Great location for what we had to do. Staff was incredible!!!!!
We got the spa room and it was wonderful. My wife who has back issues needed the comfort gained by this room.
We will definitely stay there next time we are in town.

Clean.
• When I booked — about three months in advance — I requested a ground floor. I got an affirmative response (“Absolutely!”) but when I arrived there were no ground floors available and they didn’t even know I had a reservation — I had to show my Booking.com confirmation.
• There was a drug bust in the parking area — officers in DEA jackets and everything.
• When I checked out no one was in the office and it was locked so I dropped my keys through a drop slot along with a note requesting a receipt be emailed to me. The next day I got a phone call asking if I was going to check out. I explained I had checked out and asked again for an emailed receipt. To date, no receipt.
• No room service for a six-night stay. No coffee or anything else — all blamed on COVID.
• To be fair, the room was clean — if shabby — and the office staff was friendly, when they were around.
• Bottom line, spend a little extra and go elsewhere.
