Reviewer Comments:
I loved this space! It felt cozy and the art and house plants made it feel more like a home than a generic vacation rental. It’s also in an ideal east bay neighborhood right between Oakland and Berkeley and not far from the Bay bridge to get into the city. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again!

Reviewer Comments:
It did not look like the pictures. There was no air conditioning so we opened the windows and then it smelled like cat urine from the outside so we had to close the windows which made the temperature inside uncomfortable. There were spider webs around the windows and skylights. There were plants everywhere and there was a note on the refrigerator telling guests to water the plants which should be job of owner or management company. The backyard pictures looked nice but in realty it was overgrown and definitely not a place where you’d want to relax. Description said a king size bed but it was actually a queen mattress on a king frame. Bathtub and bathroom were not very clean there was hair all over and the towels were not in good condition. I contacted the management company about the cat smell and never received a response . We left early and got a hotel room and again I let the management company know and still no response. We have has great experiences with VRBO in the past but very disappointed with this one . My daughter lives in the area and we will be visiting and was hoping to find a place to use with each visit but this is not an option.
