Welcome to our 2,478 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This two story home is perfectly located in Oro Valley to take advantage of shopping, dining, hiking, biking, and just plain relaxing.

Todd and Stacy have worked hard to make sure comfort and luxury are available to their guests. Linens are top of the line, comfortable furniture and beds, and lots of extras (cleaning supplies for patio and inside the house if needed, over 20 spices, oils, sugars, coffees, teas, etc, in addition to body and hand soaps, and detergents). The property is quiet, comfortable, and the AC works great. In addition, for those impacted by mold, I did not see any under sinks or in showers, etc. We would happily stay here again. A few of our favorites, where the mama hummingbird nesting in the citron tree, the rainbows and storms over the Eastern skyline, the large shaded lanai, and the take one, replace one beverage fridge.

We couldn't have asked for more. This place is huge - larger than the pictures show. Great pool, hot tub, lots of outdoor seating for reading or eating and even a putting green practice area. It's just wonderful. It's easy to get to lots of local places (hiking in the very close by Catalina State Park is just amazing). Very comfortable beds too. And something we've never seen before: a very nice take some/leave some liquor collection and wine fridge. Todd was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Every thing about our 3 week stay in Oro Valley at Todd & Stacey's Vrbo residence was perfect. House was what we expected and in some cases exceeded our expectations. It well equipped with necessities (towels, dishes, cookware etc.) Great location to stores, restaurants, golf, parks, etc. Quiet neighborhood and a stunning view of the Catalinas.
Communication with hosts was always answered promptly. We would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.

The house & property were perfect for our getaway. The location is lovely in that even tho it is in a neighborhood - there are no homes across from the house to block the views of the mountains. Morning & evening views were the best. Host was helpful. House was well equipt for cooking, dining & grilling - eating inside or outside. Pool looked lovely tho it was too cold in February to swim. We used the hot tub often. It is quite large & would seat 6 easily. Loved the beverage frig of "take a bottle - leave a bottle".

We are from Chicago and came to Oro Valley for our Nephews wedding. We were delighted to find your home to be so close to my sister’s house. The travel back and forth was so much easier. Your home is truly a home away from home. Extremely comfortable in every room and group living space. The 3 rooms with the queen beds were beautiful but my kids reported the mattresses to be very hard. The king sizes beds were very comfortable. The view of Mt. Lemmon is absolutely beautiful and we could stare at the mountains for hours on end. Thank you again for a beautiful stay.

This property in Oro Valley was a great layout and size for our group of 7. The kitchen was very well equipped, better than most VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and allowed us to easily put together a thanksgiving dinner! We enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunges into the pool. The view is very nice! We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood as well. The host was quick to address questions and accommodate us. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is an easy house to live in. Beds were excellent, linens, towels were top-north. Kitchen was well appointed - and had enough supplies for our 10 day stay. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and putting green. Excellent groceries, restaurants close by. Lovely park very close. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Todd and the house were great. He was very responsive to a few special needs we had. All beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great. Only suggestion was to put high contrast tape on step edges at inside of front entrance. Several of us almost fell when we tripped on it more than once. Also needs new cushions for pool recliner chairs. Otherwise a great house & lovely location & view of the mountains!

Wonderful house for us and our adult daughters and their boyfriends (3 couples). Well furnished and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and putting green. Liked the location so close to biking along Canada del Oro and hiking, and easy drive to Sabino Canyon and Saguarro Ntnl Park. Also nice to have the park across the street for a short hike in the dessert when you just need to stretch your legs (about a 1 mile hike max). Services are nearby and easy. The hosts were helpful with house logistics and with recommendations when needed.

My cousins and I stayed at this property to attempt a memorial service for there mom and my aunt. The house was perfect for us, providing private spaces to grieve as well as large spaces to gather and share memories. I would highly recommend this property!

The home is in a very nice location. We enjoyed the location and the home very much. When we were "home" we spent a lot of time outside and really enjoyed the outdoor space and the hot tub. We would like to note that a couple of the bedrooms could benefit from upgraded mattresses especially when all bedrooms are used by adults. All in all it was a very nice rental.

