It’s very spacious with a lovely view. The rooms are comfortable and the staff were amazing. Top tier. They went above and beyond. And the chef! She knocked our shoes off!
A few minor facilities weren’t working but those really were the least. The road to get there, especially right before you arrive was terrible. You’ll be driving on a dirt road for about half the journey once you turn off the main road. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is HIGHLY recommended. Other than that, the property owners need to work on their communication, their response time and the amount of details that are given prior and post payment. The interactions and lack there of was concerning.

The property is amazing… The rooms were clean and spacious and we all enjoyed our stay ‼️ Nora and Shadrock made sure that we were ok throughout our stay … Nora’s customer services was top tier, I have never been graced with this type of customer service and I am grateful that I was introduced to such a beautiful soul. Shadrocks cooking we on point I had to request him for the other day ‼️‼️ The location is ideal for a group get away and I would definitely visit the property again♥️‼️
The road to the property was very bad‼️ That was the only issue I had

My stay was wonderful and welcoming services provided to us on our Stay. The respect, warmth and kindness extended to us by Matron Nora, will stay with us for a long time. The breakfast was prepared with love thud very delicious
The road leading up to the venue was quite a difficult terrain, especially for small vehicles.

The breakfast was awesome! The service was awesome! The only drawback was finding the villa and the road leading to the villa.
There should be a few signs going up the hill pointing to the villa.

The villa is in a lovely location, on top of the hill, with a beautiful view from every balcony and terrace. Nora, our host, took great care of us - we were a team of 6 co-workers + a 5-year-old-child, + grandma, and we felt very, very cosy. Nora prepared breakfast every morning, including typical Jamaican food we asked her for, and she was accommodating with anything we needed. She came in the morning, stayed until lunch, and cleaned the whole house daily. Since we were travelling around Jamaica all the time, I have to highlight Anthony, our driver, who was also a fantastic guide and Jamaican friend on every trip we planned or spontaneously decided on. The house is well equipped, we especially enjoyed a pool, big TV, and big table for our meetings and group meals. For us, that was the perfect location, even if we had to travel around Jamaica for meetings, but being so close to Ocho Rios, yet not in the tourist centre at all, was a great privilege in our case. Also, Cardiff Hall Beach, which is 5 min drive away from the house was very nice, pristine, natural and very interesting for snorkelling. We hired a chef for one night, and he prepared a nice Jamaican feast that we have eaten then for the next 4 days :D :D We also felt very safe on that property. We highly recommend this villa for big business groups or families searching for a peaceful and comfy stay and are okay with paying extra money for driving to other locations.
I had to say the road to the house was challenging and bumpy, but for us, it wasn't a problem at all since we always drove with our skilled driver. And it's just 3 minutes up to the top of the hill where the best views begin. The pressure of the water in the upper rooms is a bit lazy, and so is the warm water - it comes, but you have to wait ... but it's Jamaica - island time :) There was an electricity outage twice (which means a wi-fi outage too) and a wi-fi outage once (in 15 days) - but it wasn't the house owner's fault. Still, it's good to have a special pre-paid SIM card prepared for such cases and some flashlights.

The home was lovely, very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and out in a location where you really experience tranquility and peace. Safe parking, comfy beds and ac in rooms. I travel alot an this is one of the best locations locally and internationally. Nora the housekeeper is also very helpful, kind and attentive
The road leading to the location needs repairing but a 4 wheel drive or high vehicle really helps.
I didn't like that I wasn't given all the payment options for a easy booking experience. ( this would've saved me time n money)

Everything excepts a few fixable kinks ! Loved the pool, deck, living room, dining area, kitchen, rooms, master bedroom, bathrooms, outdoor area, doors, high ceilings, floors, staff, amenities .. etc
It got a little hot in the lounge area by the kitchen and living room because the fans seemed to be timed and they would turn off after a while automatically. Also roads were not the best but we made it in our little note regardless!!

it was everything you’d want, very comfortable.
the roads leading to the property was horrible

Great attentive and helpful staff. Has everything you need for a group staycation, highly recommend.
Work men were there making repairs and renovating the property which meant there were strangers around which felt a little uncomfortable. I think those things should be done when there aren't guests.

I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Nora. She pulled out all the stops, whatever we thought we wanted was presented. She surprised us with a few specialties, and I definitely had an awesome experience of the culture cuisine. The chef was Frazier, and I was just speechless from the prepared dishes. Try not to buy more than you will eat, or food will be wasted. Also, remember I big part of Jamaica thrives off of tips, make sure you tip.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Nora; and she gave us a layout of the property, and she further explained what to expect during the stay. Anthony was our driver, he showed us around and kept us safe for the majority of the trip. Be sure to tip Anthony. There is a fee with each transport, so be prepared for the transport fees as well as tipping. Book your excursions prior to your trip, as they may be booked when you arrive. Know what you want to do, so you can get the most of your time. Book Frazier at least twice for dinner, you will not regret it.
As a frequent traveler I can't say I disliked anything. I would have preferred the water pressure to be a bit stronger, but it wasn't something I would cry over. The road is a little rocky, but I have been on worse in the States.

There is not enough words to describe how spectacular this property was, I must say all the amenities and facilities were impeccable. Clean, spacious and well thought of is the theme of this whole villa from the rooms, to the bathrooms, pool etc.
And to the food now, for the two nights my group was there. Chef took our custom menu and brought it to life with 5 star quality cooking you would expect in a fine dining resort.
above everything the staff including chef, server ashley and the host/housekeeper/ the nicest person in the world miss NORA is one of the best you will meet.
Everything is the property was exceptional, with only changes we suggest was to think get a pool heater which would be good for early early morning swimming.
