The Space:
This spacious, comfortable home features two master suites with King beds and Roku TV, each with an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath with a tub and shower combo. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs, and the laundry room is also stocked for your convenience. Relax on the comfortable couch and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. We can't wait to host you!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house, as well as the private backyard. There are two driveway parking spaces available for your use, however, please note that there is no garage access. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs. The home is a trilevel and there are stairs up or down to all bedrooms.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is a walking path right out the front door for a quick walk through the neighborhood or adventure through the wildlife preserve area and Tollgate Creek a block away.
Getting Around:
RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. RTD provides easy access to Denver Airport and other popular destinations across the Denver Metro Area.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is located in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our quiet hours of 9pm to 6am. Please note that marijuana is not allowed on our property. Trash cans on the side of the home will be taken to street and back Tues-Thurs. Owner may access garage using remote but will not enter home. Landscapers and owner may access outside of property for landscaping snow removal and maintenance

Very clean, thank you Barry. Close to shopping centers & restaurants. Nice backyard for toddlers to get their wiggles out. Well stocked kitchen with necessary equipment to cook our meals each day. Only negative, lots of stairs for toddlers & seniors with 4 levels.

This home was a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults. House was clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Location of the house was close to great shopping and restaurants. The host was in contact before, during and after our stay. We enjoyed seeing all the little rabbits in the neighborhood.

It is on quiet neighborhood.
It is an hour drive to Colorado Springs and less than 30 mins to the airport.
Barry also immediately responded to our need.

The property was accurately described in the VRBO listing and provided very nice accommodations for our family/extended family. The neighborhood was safe, convenient and quiet.
We enjoyed the varied decor throughout the home and found everything we needed for our ten day stay in Denver.

This property was absolutely perfect for our visit to Denver. There were four of us staying, and we prepared dinners together, spent time playing board games, and hanging out in the living room areas. Our host, Barry, was incredible and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

This was the perfect location for me and my family to relax while we were visiting the area. There was plenty of room to spread out. The home was very clean when we arrived, and check-in was easy. We had one shower that was draining slowly, but the owner was very responsive and came immediately and fixed it. The neighborhood was very quiet, and I really enjoyed walking down the path literally steps from the front door. The kitchen was very well equipped, and had everything we needed.

We rented this property to stay in while we were in Denver for our son’s wedding. This home is beautiful and spacious! Each of the kids had their own rooms and with three FULL bathrooms it was the perfect fit for us. Barry was welcoming and very responsive! The home is located in an area that has access to everything! From restaurants to higher end shops and grocery stores all within a 5-10 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood! We truly enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

This location is very convenient and near local shopping & grocery and is a quick entry to HWY 470. The home was beautifully decorated and each bedroom has a decor theme. We had a young kiddo and it was great to be located in a quiet cul-de-sac so we didn’t have to worry about traffic. The deck and yard was also great to let the kiddo run around and play. She enjoyed watching the rabbits eat & play. The home was very clean and offered basic necessities like coffee, spices to cook with, towels, shampoo, etc. The Host, Barry, was excellent, available and quick to respond with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay in the clean and safe environment and would stay again.

We had a great trip to Denver. The home was clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport and accessible to all parts of Denver. We had time to relax and cook and had plenty of room to visit with our family. We would definitely come back if the house was available on our next trip

My family (spouse+ 4 and walking 1 YO) and my Dad and his wife stayed here for 5 days while visiting Aurora for my nephews graduation. I was looking for a property close to my brother and restaurants etc. From booking to checkout the host Barry made everything a breeze. The property is well cared for and there were more than enough linens and sleeping areas for the 6 of us. The kitchen is ACTUALLY fully stocked (I have been misled by listings in the past and this was not the case) and included things like a coffee pot and dish soap. The check in and out process were beyond simple and Barry checked in via message to make sure our stay was going well.
Close to EVERYTHING you is not an understatement- Southlands is an outdoor mall with everything you might need and they even had an outdoor splash pad that we brought the kids to on our first day when it was 80+ degrees. Getting to downtown Denver for the graduation was a breeze because the property is centrally located with respect to the major highways. Best of all it is located in a safe and lovely neighborhood with a path for walking and running and a playground just a couple of feet away. I would definitely stay here again, no hesitation!

The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable for our stay with 5 adults and 2 children. The house was in a great location and was very well maintained. Barry was a great host and was very attentive to any issues/questions we had. We have stayed at several Vrbos now which were all good but would rate this one the best.

Location wise it’s not really near any attractions, but was near the grandson’s house, which was our goal.

For us with picking up and dropping up people at Denver and Colorado Springs and going to sites in both cities this was an excellent choice. Manager was very responsive to our requests. Will stay there again when we visit family in the area.
