We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for our family (having 3 bathrooms was great!). The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to prep all our meals.
The girls took the canoe out, we played bags on our rainy day, card games at the nice sized dinner table as well as enjoyed a few bonfires. Bonus was the PacMan video game in the basement! We also snuck in some fishing. It was a nice short walk to Dockside where there was live music on Friday and Saturday night. Loved how friendly the deer were in the yard as well! A great time was had by all!

We loved everything about this wonderful home on the lake! Super clean, stocked, and spacious for our family. We spent so much time on the lake fishing and swimming and taking in the scenery and wildlife. Can’t wait to come back again!

Very accommodating for all. Enjoyed playing Corn hole and using the watercraft. Great location for golf. Lovely deck and screened porch. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, multiple TV’s, great laundry facility. Would recommend to others!

I booked this stay for a girls weekend over 9+ months ago, and we had been so looking forward to it ever since. The property lived up to the hype & we had a great time. Absolutely beautiful place, location is fantastic, and had no issues getting ahold of the property manager as needed. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Our stay at this beautiful property was one of our best family gatherings ever! This home offers many different spaces for people to do their own thing or gather for meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Some of us golfed, others kayaked off the private dock and we enjoyed a run into Nisswa for a bit of shopping. Our grandson most enjoyed the wildlife that visited the neighborhood.

This home is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of seating options both inside and outside of the home to accommodate our group. Frances easily accommodated our early check in request and was timely in her responses to any questions we had. In the evening we chose to spend our time in the extra large screened in patio but there is also a large fire pit. The home is located on a small channel but we didn’t find it to be overly busy and it was an easy kayak ride out to the lake. I would def. Recommend this property and would certainly stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-tended home right on a canal off Pequot Lake. There was a dock at the back of the property from which the fishermen in our group could fish, and they caught several smaller walleyes, northerns and perch there.. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated, and it was filled with everything a family might want or need for a vacation at the Lake.. And the owner was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.. Although it took us awhile to figure out the TV controller, we were happy to see that the TV had many streaming Apps on it and that we could sign in to our Amazon Prime, Netflix, or Vudu accounts to watch our shows. It was also wonderful to discover that the house was within walking distance (.1/2 mile) from Breezy Point Marina, with its beach, pools, spa, restaurants, entertainment and boat rental facilities. The house itself sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We did not use the firepit (it is shared with a neighboring house) but it comes equipped with Adirondack chairs and firewood. The house also has a big stone fireplace, plus a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. If we had to nitpick, we might suggest that the outside deck furniture and screened-in porch area get a deep clean from time to time to remove cobwebs and moss, but we understand that this can't be done between every guest, and we were fine with the rustic nature of the outdoor spaces. All in all, our vacation was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We would definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful home. Very quiet area. When we arrived we went downstairs and there was a beautiful Deer in the backyard. Later in the week she came back with fawns it was pretty neat to see. Our likes: Boat access on the property with a dock, fire pit, screened in porch, pacman game, lots of space and plenty of bathrooms for a group of 7, owners were responsive and very informative. There is also lots to do in the area. Nisswa and Crosslake are right down the road. Dislikes: unable to control the temp. Our bedroom upstairs was cool but our kids downstairs were very uncomfortable at night I would suggest bringing a fan, screened in porch had a tear in the door so we could be out at night but without the lights on due to bugs, check in time on website is 3 but text with check in instructions was 4 (owner did say 3 was fine). We have stayed at several VRBO rentals and this is definitely one of our top 4. Thanks for sharing your home with us we made some awesome memories. We could hear Elvis on the deck from Breezy point it's definitely a good spot!

Cabin trip
We had the best week ever at this cabin. This was our 2nd year in a row coming and it was just as amazing as the 1st time!! Bonfires every night, huge backyard to play games in, and a private dock for your boat. We could not ask for more!

Our family of four enjoyed this beautiful home during the winter. Plenty of indoor spaces to spread out, cozy fireplace and spacious kitchen made for a fun weekend away. Close enough to area attractions and activities, yet on a quiet part of the channel where you can enjoy nature and watch wildlife.

Nice fall getaway
We had a lovely stay. The house was very spacious and clean. It was a great location for going back and forth to Nisswa and Brained (15 mins to Nisswa). The leaves were turning for fall and the property was really pretty. The backyard was great as our kids like to play catch. The fire pit was very nice too. We had a nice fall getaway.

Amazing Labor Day 2021
Not a bad word can be said about this cabin and it's host. From top to bottom we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to enjoy the Breezy Point area. Golf courses, restaurants, walking, biking, fishing. Inside was so comfortable and I mean you sit in one of the chairs or couches you do not want to get up. The upstairs deck with BBQ was very nice. The downstairs deck was the biggest screened in porch I have ever been in. I could go on and on, bottom line this cabin was AWESOME! Thanks for letting us stay.

Fun for the Family, Close to Breezy Point!
This is an incredible property run by an amazing host! We had a wedding at Breezy Point and wanted a place close by for all of the family to stay, it was a 15 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart ride to the resort.
The house was beautiful and clean, with enough to do for everyone in the family! The kids loved fishing off the dock and playing PacMan, while the adults enjoyed canoeing, playing bean bags, and visiting on the deck with beautiful scenery in the background.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Everything about our trip was perfect. The location of property, the condition, living space, communication etc couldn’t have been better. Great Family Getaway
Ideal setup for a family of six. Enjoyed our time, inside and out. House had many amenities to keep us entertained and comfortable. Pictures matched the experience. The place was beautiful and turnkey. We have had fun exploring Nisswa and enjoying lunch at Breezy Point. A couple of minor concerns would be uneven heat downstairs during cold nights and dryness. Otherwise it was great place to stay and we are looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing Place for our Girls Trip!!!
We loved this place for a winter getaway! It ended up being the coldest week of the year so outside activities were out and we couldn't have picked a better place for a stay-in vacation. The home was beautiful, super clean, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and sleep comfortably. Everything and I mean everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was easy and I always received prompt responses. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any season!

Wonderful stay
It was a very clean, nicely decorated and very cozy cabin like retreat. Plenty of living space for spreading out and the best appointed kitchen. It had 2 nice knives, nice pots and pans, plenty of flatware and dishes as well as serving pieces. It even had electric griddle, crock pot and food processor! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :-)
