This Beautifully renovated Modern Cabin is located on the east side of Clearwater Lake, near Annandale, MN. The main floor has an open kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The dining room table seats eight, (with addition seating for 2 at bar.) The living area has two sofas, TV and a gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed, there is a twin over full bunk bed in the lower level bedroom. All the bedrooms have wonderful views of the lake. There are 2 new bathrooms with showers.
The boat house is considered the 4th bedroom. It is separate from the main cabin. It has a king bed and gas fireplace. There is an extra fee of $50 per night to rent the boat house. (if more than 8 guests, you must rent the boat house)
The level lot has two great outdoor spaces to enjoy the view of the lake. A fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chairs and a patio area with 6 more Adirondack chairs and outdoor coffee table. The side yard has enough room to play yard games like bocce ball or bean bag toss. There is also a basketball hoop in the parking area. The front porch deck has seating for 4 and a propane grill.
There is a 32' dock for your boat or pontoon. Two kayaks, a paddle board, swim floats and life jackets are available during your stay. All the comforts of home on the Lake!

The lake house was super cute - even better than the pictures on the website. Very clean. Only complaints we have are the added charge for the boat house and that there is not an outside table/chairs where you can enjoy a meal outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lots of outdoor space for kids to run around and play. Lake/beach/sand was amazing!! We used the boat house and although it has no AC, it stayed pretty cool in there with fans. Everything we needed was at the home and great communication from owner. Highly recommend staying here! You won’t regret it!

We have been gathering for 40 years from different parts of MN. This was 1 of our favorite places to stay at. The house was well designed to accomodate 8 comfortably and the boat house was definitely a bonus. Even the outdoor spaces were well designed. Beautiful home, wonderful views, great location, super clean & organized. We appreciated it all!

I cannot say enough about this home. Incredible attention to detail. Big rooms with big comfy beds. Beautiful decor and space. Everything we needed was there (and we are picky! Ha) We will be back! The sauna was a great added feature. Perfect for our group of 8 women.

My husband, his family (including a newborn), and I give this rental a 5 out of 5 stars, meeting and exceeding our expectations in cleanliness, view, proximity to the lake, and ambiance. The sauna was a definite bonus. Would definitely recommend to any family or couple looking for a cozy, lakeside getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO! The cabin is cute and clean, the sauna was heavenly and the view of the lake was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Susan was also a very responsive host.

We had a wonderful time together at your beautiful lake home. The weather gave us 4 great days to play golf, returned back your home and enjoyed the outdoor sitting area listening to the relaxing sound of quiet.
Our beds were all so comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils we needed. Two nights got cool so we enjoyed the fireplace to take the chill off.
Your home is beautiful and so charming.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Boulders on Clearwater Lake. The place was everything we expected and MORE! The house was well furnished and very comfortable. Our group of 9 had no problems staying there. Outside was wonderful too. The kids enjoyed the sand, the “lily pad”, and especially the long driveway for biking and scootering. If we are looking to get back to Clearwater Lake, this would be our first choice! Thanks again for a WONDERFUL time!

Overall a great cabin, everyone enjoyed the amenities.
Overall the cabin is great. Fishing on the lake was tough, but that’s mid July.

Have a amazingly beautiful cabin equipped to meet all your needs with many extras. The lake front cabin with dock and stunning views is a absolute ten. We enjoyed everything about this place in paradise. We plan on returning next year from California to spend time sometime with our family and more time just us two.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake! House was well cleaned, and cozy. We really liked the sauna, especially since it was cold out. The only thing that was a little odd was the lower bedroom not having a door, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Sunsets
An AMAZING lake home! One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed at. Sue has done such a wonderful job furnishing the home with everything you need - from what you need to cook meals, having games to play and feeling cozy with extra blankets.
You have a beautiful view of the sunset over the lake. The windows in the kitchen/living room area give such great viewing of the lake. Even though we were there at the end of October and we couldn't be out of the lake because it was cold, we had such beautiful views of the water and the sunset, not to mention the beautiful fall colors!
Our family highly recommends this place!