The ceiling fan in the master BR did not work, I notified the owner, no response. The 2 pool lounge chairs had seen better days. No one used them because they were afraid to go through. The door on the cabinet that the TV was in, in the living room, was falling off the track. I notified owner, no response. All in all, a nice place, but needs some updating and some repairs.

What a great home and host. The minute you walk in the door you feel at home. Everything you need is in the house and the host told us to contact him if we needed anything else. Love the book highlighting favorite places to eat. We highly recommend this host and even this particular home with pool and putting green. Had a great time visiting for our daughters white coat ceremony from the university of Arizona vet school. We will be back again next year!

Nothing but good to say about this property. The space was amazing with four bedrooms and three full baths. Loved floating in the pool in the mornings! Todd was amazing to work with and responded to any questions within minutes. If we are back in Tucson, we will be grabbing this house again!

Perfect Little Family Getaway
Beautiful, fully stocked, clean and cozy! Backyard and view were incredible, especially for our 1.5 and 3 year old, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and fenced pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Loved our stay at this home!
This was such a great house to stay in while we celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Todd was easy to communicate with the whole time, and we were actually able to check in early which was a nice surprise. The house was large and very clean and well stocked. We loved the take one leave one beer/wine fridge - really nice touch. The outside space is just wonderful - and where we spend the majority of our time. The kids and grandpa loved the putting course and we all enjoyed lounging by the pool and enjoying that lovely Tucson weather.
Just a couple of suggestions for the future to consider. First the pool was freezing - even in 90 degree weather. Perhaps consider adding a pool heater and charging an extra fee to heat it? I would have been happy to pay that so that my kids would have be able to enjoy the pool.
Second- the lounge chair cushions have seen better days and might need to be replaced.
And last, but most importantly, in the entry way there is a raised platform area that bisects the middle of the room. As it is the same color as the floor, it is a huge tripping/fall hazard. One of our guests fell off it and landed hard on her knee and was pretty bruised up, another time I tripped off it and almost fell. Might be worthwhile to look at having that removed, or somehow making the edge more noticeable to avoid injuries.
But all in all a really great house in a great location - can't beat that view of the mountains when the sun is setting!

Extra Special Touches
We stayed in many VRBO properties that are lovely - as is this home. However, this home had attention and care that went above and beyond. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom layout.
The kitchen is well appointed and very organized. The extra touches included plastic baggies, extra paper towels, a very large selection of spices, and condiments! Yes, we found balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, coffee. Items that you need a few ounces of and hate to buy a large bottle. This kitchen had it all.
The hot tub was a special addition - it worked and was hot.
All in all, this place lives up to the description and more. A great location too. It is very close to Catalina State Park, multiple stores, and restaurants. Thank you Todd and Stacey.

Family Thanksgiving
The house is wonderful for young and old. Outdoor space is fantastic with hot tub, putting green and plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal for 9 and groceries/restaurants are just a short drive away. 4 spacious bedrooms one on the 1st floor which was great for 1 family member with walker/wheelchair for naps when visiting. Host was very responsive when we had questions and/or issues. We really enjoyed our time there.

This is a great property, conveniently located in Oro Valley…easy access to everywhere!
We loved having the third bathroom which is very hard to find in a 4 BR home.
This home is equipped!!! There are little touches in every room that you don’t see in other rentals. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, spices, towels, detergents.
Larger hot tub than most other homes, beautiful pool. The putting green was used almost every day. Just a great place!

The house and property was everything anymore. The view from the backyard of the mountains was incredible as well. My boys and I loved the three whole putting green, Pool and hiking. The house was spacious, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely return.

Great for entire family
This house exceeded our expectations!!! Home was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would ever need. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect and where we spent most of our time. Hosts were great as well and responded to any questions we had immediately. Our family is already planning our next stay here next summer. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!
