This beautiful ocean front beach retreat with breathtaking ocean views has just been renovated with amazing upgrades throughout from the gray plank flooring to the stunning quartz countertops. A great open floor plan with plenty of room to lounge and relax. This fantastic Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The living room and both bedrooms have 55” smart TV’s. The moment you step inside Belle Vue, you will be in awe of the beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean through the oversized glass doors. What truly makes this Villa so special is the ability to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and endless ocean views while relaxing on your own private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Beachwood Place is a gated complex with only 24 units, a private pool that has an abundance of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect…just steps to the beach, and you have great ocean views from your 3rd floor balcony. Everything was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

This 2 bedroom villa was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our little girl loved the bunk room. The location is perfect with an amazing view, private pool, restaurants, shops and Coligny Beach. We want to Thank Chuck and Susan and look forward to coming back!

This VRBO rental is adorable from the rental itself to the owners. Location is outstanding, top floor, center unit with beautiful views of the ocean from the room. The owner thinks of everything from wine (thank you) to beach chairs/toys. It allowes you to feel at home. We cooked 90% of meals in the room and had all the means in which to do so. Pots, pans, spatulas lol you name it was in the kitchen. Be aware master bathroom is snug but the small space was used so effectively you barely notice. Future guests will love this rental and we are already plotting next year.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The villa was clean and true to the pics posted. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry was convenient across the hall. We also loved this location for its easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Coligny Beach. Thank you Chuck & Susan for sharing your slice of paradise!

Air conditioner split units do struggle to cool the unit. This wasn’t a problem with 75 degrees but in the heat of summer it might struggle. Needs more lighting in the stairways otherwise it was a great property.

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The location is fantastic- so close to Coligny which made for an easy walk there for shops and restaurants. The view off the balcony was amazing and so close to the beach. The property was well stocked and we would definitely stay again!!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and I wanted to find a smaller complex to stay at so it would be less busy. This was exactly it. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four, but it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Church and Susan were so helpful and sweet. I had a few questions and they quickly responded in a timely manner. As a mom, I loved that my kids had bunk beds, but there was also a trundle if we ever wanted to let them bring a friend. The kitchen appliances were all really nice and it had all the pots and pans I needed for making dinner. I was skeptical about not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but I found it to be even better. I didn’t feel the need to do laundry every day like I do at home. Plus, the washer and dryer ware just across the hall and they were fabulous at washing and drying, like a full load start to finish in an hour. I also loved that everything was gated with a code so that helped ease my mind having Little’s. The tables by the pool were really nice and we had dinner out there while the kids swam one night. We are definitely looking at booking here again for next year. We absolutely loved it!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two grandchildren, ages 4 & 6. The property is clean and beautiful. It is exactly as presented. The pool and ocean view are simply spectacular. The owners of the property are very kind, gracious and responsive. This property is a hidden gem. The property has a small number of units, so the pool is never crowded. At first, I was upset about no washer and dryer in our unit, but was pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer was right across the hall. Owner provided a wagon full of beach chairs, pool toys and sand toys. Since we flew and couldn’t bring those items, we were so excited and impressed. The location was also perfect because we were within walking distance of many shops, eateries, and Coligny Park, which is awesome! We were within a short driving distance of many wonderful restaurants. The food at Hudsons Restaurant is amazing. We visited Harbour Town to see the lighthouse, eat at The Salty Dog Cafe and the kids road pony’s! We also met many new friends who stayed at the same complex. Truly a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

The photos are accurate so there is a wonderful view from this property. The 2-BR condo is nicely furnished and attractive. It was perfect for us as a couple but would be a little tight for a family of 5 or more. The balcony has only 2 chairs and the 2d bedroom is smallish. There is no dining area. The kitchen table is for two but a counter adds more seating space. The amenities are all updated although there is no disposal in the sink. There are starter supplies except for bathroom items. There are no beach towels provided but there are some beach chairs and other beach items. We loved it here inasmuch as it was ideal for us. The Coligny area also makes things very active and convenient. We recommend it.

The condo was as advertised and super clean. We did not use much in the kitchen as we were only there for a few days and ate out. The location was great as we were able to walk to anything we needed. The owners were very responsive and great at communicating. Can’t wait to visit again when it warms up.

Belle Vue was the perfect place for our mini vacation. Location was perfect for shopping,dining and other attractions. The magnificent view from the balcony can’t be beat. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean while sipping on wine provided by the host upon arrival. Chuck and Susan were great hosts to work with and responded immediately with any questions. Will definitely return in the future

My husband and 2 kids and I loved this place. We especially liked the view of the ocean, the uncrowded pool and the proximity to both Coligny and Sea Pines. My kids liked the setup in the second bedroom to watch TV and relax after busy days in the sun.

Newly updated unit with an amazing view. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. It's in a prime location so we were able to walk to many restaurants, shopping, etc. We also rented bikes and were able to hop right on bike paths or ride on the beach. The owners were very quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful vacation!

This property was the perfect location for a beach vacation! So close to all the shops and many restaurants and condo right on the beautiful soft sands of Hilton Head! My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a week at this very nice beachfront villa. We appreciated the gorgeous view from the balcony, the easy path to the beautiful beach, and the close proximity to all the Coligny Beach shops and restaurants. The villa is just as pictured on the listing and was sparkling clean. Chuck and Susan are gracious hosts and the welcome bottle of wine and treats were much appreciated. We highly recommend Belle Vue for a fun and relaxing vacation on beautiful HHI!

This property was exactly as described. The cleanliness of the unit was above board. It was a very nicely decorated and fully furnished condo. The kitchen had every utensil and cooking utensil you would ever need to prepare a world class meal. The property owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions without hesitation. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo and would not hesitate to return thus the 5 Star review.

Hilton Head is already a magical place, but this condo is a gem within a gem! First, the view is unrivaled. You can actually hear the ocean from the patio while you watch pelicans diving, dolphins playing, etc. So very peaceful!Next, the location is perfect...easily within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bike rentals, and of course, an amazing beachfront.The accommodations are very clean, and updated beautifully.Finally, it was such a pleasure to correspond with the Johnsons, as they were always responsive, welcoming, and kind. Our family will be forever grateful that our first time on HHI was spent in this special place. Thank you so much. :)

The property was very nice, the weather for the 3 days was not! Had a little difficulty getting the heat to turn on in all the units, but eventually got it to work. Not having a hair dryer available was also a bit of an inconvenience- had to go out and buy one! Wine and snacks upon arrival was a nice touch! Overall, very nice.
