We loved being here! Plenty of space for our family and loved having en suite baths for each bedroom, plus the bonus room downstairs! Perfect location with walkable access to the village, but not in the heart of it. As others have noted, lots of stairs! We absolutely would stay here again!

House was awesome!

The property was not clean as it should

The location and layout of the home was great for our family. Only room for improvement was a larger hot water heater for the 7 of us, but otherwise was a fantastic getaway.

My friends and I had a great stay at this house. As other reviewers mentioned, there are quite a few stairs so definitely plan for that. The kitchen has clearly been recently remodeled and we loved that it was super easy to connect to sonos to play music in the living room. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom and then there's an additional full and half bath in common areas which was great for a larger group. Basement bedroom could use some love but the rest were 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again. A 10 min walk to the village, easy access to the mountain via shuttle, and nice to have communal amenities like a pool and hot tub (even though we didn't use them). Looking forward to booking this place next year!

Fantastic location for skiing. About 50 yard walk to slopes. There is groomed path behind home to ski back to doorstep! Very clean and modern. Easy to use thermostat, TV's , coffee maker, all appliances working . Plenty of hot water for our party of 8. Tons of space for all including our dogs! Nice homey touches, beds were great, towels fluffy. Hot tub just steps away and clean and hot! Terrific neighborhood with no issues parking. Free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village, simple to use and timely! Would come back again!

We had any a great vacation staying in this condo. The finishes, furniture, and mattresses are all first rate. The kitchen is well stocked with all utensils that you might need. I highly recommend this condo for any size family summer or winter.
Like a previous reviewer mentioned the remote for the fireplace does not work, but turning it on at the fireplace was easy to find and start.
The stairs are tough at first for someone coming from Texas, but by day 2 we were more accustomed to the elevation.
You will truly enjoy staying here.

All of us (3 adults) were very comfortable and appreciated the spacious feel; 4 separate bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The online pictures were accurate and other than being larger than we imagined, all was what we expected from the online description. A few disappointments, as the condition of some elements didn't match in quality or just plain were broken. Lamps in one bedroom were not working and the tape job to fix them indicated they had been that way for a while. We did eventually figure out they were plugged into the wrong outlet. The fireplace is gas and should work with a remote, but it never worked. One plus was the 800 number did get us info to make it work manually. Though this meant reaching inside the fireplace to turn on and off each time. Some of the kitchen cookware was tired and looked out of place compared to other kitchen equipment. That said, all worked and none of our cooking plans had to change. We did appreciate that there was enough paper towels and dish soap to get us through our stay. The house was fun, with a beautiful view. It was quiet and peaceful (even with a lot of construction in the area). Everyone gets a big screen TV, and the downstairs TV room was a plus. This is a complex home with lots of levels and stairs but the open concept and clean modern decor as well as plush and comfy couches made for a good experience. It didn't hurt that Beaver Creek was stunningly beautiful with the Aspen changing and blue skies every day.

Great spot with plenty of room for the whole family.

I cannot say enough about how amazing and luxurious this property is. The decor is beautiful and the views are even better! The street it is located on is very quiet and tucked back into the mountain, but still a quick walk to the village. We watched deer from the back window every day. The house is well appointed and there was nothing we needed for our stay. We will absolutely be booking this property again for our next stay!

Beaver Creek is my family's favorite ski resort and this was our favorite ski vacation ever thanks in great measure to our stay at Beaver Creek Meadows. We have always stayed at the Park Hyatt but this time the townhouse by far won over the hotel room. I last visited BC seven years ago and found an improved resort with new slopes, new restaurants, shops and best of all a new (3 years old) exclusive-of-BC village shuttle app Village Connect that makes BC the most comfortable and accessible resort of them all, there is no distance any more within the village. Beaver Creek Meadows is easily accessible and close by just an app click away,

We learned from overhearing local management that the remodeling work on this property was "finished" the very day we arrived. It quickly became clear that NO ONE had bothered to walk through the property to ensure it was safe and was in fact the place described on the listing. In fact, there was no king sized bed, no hot tub, no working fireplace. There was no working garbage disposal, even tho egg shells were crammed in it when we arrived. The garbage disposal had not even been connected. The "trouble shooting" from the Vacasa help line was "look underneath the sink to see if it's connected." How do I know? I'm not a plumber! Does Colorado not have laws about code violations that involve a professional reviewing such installations? There was a utility or alarm box of some kind that was beeping when we arrived, just outside our bedroom window. A local management person stopped by and "got it to stop." It started up again within minutes of her leaving and continued to beep all night every few seconds, right outside the head of our bed. What if it was an alarm actually trying to tell us something? I didn't sleep worrying that it could be indicating smoke or carbon monoxide or a natural gas leak or people sneaking around the property. And this bed - it was a double mattress centered on top of king sized box springs! That created a foot-wide ledge on both sides of the mattress that we had to climb over to get in. Some of the window shades in the bedrooms fell off when we tried to use them, while other shades could not be lowered at all. So bedrooms had no way to be private. The kitchen sink had a working faucet and a non-working faucet - what was that all about? The wifi info provided was incorrect. This was absolutely a property that should not have been rented out to us. We were the shake down crew, the guinea pigs, for this hastily done, unfinished property. We should be refunded for this disaster of a stay!

Overall, the management took great care of everything we needed. Location is close enough to walk a few blocks to the slopes, and the space was really large for our party, with separate rooms for everyone. The movie room, oversized TV(s), and jacuzzi tub were all excellent touches as well. Thanks!Ski-in/out might be possible out the back...there was a trail that was too flat for us to get moving on, but you can at least ski in if you're willing to take a long track and maybe out as well.

Overall, we were pleased with the property. The pictures were an accurate description of the unit. It is dated in terms of appliances and amenities (I'd guess late 80s early 90s), but the furniture, beds, etc. were all very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to feed a large group and the internet was fast (often a problem in short term rentals). The three negatives that prevented me from rating the unit five stars:1) The owner needs to find a better cleaning service. All the hard surfaces and bathrooms were clean. However, it was obvious that the unit wasn't vacuumed before we arrived. The carpets had a lot of dirt and "stuff" cereal, etc. on them. Not a big deal. The unit had a vacuum and we gave it a good once over. However and worse, we found a number of dishes, utensils, and cooking pots and pans in the cabinets that had caked on food (some were really gross). Probably put away by the previous tenant, without a proper washing, but I expect the cleaning service should double check everything is clean.2)There were a number of lights (bulbs) out and some normal appliance functions that weren't in working order. I suspect the hot water heater needs to be repaired, as we only had enough hot water for three (short!) showers. It took an hour or more to get enough hot water for the rest of the family to shower. Again, not terrible, but inconvenient.3) The hot tub in the basement was useless, as there wasn't enough hot water to fill it to the level needed to activate the switch. There wasn't even enough hot water to get an overall warm jetted bath. These aren't deal breakers, and I think if the owner had a handyman spend a day going over the unit and a more attentive cleaning crew, this unit would be 5 stars in my book.
