It was a lovely little space. We were thrown off that we were charged for an "additional guest" with our 3 month old baby staying there. The listing says 4 people, but there was an additional fee to have 3 of us staying there. The host did not give information as to why this was the case when we inquired about it. Also important to note that there is no dining table if you're planning on eating at this space.
It was clean and cozy.

Reservation was easy to make, but upon arrival neither myself or Ben at Vrbo could reach the host to get access to properly. Vrbo provided me with a room for the first night and I had to make arrangements for the second night. When I finally received the door code, I was already check-in at a hotel. It had been several hours since my arrival and I have AT&T phone service which appeared to be working well.

This was a great place w/the convenience of home to visit my grandkids. The beds were comfy, appliances were great and once the house cooled down the window units worked great! It was small but worked out perfectly! Host responded to my messages promptly & I’ll definitely stay there again! Thanks! MM

A place to rest
The property was clean and in good order. Need to keep the bathroom doors open to allow cool air circulation into back bedroom. Beds were very comfortable.

Good stay until owner said we broke faucet that was broken when we arrived.
Owner has 14 days to file claim on 14th day I get a message saying shower faucet was broken. Which we knew, we told the housekeeper who claimed to be the owners brother (who by the way gave us a direct line to call owner personally to cut VRBO out). We own a plumbing company and we’re in town for work so noticed the faucet right away. Now the owner is trying to claim we broke the faucet!! They actually charged my card! To replace an already broken faucet we informed the housekeeper about!! Please be aware!! I’ve disputed with VRBO but I feel I’ve been ripped off.

Okay for a place to sleep
We didn't spend much time at the house itself other than just as a place to sleep, and for that purpose it was fine. The neighborhood it's in is older a little run-down.

Hard to contact owner
Pros: it has washer, dryer, and 2 private rooms. Listing is accurate.
Cons: VERY HARD to get in contact with property owner. I have been waiting a week now to get a response back from the property owner. The dryer broke and still haven’t received a properly working dryer. When the power and water went out for two days and it was negative temperatures, there was no help from property owner. Had to cut my trip short because of the weather causing a state of emergency; STILL WAITING for the owner to respond back.
