Slow down enjoy this Cozy Beach Cottage steps from Lido Beach and St Armand's Circle.
This comfortably decorated home has just been updated with new linens, cookware, 55' Smart Bluetooth TV, BBQ grill and more. The backyard has a fun tiki bar, outdoor dining set, fire ring, horseshoe pit and is fenced for dogs.
Beach towels, rolling cooler and chairs are provided for a day at the beach accessed by the adjacent path. Someone said " it takes less time to walk from the house to the sand than it does to walk from the beginning of the sand to the water"

Both the living room and family room are great for conversation and the dining table comfortably seats 6.
This home is 3 bedrooms / 2 baths
The master bedroom has a luxurious Beauty-Rest Black Series king bed while the second bedroom is a queen. Both share the Jack and Jill bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. A laundry room / office space completes the home.
The 3rd bedroom is wonderfully private with bath, queen bed, sitting area including a couch, chair and TV. There is also an office with a work space desk, counter top with coffee station, bar sink and mini fridge. The suite can be accessed either through the main home off the living room or through an exterior door..
It perfect for family, guests or friends that need a little extra space and privacy.
Our family loves the setup!!
The back yard of the suite is under the shade of a large tree and has an outdoor shower, and table & chairs for morning coffee or afternoon wine :)
Pets are allowed with owner approval. Dogs only...unfortunately no cats.
If an entire week is not in your vacation schedule please email me.......I can accommodate nights needed then block the calendar for a total of 7 nights to comply with Lido Beach rules!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! We previously stayed in the upstairs unit and loved both trips.
The house was super clean and well equipped with everything you can possibly think of from full kitchen, to laundry room, to fun backyard with grill and bar. If you have a dog, there are plenty of fluffy beds and toys all over the cottage. The garage has everything you would need for a fun beach day: beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, bikes, etc.
The cottage location is perfect! It's about a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5-10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle, where you can find tons of places to eat and shop.
Lisa is an amazing host! She is very attentive, friendly and personable. She quickly answered any questions we had and went out of her way to make sure we had a lovely stay.
Everything was perfect! We loved out stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lido! The location is everything you'd hope for when staying in the area: an easy walk to absolutely everything. Early morning walks all the way around St. Armands Circle with the pups was a joy: cool breeze, very few people other than other dog walkers! The house itself is very small, but you have everything you need. The internet/cable is a little frustrating as it's streaming, making local/national news tough to watch without constant interruption. We just used our laptop for those things instead! All in all, I would recommend this beach cottage for the incredible location and charm.

Beautifully appointed charming home just a short walk to the beach. There are bikes and everything you might need for a day at the beach in the garage. Inside, the house is clean with all kinds of creature comforts provided such as a powerful hair dryer, makeup mirror, hangers, excellent coffee maker…. Everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

Property was great Exactly as advertised but more spacious and private than shown in pictures. We had a 92 Mother with us and the adjoining Jack/Jill bathroom worked really well for us. In addition the separate wing for our younger family was wonderful for all. Location is perfect walkable to beach and st Armand’s Bikes provided gave aces all over key. Lisa as very easy to work with and very. responsive. Totally recommend this place.

We loved our stay! The cottage was clean, well stocked with essentials/ paper products. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and could have cooked great dinners with the ample supply of cookware. There was even an air fryer. It is a close walk to the beach and St Armand’s. We were really appreciative of the supply of beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to haul the things to the beach. Such a great place to stay!

I planned this getaway for my mother's 84th birthday. We invited family who live in the area to visit and it was spectacular! My mother thought it looked like her homeland because of the hammocks and garden! She has dementia and I wanted it to be memorable because she gets testy in her age and is not easily pleased! I will return with my faiy again..worse every penny and Lisa, the manager was amazing..PS..that's my youngest sister's name, my mother's favorite!

