More towels please. One towl for 5 days is not enough. I found the parking instructions a bit confusing to find.

The management told me I had to pay for towels($100) as it was not found after I left the apartment. This is a troubling matter to future tenants as I left everything as it was. Secondly, there was a floor mat on the towel hanger and the towels were in the drawers in the living room which make me wonder about customer service as compared to other rentals.

The host was easy to contact, responded quickly. The suite was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Parking was easy and safe. Stores were nearby. Very quiet. Very pieceful.
Nothing.

location was good
dealing with Sure Home Stays LP was a nightmare and there was no air conditioning

The space was clean. Convenient location for my requirements.
When I arrived at the rental the space is a renovated storefront. It was very cold in the space. I turned all the heaters up a bit, and needed to go out. I came back several hours later, to a still very cold space. I turned the heat as high as possible. When I messaged my contact at the property advising them of the issue. I was told to look in the closet, and then under the kitchen sink. There were no space heaters. It was very cold. They brought a small space heater for night two. It lit up HOWEVER it did NOT throw heat. I spent both nights sleeing in all my clothes, with every blanket I could find on the bed. This was a horrible stay. I was so cold the whole time I was in the rental. I have spoken to Booking and the rental company is not going to compensate me at all.
PS If you are a TV watcher, you cannot sit comfortably on the couch, or lay in bed and watch TV.
