Plus, the nicest view of the Colorado River in Marble Falls. Lots of Character, especially for Texas Music Lovers and folks who like to hang out on a picturesque patio. The Willie House was just perfect! The view from the deck is amazing, and the wildlife was abundant - Scott provides bird seed, hummingbird nectar and deer corn. We saw tons of hummingbirds, birds, rock squirrels and a family of deer. The home is very comfortable and private with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Maybe the best VRBO we have stayed at. Loved feeding the deer & birds, house had everything including a great view of the river. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and plenty of entertainment devices in the home. Home is centrally located to most activities and amenities in the area. Loved all the color and artwork in the home. We will be back again very soon!

the house is perfect in every way. Loved seeing the song birds, the hummingbirds and deer feeding in the yard each morning. And a surprise visit from a roadrunner. The house is stocked better than any VRBO Ive ever stayed in.. We cant wait to go back..

The Willie House was absolutely beautiful! Loved all the Country music artist artwork and themed decor. The beds were so comfortable and cozy. My family really like all the extra touches, like drinks in the fridge, condiments & spices available for use, plus soaps & shampoos to use if you wanted. The spacious balcony overlooking the river was so peaceful and relaxing and included a bar & a grill ready to use. Will definitely stay again!

There really are not enough good things to say about A "Willie" Nice House. If you are looking for a fun, casual, and friendly place to spend some down time this is the place. The house is beautiful, friendly, and built to relax. The view off the porch looking towards the river is guaranteed to drop your stress level a few points, and the deer coming into the yard each morning is a good reminder that there a many beautiful things living in this world.
The host makes sure that anyone who stays at the Willie house has the most hospitable stay. Everything is fun, friendly, well cared for and ready for your stay. It was a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend. Many thanks for a "Willie" great time.

We have been staying at the Willie House every year for three years. We look forward to bird watching on the patio every morning, deer sightings on the front porch, and grilling every night for dinner. Scott is a terrific host and the Willie has everything you need and more. Who doesn't love Willie and The Willie House?

The Willie House was private, relaxing, comfortable & absolutely wonderful!! My daughter met me there & we throughly enjoyed the view, the outside & of course all of nature surrounding us. There was plenty of convenient shopping & places to eat. We really enjoyed our Pottery Barn day out!

We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. It was so nice to see that the reservation was exactly as we had seen. We enjoyed having it to have a place for down time from the wedding activities. We would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Willie house, but we knew we would. Peaceful looking out from the patio to the river, wildness below, birds . Good locale to get to hiking areas, lots of places in town to eat if you're not grilling on the patio. Definitely a 5* stay!

The Willie is a charming, unique property. Great deck overlooking the river. Lots of hummingbirds and butterflies. The property is comfortable and clean and decor is unique. I will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Stayed for 3 days, including the 4/8/24 solar eclipse. First time in Marble Falls and had a great vacation, a lot of that due to the amazing house and great location on the river. Lots of amenities, including the stellar porch and river view! Willie, willie amazing. Highly recommend.

We loved the 6 weeks we spent at The Willie House. Scott is very easy to work with and a great host. The house is even more beautiful and peaceful than the pictures show. Such a wonderful hideaway that is nestled on a hillside overlooking a waterway. The owner has tastefully and artistically decorated the place and it was obvious they cared about the experience you had. There were little snacks, chocolates, wine, waters and more available for partaking at no extra expense. The bedrooms are gorgeous. The master king bed was the most comfortable soft bed I’ve slept on besides my own at home. The smaller bedroom bed wasn’t as comfortable or soft but the decor was lovely. What made this place stand out aside from the country music “Willie” ranch theme was the owner’s hospitality and thoughtfulness in all the little details added to make sure your stay is memorable and enjoyable. He was a phenomenal host and so was our stay at the “Willie House”! PS- We went by the Pottery Ranch as well which the host owns and it did nit disappoint! What a cool place that I plan to come back to very soon!

I want to tell you that this place and this experience was terrible….because I’m selfish was don’t want this place to be booked next time I want to stay there….but I can’t do that. My sisters and I live in different metro areas of Texas and met in Marble Falls for a short but sweet gathering. We found the Willie Nice House to be a great place to stay in the Texas hill country. Marble Falls is a charming town plus it’s close to beautiful parks, the wine region, and Austin and San Antonio are just an hour’s drive. And the view from the back patio really is phenomenal. We loved it all. We’re already planning on another trip as this place is now always on our minds; but next time, we’ll spend more time on the beautiful patio, it was lovely!

This was our second time to stay in the Willie nice house. It is still one of the best homes we have had the pleasure of renting. The beds and linens are phenomenal. The refrigerator has cold water stocked. There is a coffee maker, with coffee. So many wonderful small touches, makes you feel like you never left home. The patio and outside with the deer are just wonderful. First thing my husband did was feed the deer! We will be back, the house is a vacation retreat, even when we are there to work! Scott is a wonderful host, any concerns were promptly addressed. We can't complain about anything! Love, love the Willie nice house!

The location is superb; a private nook in the middle of Marble Falls overlooking the Colorado River! Wonderful outdoor space (be sure and put corn out for the deer - we saw them every evening around 5pm). The back patio and front porch can easily be used as an extension of living space at the Willie house! I appreciated how stocked with essentials, and then some, the house was (cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, spices, trash bags, zip lock bags, creamers, etc.). The house was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!
