicht direkt über die Kvarnerbucht mit Blick auf Opatija und Rijeka sucht seinesgleichen.
Die Parkgebühr von 20€ p.Tag ist etwas zu hoch, auch wenn die Parkgarage sehr sauber und gepflegt ist.

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, the staff welcomed us with a smile.
Our room was automatically upgraded, which was a very kind touch from their side.
The rooms are fully equipped, private and comfortable
in the Hotel you can indulge in the beauty of their Spa variety and heated pool.
The Food was also very good and the selection at the breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, the food menu at the Aura lobby bar has room for improvement.
it's not a dislike rather an I expected more from aura lobby bar
otherwise everything was spotless.
