About this house rental

Renovated in February 2024 with new interior paint, lighting, new comforters and bed pillows. All New furniture in 2023.
This freshly renovated charmer is tucked away from the hustle & bustle, A Beach Inn Place is located on the oceanfront with direct beach access and two levels of coastal living at it's best! Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the open and spacious living room on the top floor. All four bedrooms are on the oceanfront, and each have access to a deck where you can sit back, relax and take it all in! You and your family will always cherish the memories of your vacation at this special home!
This home is furnished with linens, bathmats and towels for all rentals. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

**** Please note: During Peak Season, Check in and out days are Sunday to Sunday to help stagger the traffic and workload.

Your vacation rental is located 1 mile north of the Surf City high rise bridge. New Furniture in most all rooms for 2023! You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, IGA grocery store, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

We have been staying in this house for the past vew years and we witnessed how the hourse got renovated, and how the owner cares and provides all the essentials. The house is in a perfect location. The host is very kind, responsive and cares obout the guests' experience. We recommend it for 100%, especially knowing how little you can get in Surf City for the simmilar money or even more.

We had a wonderful week! The house was beautiful and the location was very good. We had enough space for our family. The kitchen was filled with all the cooking supplies that we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the decks when we weren't out in the ocean.

Our family had a great time relaxing at the beach! So many properties advertise that they are "beach houses", but in reality are within a few blocks or so. This wonderful house was right on the beach. The host, Erick, was totally responsive to our every need and always communicated without delay. We will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this great house more strongly!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erick’s beach front home! The location couldn’t have been better as you could walk right down to the sand, and we loved that all 4 bedrooms had beachfront views and a deck. The house was extremely clean and organized and was stocked with whatever you needed. Erick was quick to respond with any questions as well! It was the perfect home for our family beach trip!

The house was exactly as promised in the listing. To me the pictures don't even do it justice. It was perfect for my family and loved having my coffee every morning watching the sunrise. The beach was amazingly clean and watching the dogs and people going by was really relaxing. Literally on the beach as soon as you walk off the deck. Spent everyday on the beach. Can't wait to stay again in the future!!! Thank you!!

This was a great house for Granny Camp on the beach. Erick was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay, he even helped us as a concierge for local activities.

We stayed for my Mom’s 50th Birthday. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay but Erick was prompt and had things fixed as quickly as possible. We only had one complaint and it was addressed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and would definitely re-book this home for a future vacation!

Great location for those looking to be close to surf city, but not with all the people on the beach. Easy check in/check out processes. Loved having 2 decks, an outside enclosed shower and nice chairs on the deck to watch the ocean. Place was clean when we arrived and linens were waiting for us on the porch.

Where to start.. Erick the owner was exceptional, very responsive & respectful. From the first contact (which was many) until the trip, he was patient, caring, & helpful. Always going above and beyond. The house.. beautiful, non cluttered & decorated in beach theme throughout. The view is breathtaking! Every day we were captivated with panorama view of the ocean. We watched dolphins play daily. This vacation couldn’t have been better. Great host, beautiful home. Would 1000% stay here again!

Great property and location. Enjoyed walking to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Clean and well decorated. Loved the views of the ocean. Outdoor shower, beach umbrella and chairs, and grill were great to have. Owners responded to our request right away. Only suggestion is to replace glass drinking cups. They looked well used. Thanks for a great week!

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location and the convenience of being right on the beach! The house has most everything you need for your stay. We loved having the grill to cook out on since we were staying with young children. The change in the stairs to the beach does require a somewhat difficult climb up the dune if there is anyone with mobility issues or young children. Erick was a great host and very responsive! Would stay again!

House was nice and in a perfect location, especially for being stuck inside during the cold storms we had during our stay. However, after we checked out I was accosted by Erick and charged $200 for having an animal in the home when in fact we did NOT have or bring any animals to the property. I asked him to check his security cameras and he told me they don’t work when guests are there. Then as the argument ensued, he miraculously provided screen shots of my husband carrying out my pregnancy pillow with a comforter and a pink cooler he stated was a small dog crate! Not only was I lied to by the owner about these security cameras, I was blamed endlessly for having animals in the house. I hope to never be treated like that again by a homeowner of these Vrbo properties. Stay at your own risk.

This home is beautifully updated and clean! We have stayed in many homes at Topsail and this is definitely one of the cleanest. The only thing that needed updating are the kitchen appliances. They are functioning but could definitely use updating. Erick was always quick to respond to any question. Nice that the upstairs Queen and downstairs Queen rooms have walk-in showers. The King Master has a shower/tub combo for anyone that wants or needs a bathtub. The only con was anyone with a physical limitation MAY find it challenging to get to the beach, which is indeed right outside the door, because you need to climb up and down the dune. My 85 year old mother wasn’t able but she still loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Surf City at this property. Right on the beach made it so easy with young kids, and not too far from restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean with plenty of space for our crew of 5 adults and 3 young kids. Highly recommended.

What a great property! Plenty of space for everyone in the family to have some space to themselves. The beach is literally outside of the house which the kids thought was amazing. On our last day there, we sat on one of the two porches , and were surprised to see a large pod of dolphins swimming along the shore. We loved our trip and will definitely be booking this house next year!
