It was very close to the Banff National Park. The owner was super-polite and helpful. The property was very comfortable and clean. Dishes, mugs, dishwasher made meals easy. The laundry was very helpful for a trip with a lot of hiking!

This unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really nice to have a well supplied kitchen where we could cook meals. Our host was very attentive and proactive asking if everything was ok and responded instantly when I had a question. It felt like being in a home.

The location was perfect for our trip. We were able to get around to all the places we wanted to visit.
We would have liked to have all the rooms on one floor since we are senior citizens.

A well appointed apartment with a homely feel. It suited us well as two couples shared. So happy we chose to stay in Canmore rather than Banff. It’s a beautiful town.
It is a little isolated, about 4kms out of Canmore

That we had a very short trip and couldn’t enjoy the property much 😛

Stunning location (once the wildfire smoke had disappeared!). Handy for both Canmore and Banff.

Had everything we needed, very nice place, everything top notch. Even had spices and condiments so we didn't have to buy a bunch of things we normally do. Communication was excellent, it's obvious the host cares a lot about a good experience for guests. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Our only negative wasn't something advertised in the listing -- The complex has a hot tub and pool, but they were closed. It was a surprise to find out it was there, but then wasnt available for us to use anyways.... Did not deduct anything for that as the listing didn't mention it -- Just might be an added plus in future, and certainly if they can get it up and running again would be an even better place to stay.

Comfortable, clean, and comfy. Staff anticipated all our needs right down to a book and blanket to use by the fire after a day of snowboarding. The kitchen was well stocked with things we forgot to take. Close to the national park. Park passes were a bonus.

Location is quiet, safe, and is excellent for visiting Banff and Canmore. Our 2 bedroom lodge is cozy, spacious, and fully equipped. Parking is free and right out front. Staff are supportive and friendly. Also, a national park pass was provided during our stay which is a big plus!

Convenient location. Cozy room! Host even lent us a park pass and bear spray for free. Lots of brochures in the house to read up on to make the most informed decisions travelling in Banff. Loved that there was a washing machine.
Perhaps the previous users were not so clean, so lots of our utensils needed an extra wash.

The property was in a good location.
The whole place was dusty, there was rubbish lying around and a bottle of urine sitting outside in the balcony. Host was very uncooperative.
