Bonita Springs spring break
My husband and I stayed at This property for our spring break. I booked in January. Prior to the trip and throughout our stay we had great communication with the owner, Steve. He answered our questions quickly. When we arrived the pkace looked great. It was clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag and coolers to take to the beach. The beach is as so convenient, right across the street. We loved have Docs and Coconut Jack’s so close as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation.

Great experience!
Great location! This place has everything from beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and a great view of the ocean. The unit is clean and updated with some special homey touches. The owners are great to work with and respond quickly.

excellent property. Well stocked and well maintained. The owner, Steve, was very gracious and quick to communicate. We enjoyed our time here. View was wonderful. Everything we needed was in the condo. Steve was a wonderful host

Could not have been happier with choice
We enjoyed our stay during the month of January. Steve was an excellent owner who responded quickly to any small issue we might have had. I would recommend his condo too anyone - as long as they don't want it when I do!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the owners. The unit was recently renovated - OCD clean and well-appointed. Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Incredible sunsets. Super comfy bed. We look forward to returning!

Awesome stay on Bonita Beach
This property provides everything you may want for a wonderful beach stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach tote was much appreciated. THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE! We enjoyed the deck with the ocean view. Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's restaurants were within walking distance and both served excellent food. This property made our stay fantastic, we would recommend without hesitation. We hope to stay again in the future!!

Bonita condo
The condo was very nice and in a great location. My only complaints were that the complex is still undergoing renovation so the cafe and one of the buildings was under construction. Also the interior of the buildings needs more lighting at night.

Laurie & Jim's Wedding weekend
It was a very convenient location to the wedding venues in Bonita Springs. Great beach access and Doc's across the street came in handy for breakfast and watching the playoffs cause I couldn't figure out how to operate the TV to get Cable. Steve super helpful assisting me on the phone till I got it. Staple products were in the condo but we had bought some at the market so we used what was there and left the "fresh ones".

Great place!
This rental had everything you could ask for! It was immaculately clean, tastefully updated and ready for a week at the beach! The owner was in touch to make sure all was in order. The coffee bar was an unexpected nice touch! We appreciated as well the nice sheets and towels, and felt right at home! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Experience!
We stayed for 3 days... it was a very last moment trip. We had a great time, the chairs and umbrella were a great addition... the apartment is pristine. Had everything we need it. The fact that is across the street from the beach is a MUST to me. My kids are teens and they want to spend time in the pool and I like the beach! ... So we were all happy! It was convenient and Steven was great when he got an extra key after my son locked us out of the unit! Super responsive! I would definitely highly recommend and already have people asking me!

Perfect spot for relaxing vacation.
The location was great. Property is just outside the busy/touristy fort meyers beach. Plenty of dining options around. There is beach access right across the street. We opted to take a short drive to some free pull off beach access areas. Host provided us with contact info which came in extremely handy when the VRBO app wasn't working. Steve and Debra were quick to reply and always helpful. This location definitely gets added to our "we'll be back" list.

Very nice, wonderful gulf breeze on the balcony
Will not disappoint, very clean and owners have thought of everything you need for a stay. Condo is well laid out and the property is very nice and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

Great location! Awesome stay!
We stayed in Steve's place for 5 nights and had the best time. It's not super fancy, but it was definitely perfect for us. The inclusion of beach supplies was awesome and made our stay that much better. Less than a 5 minute walk from the door to the beach. Views were beautiful, as well. Lanai was perfect for morning coffee, nighttime cocktails, or watching the (occasional) rain. The bed was very comfortable, as well! We loved that it was a quiet place to stay--not crazy touristy at all. The beaches weren't even that crowded. (We went one day to Fort Meyers and it was crazy busy--we were so happy we chose to stay where we did.) We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view
Beautiful view of the beach/ocean. Very nicely decorated and updated condo. Nicely furnished with everything needed. Very convenient location. Hosts respond right away. Had a wonderful week long stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend getaway
The condo was clean, updated and had everything needed for our stay. Great view of the ocean from the unit. The beach is a very short walk just across the street. The owner was very responsive to any of our requests. Downtown Naples was just a quick drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property
We had a great time here! Perfect location to sit on the veranda and watch the sunset or sunrise and feel the ocean breeze while watching the waves! It’s right across the street from Docs for all kinds of beach activities and excellent mango daiquiris. The beach chairs and umbrella were a very nice touch as well as the lush towels. Walkable to Coconut Jacks and the Fish House for awesome food! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway!
We spent 10 days at this beautiful condo with amazing Gulf views. It had everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. Literally across the street from the beach, the location can't be beat. The owners provided towels, beach chairs and coolers for us to bring to the pool or beach. The condo was well appointed and stocked nicely with some toiletries and coffee! It was nicely updated and clean! We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again! Thank you!

VRBO host was prompt in responding to any questions or needs. Condo is very well stocked, we especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The condo has a wonderful view of the gulf. Great beach access right across the street.

Condo exceeded our expectations
The condo unit is exactly as advertised and pictures are accurate. The unit had everything we needed for our week stay. The beach is just a very short walk across the street. The owners provided everything needed for a beach vacation such as beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach bag and towels. The kitchen is nicely equipped for small meals if staying in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are several restaurant options within walking distance of the condo complex. Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is located on Bonita Beach road at a stop light which makes for ease of coming and going without too much of a traffic issue. The complex is centrally located to the many area attractions. The owners were very responsive and thought of just about everything to make for a nice stay at the beach. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to experience Bonita Beach, it is truly a lovely area and we will be back.

You can not beat the view and the location!!
WOW! What a wonderful condo to vacation in! It was close to the beach, resturants, shopping. You are centrally located in Bonita Springs, close to Naples, Marco Island and Sanibel Island.
Steve was wonderful to work with- very quick to respond for all of my questions. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for our use. We appreciate all of his amenities as we flew in from out of town! We can not wait to come back!

Wonderful Mini 3 day Vacation.
3 Day mini vacation celebrating our 3 year anniversary. We asked to the beach every morning and then again in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We ate breakfast out on the balcony and enjoyed the breeze.

Great view and location!
Property was just as pictured. Beautiful gulf view, several restaurants to walk to and warm pool. However, the bed was very short and condo was lacking things like trash bags, dishwasher detergent and even a toaster. Overall a great stay though. And owner was very responsive.

Nice place; nicer view
The unit itself was pretty OK, but the 10th floor southern view was very nice. Yet better than that was the owner’s kindness and response. Probably the kindest owner we’ve met.

Perfect property for out short getaway
We were guests at the property from January 15-20 2021. The property was very clean and in a great location. The view from the 10th floor balcony was excellent. You were able to see the Gulf, down the shoreline and the Naples skyline. It is directly across the street from the beach. There are two restaurants on either side of the property. We had very good meals at both places. The communication by the owners was excellent and very prompt. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and it provided everthing we needed.
