Relax and rejuvenate at this waterfront condo on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Just a short 10 minute drive from Hwy 76 'Strip' and a convenient 20 minute drive to Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic, of course!) Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

-Second story level - approximately 13 steps UP to front door - interior one level
-Covered back porch looks out to shores of Lake Taneycomo
-Charcoal grill available up request (grilling supplies not included)
-Cozy electric fireplace in the living room for ambiance

Neighborhood amenities include
-Two seasonal outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, year round outdoor hot tub

-No Smoking is permitted anywhere inside the condo, including the screened-In porch and within 10 feet of buildings.
-Pointe Royale no longer allows boat or trailer parking within the neighborhood

*Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs are Available by Approval Only, for an Additional Fee of $25 each (if available).

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*One dog under 25 pounds allowed.
*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.

Everything was perfect! Only thing was the jets in the tub did not work in the master bath. Everything else was perfect! We will be staying again!

My husband and I were looking for a truly relaxing week and we were happy to get it here! The condo is actually quite large with plenty of lounge area (in both the living room and the screened in porch). We ventured out for an occasional dinner but largely stayed in and read, my husband fished ( the fishing regulations here are very strict to preserve the integrity of the lake ). We were very happy with this property and would rent it again!

The condo was excellent There was plenty of room and the beds and bath were perfect ! We swam in the pools and the dog park was close. Seeing the lake was a bonus A++

This was a great vacation spot. Condo was right next to Lake Taneycomo which was wonderful. We were also very close to town which allowed us to go to restaurants and activities within 10-15 minutes. Lots of fly fishing along the lake and three fly shops within 5 minutes of condo. Bass Pro Shops is awesome and you have to do all the Johnny Morris sponsored stuff. Amazing! Also go see a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre, incredible!! Great vacation spot, i would recommend to everyone.

Condo was great. Beautiful backyard view feels private. Loved that we were right next to the dog park and playground. Only one major disappointment with the unit was the hot water heater wasn’t big enough to fill the jetted tub in the master. The major disappointment with the property was the pool was not maintained properly (cloudy, dirty, lake water fish smell) and it did not seemed heated. Everyone in our family and the other guests complained about which put the hot tub at capacity.

This was the perfect location for my family and I. Check In process was easy and the home was clean!! The property was beautiful and the location was close to everything we needed. When we were not out exploring Branson, we did the hiking trail and had a blast. We will definitely be back.

This was an ideal location for us. It was a clean condo with great views of the lake. If stairs are an issue for you proceed with caution. It was fine for us, but if someone has trouble with stairs these are quite steep. Quiet location with lots of space in the condo.

The property is well advertised and is exactly what is shown in the pictures. The bedding was great, the views were incredible, and the location to everything is within close proximity to anything you want to do in Branson. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice place. The last not complaint was the floor felt gritty especially in the master bath area by the closets. But otherwise, it was great! Very homey!! Dry quiet.we will definitely try and get this same spot next visit! Thanks so much Stefanie

The condo was set in a very relaxed environment away from the hustle of the strip. Sitting on the balcony with the screened in area was so nice. The decor is very nice. The entire unit looks updated except for the showers. We would like to visit again.

The kiddos and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious, very clean and very nice. The location was perfect as it backs up the to stream. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo! It is furnished with upscale furniture and bedding. Everything you need is provided at the site. Pointe Royal is a lovely resort. Our only disappointment was the grill service through the resort was going through miscommunication and we were it able to eat on site. Wonder places all over Branson so going hungry is not an option. We would stay at this place again.

This was the cleanest and cutest condo I have stayed in. We were beyond happy with our stay. We had enough space for a family of 4, had everything we needed, super friendly and quiet neighbors, and you couldn’t beat the location. Having Lake Taneycomo in the backyard was so peaceful and provided a nice place to escape a busy day sight seeing.

The condo was great as well as the location. The only downside was that we could not use the washing machine, and the hot water did not stay hot very long.

I cannot even give enough praise on this place! This is a hidden gem! It was very clean, bedding was comfy, and they even had nice thick soft towels not the type that’s so thin and barely covers! They truly thought of everything down to the last little detail. Having access to the water was amazing and enjoying my coffee early in the morning on the back porch. Do yourself a favor and stay here. This will be our forever place to stay in Branson now ❤️

The condo was the perfect size and had everything we needed! We really enjoyed the patio and watching the boats float by in the mornings and we found a trail that travels all along the river for hiking and we hiked all the way to the damn. It was truly perfect!

This condo is in the best building and location in Branson! It sits directly on Lake Taneycomo and is extremely quiet and peaceful! The only place my husband likes stay! It’s close to everything but allows you to get away from the busyness of town!! We will keep coming back as often as we can!

I planned this weekend with my mom and sister to have a girls weekend. The property was great, the house was wonderfully decorated and the space was large. I would definitely stay here again when there is warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor area more. Thanks for helping us have a great weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Very clean, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better place. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. My son loved the playground and the river. The location was also great! Close by to all the Branson attractions and activities. We will 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience with this stay, property was throughly cleaned. We have a 1 year old, Management provided a high chair a crib upon request. Once we were back home, got a message from host that inspection team found a laptop and have arranged a mailing company for the return. We got our laptop mailed back in couple of days. So overall it was an awesome experience with the stay and after the stay.

We had a pleasant stay. Very close to the strip and everything we wanted to do. My girls loved it. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recomend! 😊
