We had a wonderful stay! Cheryl and Eric were beyond kind and welcoming upon our arrival and showed us all around the guesthouse. They were very helpful and very quick to respond via messaging, but not intrusive at all, as we never saw them during our stay. The guesthouse was fun and ecclectic and a wonderful space. We were in town for th Olympic Marathon Trials so we parked the car and then were on foot throughout the weekend. Its such an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere! Quiet and safe, would definitely stay again!

The room was very damp and musty. We had to leave after the first hour due to allergies. The bathroom shower floor was very moldy and had fungus growing on it.

We were pleased with everything connected with our stay. The owners met us and went over everything we might need to know during our stay and shared the history of the property. They were easily accessible for questions that might come up as well. The pool house is cute, comfortable and very well stocked (beach towels, cooking supplies, linens…). We appreciated having the coffee maker, pods and creamer. Our stay was 5 nights and if we had the time we would not have minded staying longer. The shower has great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. There is WiFi and TV with chrome cast available. We were there over New Years and the holidays season and the whole property was decorated and lit up beautifully. The poolhouse is behind the main home and has a great outdoor area where we enjoyed our morning coffee and often sat in the evenings reading, enjoying the pool and fountain and the seasonably warm weather. It is within easy walking distance to Lake Eola (which was also lit up for Christmas), downtown eating and shopping areas, groceries (Publix) and other conveniences (7-Eleven) and to free public transportation (the Lymmo). We will keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.

My wife and myself have spent 6 weeks in the property and we loved it. The beautifully designed garden is where we spent the most time. Cheryl and Eric are very discreet and it felt like we had the place for ourselves most of the time but they are immediately available whenever needed. The kitchen and bathroom are luxurious and if one likes antiques the house is full of them. All of this in a beautiful historic district 15 minutes walking distance from lake Eola downtown Orlando!

We spent four nights at this beautiful property in April. It is lovely inside but it's outdoor space is really special. We enjoyed our coffee outside each morning (even when it rained) under the covered terrace outside our door. It was so inviting that when we picked up lunch we went back and ate on the terrace because it so peaceful by the pool. We mainly used the kitchen for breakfast, but it is well stocked with pots, pans, dished, utensils if you wanted to cook. Another highlight is the big walk in shower with the BEST shower pressure ever and a heated towel rack. We would absolutely stay here again!

A Backyard Resort!
We spent 9 days in the backyard resort of Cheryl and Eric. They were outstanding hosts. Easily approachable and there to answer any questions and quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. They provided great tips on where to go and what to see during our stay. We loved the unit. It was stocked with all the kitchenware we needed to make our meals "at home". The sleeping accommodations were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Poolhouse with lots of character
This is a wonderful accommodation located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from downtown Orlando. Although it is listed as a poolhouse, it has the feeling of a nice sized guesthouse. High end decor and furnishings are provided throughout. You will spend many minutes gazing at all of the unique wall decorations. Cheryl and Eric are great hosts and are prompt to respond to any issues you may have. You will appreciate the attention to detail and the little extras provided. The garden is full of amazing plant varieties that surround a charming two tiered pool with a fountain. Overall it is a peaceful retreat and one or our favorite places that we've stayed at and we have stayed at VRBO locations all over the country.