It was a good vacation, they made us some fabulous days and the house had everything we needed. Our stay was very pleasant. A few steps from the sea. Especially when traveling with older people.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Elise’s cottage on Lido Key. She was really easy to work with and communicated well with us. The house is really fun and had plenty of room to spread out. The back yard living area was really fun as well. The location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great house in a perfect location . It’s walking distance to town and beach . The owner has thought of everything to make the stay a breeze . Beach chairs , bikes , dog toys , propane for the grill , etc . were all included .
We rarely heard the guests above us and there was plenty of parking and backyard space for us to enjoy. We will be back :)

This was our first time driving down with our little chocolate lab, and I searched all the pet friendly homes. This one was just perfect! The back yard is fenced in and there are fluffy pet beds and treats and toys for your furry friend!
I love the authenticity of this home and the location is perfect, just a half mile from all the great shops and restaurants of St. Armand’s Circle. Dogs are welcome there at all the restaurants with outdoor seating. Lido Beach is quiet and not too crowded. We never wanted to leave this lovely home!

Perfect Location
This is a wonderful location. A minute walk to the beach, and a 4 -5 minute walk to Armands Circle. The bikes provided were a big plus!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect and the cottage was charming! Lisa was an attentive hostess and when our flight out was cancelled, she worked with us to accommodate the extra days. We are coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage for a week. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. Convenient to the beach for early morning walks. Also In easy walking distance of
restaurants etc. the weather was warm and we enjoyed sitting in the back yard....

Perfect beach getaway!
What a wonderful beach retreat on Lido Key Island! We loved our stay at Lisa’s beautiful home. Everything was perfect from the comfortable beds, private fenced backyard with grill, beach towels and chairs, and dog toys for our fur baby. Location was ideal—steps away for morning beach walks, and then easy walk into St. Armand’s circle for coffee and a bite to eat. Access to bikes so we could explore the area. So nice to not have to get in the car the whole week! Lisa was just a text away for any questions.

Incredible location and perfect for dogs!
5 stars from beginning to end. Stayed here for 5 weeks with my 2 dogs, and my husband was here part of the time. There is not a better appointed 2 bedroom, dog friendly house anywhere near Lido Beach. The location was incredible - one block to the beach, 1/4 mile walk into St Armand’s. We walked and biked everywhere. Lisa was excellent to work with, and the home had everything - I mean everything. From extra propane for the grill, 2 bicycles, great outdoor area, fenced yard for my dogs, comfortable indoor seating, Netflix, the comfiest beds, and anything you’d need for the beach including towels, chairs, cooler, and blankets. Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the best time of my life!

Adorable, well stocked cottage, one block from Lido beach
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house was really cute, but spacious. It was well stocked with everything we would need to go to the beach- floats, chairs, cooler, umbrella.
We didn’t use the bikes because it was so hot, but that was a nice amenity.
Private spot off the well traveled area of St Armands Circle. Beach was gorgeous and an easy block stroll to it. We loved the walking proximity to the Circle for eating and drinking/shopping.
Owner was very personable and helpful. Communication was quick, and she even allowed us to leave our luggage in the garage after checkout so that we could go to the beach before our flight. That was really nice.
We would love to return, and have already recommended the place to others!

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location
Lisa was a wonderful host. We arrived to the cottage and everything was super clean. She includes everything you could possibly need including beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler. The path to the beach is right next to the house and the walk to kayaking in the mangroves and to St. Armands circle were both very short. We didn't rent a car so it was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to anyone staying on Lido Key!

Great place, even better experience
All year, we look forward to spending the month of March in Sarasota. This is our second trip there. From the moment we stepped into Lisa‘s cottage, we knew we had made the right decision. It was perfect for us. Not just the location, but the attention to detail. There were so many nice touches, everything from the quality of the linens to the interior decorating. My wife has been going to Lido key with her family for decades. This experience didn’t disappoint. Everything is walkable, the beach, Saint Armands Circle even the kayak rental. Anyone who knows the area is also aware that it’s not easy to find great pet friendly accommodations on Lido key. But a fenced backyard and dog toys already on premises? Our Boston terrier had as good a time as we did. Even though he didn’t get to use the backyard Tiki Bar. Not only was Lisa totally responsive to every question we had, but so was the property manager, Kymmie. I am a retired writer, so I could go on and on about just how charming this place was and what a fabulous time we had. But my wife is telling me to tone it down, because we don’t want the rental competition next year. Thanks again, Lisa, for a great experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lido Key! Lisa was a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. There is a walkway next to the house that provides you with a very short walk to the beach. The sunsets on Lido Key were incredible - definitely recommend! Lisa provides her guests with beach towels, chairs, and even a rolling cooler! Look no further - this place has it all. Highly recommend!
