The property itself was in a great location and ideal for travel to and from the beach and other shopping. The pool was nice as well and the house seemed large enough for a group of 4-6.
There were several pieces of furniture that needed to be repaired or replaced. The leather couch showed obvious signs of wearing down as well as the ottoman sitting in front of it, which sunk down if you sat on it. We also noticed that the stove in the kitchen was dirty and had not been cleaned beforehand. The primary issue was the bedroom with the two single beds. Both beds were very uncomfortable and one of them had a broken bed frame that prohibited sleeping on it. The guest had to sleep on the couch instead, which was only slightly better. There was also a VERY large indoor basketball net/game setup in the bedroom with the single beds that made it hard to enter the room and left little to no room for luggage. One of the single beds was blocking the closet so we couldn’t put luggage there either. The basketball setup was not advertised in any of the house descriptions nor was it in the photos and we definitely did not request it, and it came as a surprise to us. We wouldn’t have booked had we known about all of these issues.

The property was amazing!! They do have well water but didn’t seem to be a problem with washing stuff or our showers but we bought bottled water to drink and cook with. Close to the beach. Lots of places to explore within a reasonable driving distance.
Only suggestion would be to have a few more towels and washcloths for showers. There were 5 of us and we basically had to wash towels and washcloths everyday

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the pool.
There were several brown recluse spiders that we had to get rid of.

Enough room to be together but also socially distant. We were in town for a Softball tournament and this place was everything we needed.
Property was amazing. My only issue and believe me it was small, was the hot tub never reached warm and had an overpowering aroma of bleach. Besides that everything was great.
