House was very well-maintained, clean, plenty of space for 17 of us. Location was great, very easy working with the property manager before and during the stay. Loved having the beach chair service included!

This house was so beautiful and so clean! There was a ton of space for all of us (9 total) and we definitely could have fit more. The pool was heated perfectly. We had private access to the beach which was so nice and just a short walk from the house. Definitely would come back and recommend to friends!

This was a business retreat for a large group of women. It was awesome; close enough to the beach to walk a few minutes. The bedding is so comfortable (I want to know the name of the mattress) lol

We absolutely loved our time at this home. It was a group of about 12-15 people, mostly couples. The fact that every room except for one had an en suite was wonderful. The kitchen was stocked so well for cooking at the home. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, pots, pans, a blender, a slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker, separate ice maker. Absolutely fantastic home, probably one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. Almost all furniture was brand new, some of the dressers still had tags attached. Plenty of parking, we had 5 vehicles plus a rented golf cart. Walk-ability was wonderful, definitely recommend renting a golf cart. Can ride to coffee shop, Winn Dixie, Alvins beach store, etc. If you are not renting in summer time, definitely pay the extra for the heated pool. My kids were in it the whole time, it felt like bath water. Hot tub was wonderful for grown ups as well. Wonderful property overall, without too many rules or too much clean up before leaving. Property managers communicated very well when needed as well.

Our stay at Fun in the Sun was a great time! The house was perfect for our families-lots of room and everyone had their own space. We had trouble getting the fire pit started and someone came right out to help. The beach is beautiful and within walking distance! We would stay here again!

Property was beautiful and the location was great. Overall was great. The property manger was very quick to respond and very helpful as well. My only complaint is there was hair in the shower upon our arrival in multiple showers. You could definitely tell the cleaning was done quick and not taken seriously. Everything else was perfect besides the cleanness. Would stay again. Lots of space.

Beautiful property in a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee each morning, a short enough walk to the beach, and close to the grocery store which adds convenience! The only downfall is that we paid for our pool to be heated but there was some sort of gas line issue so it never heated up and the fire pit did not work. Property management was easy to get in contact with and they offered to refund my money right away. This house was super spacious with more than enough room for 24 of our friends to have a reunion! The top floor was so fun with the bunk beds and pool tables. We ended up hanging out and watching movies up there a few nights. We stayed here in January and had a blast, I can only imagine being here in the summer!
Just an FYI: bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper, and aluminum foil! I’ve stayed at multiple VRBO which have these but this one doesnt

This property was amazing! It’s VERY close to the beach. It’s less than a 10 minute walk. There were many rooms and sleeping options. The pool was the perfect size for the kids on the trip. The place was VERY CLEAN. The property management was very responsive. I would recommend this listing to everyone. 10/10

We would stay again! Great house layout, two kitchen tables and an island, great living room with newer couches and a big TV. The kids loved the upstairs bunk room and loved the pool! I recommend checking out this property and the others they own. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy with TVs and big beds. We loved the nice bathrooms attached to all the bedrooms.
A few small issues: We didn’t realize it would cost an additional $800 to heat the pool ($100/day) when we booked. It mentioned that it could be heated but the price felt a bit steep.
The house is great but there are several patch areas on the walls that don’t match the paint, and it’s a bit beat up in areas. Not a problem. The biggest issue was that blinds were needed in several windows. One of the bedrooms had a full door uncovered that faced the house behind, and privacy and flashing lights were an issue. Hard to sleep. The bunk room doesn’t have blinds and the kids wake up at the crack of dawn.
Future guests- we had to buy a box of garbage bags, counter cleaner, and paper towels. Everything ran out quickly. Other than that, fantastic stay.

We rented this place for my beach wedding weekend and loved it!!! The place was very clean and updated, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only thing was the door alarm was not advertised and kept going off constantly and malfunctioning. Fortunately, after communicating this with maintenance they resolved the issue immediately and we did not have to deal with it again. Overall a great stay and great location and highly recommend!!

Our stay for 10 days in August of 2022 with our party of 17 was simply amazing. The property is in a great location with a quick walk to the private beach. The home amenities were perfect both inside and outside. There was enough space for all of us to have own privacy and plenty of room to gather together often. The pool table, ping pong table, swimming pool, hot tub, and bunk beds were a hit for the kids. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and inviting. It is located within 10 minutes to all the shopping malls, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The only think that we could think of that could’ve made our stay a pinch better would’ve been a golf cart, since we had our parents and children with us. However, we were able to rent one with ease. The property manager came by and introduced himself and made sure things were okay. Overall it was amazing. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this to our family and friends. This was a nice location for a family gathering. Upon check-in, the upstairs bathroom had not been cleaned. There was urine all over the floor and back of the toilet. I cleaned it with the supplies at the house. The shower was also dirty and the handle fell off on the shower door. On the middle floor queen bedroom, the sink was slow in draining and the toilet handle was about to fall off. There's an electrical outlet on the main floor that doesn't have a cover on it. This is a major safety violation. Another electrical outlet in the top floor is broken. The pool was really cloudy. When the pool boy got there, he discovered the filtration system was malfunctioning. He was nice to all of us and had it repaired quickly. Despite all of this our family of 16 had a really nice time! We had lots of fun and enjoyed getting to know our neighbors.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were very nice and a big focal point for the kids. Upon arrival, the AC was not working on the 1st floor, but it was fixed immediately upon notification - excellent service! The site was much closer to the beach than we thought - another big plus. Overall, a perfect choice for a large family or group.

The property itself was great. It gave our trip alot to do, with the spa and pool. Huge kitchen and great parking. Everything was clean upon our arrival. And kitchen had many utensils and all silverware that we needed.

Get Your Sun experience
We had an absolute blast on this trip. It was a wedding party trip so all adults and the only downside I would say is getting used to the button and alarm for the back door. The surrounding neighbors were also having issues so it honestly provided a bit of entertainment as well. It’s a common thing in Destin for insurance and safety purposes so don’t let it affect your decision on staying here, the pool and hot tub were a savior on a spotty weather weekend! The location was incredible, and an easy walk to the beach, as well as the two provided beach chairs and umbrella waiting for us as promised! I was pretty sure upon booking there was a golf cart included in the stay which we had planned to use and would’ve been a huge bonus, but not a dealbreaker. There were beach pull carts and extra beach chairs provided. The natural gas outside grill was great as well as the inside kitchen and dining area, which had plenty of room for a large group. The pool table on the 3rd floor was a nice touch but had no chalk so wasn’t used much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others with a large group of people looking for a beach getaway.

Family Beach Trip
Although we were nervous booking this house for so many family members (24 total), the stay totally exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, with the beach and several shops & restaurants so close. Every amenity you might need is there: extra beach wagons, a high chair, extra pillows, ice maker, etc. They have certainly thought about the small things that make a big difference. We’re so thankful that we stayed here and we’re already talking about making it a tradition every year or two. Thanks for making it a great family getaway!

We enjoyed this new home that was close enough to walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub and firepit were a big hit with everyone. Kitchen was properly stocked, we cooked thanksgiving meal with no problems. We especially loved the ice machine and wine fridge! Beds were extra comfy and sheets/coverings were all wonderful. I usually bring my own, but these were great! Management was easy to deal with. Would definitely book this one again! Thank you!
