I dont often review places I stay, but this location was amazing. The trailhead is across the street and within a few minutes you have amazing views in all directions. The 3 king size mattresses were very nice having 3 couples. The downstairs rec room with bunk beds was not used but would be great for kids. We used the hot tub, the fire pit and the BBQ grill. All very clean. You will want to come back for sure. Thank you.

Our stay at the Sugar Loaf home was exceptional! Literally the home is steps from the trailhead. The home offered the right amount of space for two families of four. The kids enjoyed the basement room which had tons of amenities for kids. For those families that are visiting to explore the trails, this location is ideal for a hike to the 7 Sacred Pools and Soldiers Pass.

We enjoyed our stay here during our son’s fall break. We loved the fact that it was right across from the trailhead and we hiked every day. The house was clean and nice. Had one issue with the internet and it took half a day to get a response, but it did get resolved. The location is also pretty central to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay! Located across the street from a trailhead, this home is perfect for large families. The beds are comfortable, AC works great and lots of space, including a basement for the kids. Red rock views are outstanding.

This was a great stay for my family. The large home with separate rooms and 3 bathrooms worked well for us all. The location was great being on the edge of town right across the street from the trail head. We enjoyed our short vacation away from the MN winter!

This was a last minute stay in Sedona. We were so fortunate to find this available. The beds were comfortable. The basement had lots of room and would be great for kids. Very nice home. We took a hike on the trail literally across the road. The front patio with fire pit was amazing. The view out the picture window was mesmerizing. Don't hesitate, this place is great!

Incredible location, it’s just steps from a hiking trail. The house is fully stocked with things you would need. Hot tub was phenomenal, communication was great. One thing I would mention is that the downstairs (bunk bed room) is definitely better for kids than adults. Which makes total sense since they’re bunk beds. But even with the bunkbeds not being the most comfortable, I would still go back here in a heartbeat. A really great experience!

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona at this beautiful home! The bedrooms and large and our group of 4 adults and 6 kids had plenty of space during our stay! The trail access across the street is so convenient and getting to shops and restaurants is a quick drive down the street!
The basement was a huge hit with our kids! One thing to note is the basement does not have central heat, only a space heater. It was too cold each night for our young kids to sleep downstairs so they slept on the living room couch, which worked out fine.
Overall highly recommend this house!!

My hubby & I rented this place with another couple and their 3 kids. The space was perfect and had about all that we needed for some gourmet meals in. The location is perfect for hiking, the trailhead is directly across the street. Downside is the cars that park early shine their lights in the window, the driveways have big divots that I don’t believe will allow cars to park, (luckily I have a higher clearance SUV but our friends had a lower SUV and scraped their car), the internet isn’t great, and I got no response to early check in. All in all, great place and we’d stay again.

We had 4 adults and it was very comfortable. Location is excellent. Would rent it again. Company who managed rental did a nice job of being available when we had a question and allowing us to stay a bit later on the last day. Would highly recommend

Perfect Sedona House
This house was perfect for our 2 families. We had just enough room & the location was perfect for sunrise hikes up Sugarloaf. Very easy to access everything Sedona has to offer from this house. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Sedona Dream
We were 8 adults, all 60+ in age. It was a beautiful, comfortable home both indoor and out, with amazing views and literally steps away from the hiking trails. The property management is extremely helpful and quick to assist. (I needed some assistance with the code to open the front door when we arrived). If you have a large family with children, they will love the downstairs bedroom. It is spacious and perfect for the kids and more like a play/activity room with enough beds for 5+ children. We will definitely visit again!

Great house - very close to Teacup Trail
Wonderful house. Good-sized living room for gathering. Very close to Sugarloaf trailhead so convenient to hiking. In town, but not Uptown so it is close to trails, grocery stores, and also quiet.
The only consideration is that the 4th bedroom is downstairs and the bathroom for that room is upstairs. Downstairs bedroom is really made for children.

50th Anniversary Celebration
My wife and I plus our children, their spouses and our grandchildren spent 4 days in the Sugarloaf Dream. All together, their were 10 of us. The house was perfect. The down stairs basement are was perfect for the kids. 85" smart TV with video games, a foosball table which was in constant use and lots of room to move. The adult bedrooms all had king size beds, smart Tv's and lots of room, The outdoor and indoor fireplaces felt good in the cool evenings. And the house being across the road from Sugarloaf Trailhead made hiking easy. Overall--a wonderful experience.

Girls getaway
Great house with a perfect location for hiking. We took advantage of the close location (across the street) to the trails at Sugarloaf mountain. We hike Cathedral Rock and Devil's Bridge and it was so nice to come home and sit in the hot tub in the evenings. Kitchen is fully stocked for making meals. Would recommend and rent here again!

Beautiful Sedona home
The home is lovely with clean and comfortable furnishings. My kids (12, 9, and 5) loved playing and staying in the basement. The owners provided everything we could have thought of needed. But the best part was the location! Across the street from amazing hikes which was the main reason for our visit. Couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an adventure in Sedona.

Perfect property. Perfect location
The house is fantastic and the location could not be any better. It is directly across the street from a trailhead with an amazing view out the front window. The house can seriously sleep 12-15 people if you needed to. Great entertaining space as well with a great fire table in front and a nice deck in back.
