About this house rental
"Tide Life", is a lovely beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. This beachfront home features luxury furnishings, a private outdoor pool, beach boardwalk, fully equipped kitchen and will comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

The main living area is located on the first floor with an open-concept dining area, living room and kitchen. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and also includes an ice maker. There is a half bathroom located across the hall from the laundry room. Down the hall is a street-view king bedroom with private en-suite. Stepping out into the living room there are sliding glass doors that open up to a 19x10 beachfront private pool as well as your very own beach boardwalk which takes you directly down to the coastline. The pool deck area includes lounge chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill and shower.
As you go up to the second floor you will find a bunk room with a twin over twin and queen over queen bunk with private attached en-suite with a shower/tub combo. Going down the hall to the beach side are two additional bedrooms. To your left is a king suite with private attached en-suite. To the right is the master king suite with attached private en-suite. The master king suite also features sliding glass doors that open up to a private furnished balcony with perfect beach views,
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have beach access through a boardwalk leading directly from the house!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

This was such an awesome house. Best place we have ever stayed in PCB. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen is to die for and the outside pool area was so relaxing. Just such a beautiful place. The kids absolutely loved being able to jump in the pool and run down to the beach. We went in the off season and there was hardly anyone on the beach. We had it to ourselves! We didn’t have a single complaint except for having to leave at the end of the week! :) if your on the fence, jump! You won’t regret it!

We had the most amazing stay at Tide Life. We loved the beach location, along with our private pool. The house is stunning. It is equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. And the beds are so comfortable that you sleep like a dream. We can not wait to schedule our next stay.

We have stayed in many houses along Laguna and Sunnyside. This one had the easiest access to the beach. Also the pool and patio were perfect. You can be in the pool and still see the ocean. We have small kids so they wanted to be in the pool a lot, but me and wife still got the beach feel because you could see the beach and water. Porch stays shaded so it’s great all day long.
I highly recommend getting the chair and umbrella package.

This was our second trip to Tide Life. It's a great home! It's beautifully decorated and the location on the beachfront is nice. The pool was heated so that we could enjoy it even though it was a little chilly outside. The check in/out process is seamless and nice to be able to go directly to the property upon arrival. The management company was great and very easy to communicate with. Our only complaints were that the last night, our downstairs water went off and an alarm went off throughout the home starting at 2:30am making it really hard to sleep.
Overall, this is a beautiful property that is well taken care of and would return!

This was a gorgeous home right on the beach. I have stayed in beachfront condos before and this private home with a pool and right on the beach was so much better! The kitchen was so well equipped and it was an awesome stay. Totally worth the money!

This was a fantastic house. We timed our visit just right, almost had the beach to ourselves! Having the pool just outside the backdoor where you could float and look at the ocean was very relaxing. I do wish they had some basic things in the house like trash bags and dishwasher detergent, but those things are so small compared to the experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Holiday Beach Rental Company. We have rented beach homes many times through the years and the staff was extremely friendly and so helpful! The beach home is absolutely beautiful…so up to date and extremely clean! The grandchildren loved the pool and walk right out on the white beach with crystal clear water! We look forward to booking again and highly recommend Tide Life and Holiday Rentals!

Great Location
We loved this location and the heated pools were a plus. There was plenty of room to eat and sit in the living room. The Ice maker was a huge bonus! The views were great especially seeing the dolphins out our balcony the first morning we were there. There was a shark close to the beach one day as well which was pretty neat to see. The sand was soft and powdery the water was clean and clear along with very little sea weed on shore. The only thing I wish was that they had a storage area to put sand toys or pool toys that people buy instead of having to throw out what you bought and couldnt take home. I also wish they would leave some condiments such as seasoning im sure there is a good reason they prefer not to but its very wasteful to throw out everything on the last day or having to buy certain things for one or two uses. Also wish there was a food pantry we could have donated some of the stuff we didnt open and use instead of having to throw it all. Beds were very comfortable other then the one bed upstairs was very squeaky. The pool door alarm was obnoxious but we totally understand why they have to have it and In the end its very smart especially when we have little children. Overall we would stay here in a heartbeat very nice place.

Relaxation by the shore
This is by far the nicest beach house I've ever stayed in on the gulf coast. The convenience to restaurants and shopping in Panama City (10 minutes) and Destin (35 minutes) were perfect. The views from the kitchen to the back porch and pool were great for watching the kids. The decor and comfort of this house are perfect. Sleeping in the upstairs master bedroom with balcony access was so peaceful and the on suite bath was wonderful. The management company was so nice and just a phone call away when I had a question.

Beautiful Property
Tide Life was a beautifully decorated and well-kept property. The house was perfect for our family and we truly enjoyed the getaway. Having the home right on the beach was so convenient and easy. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the setup of having 3 king rooms and large bunk room. We rented chairs from Holiday Rentals for the week and they were great about having them out every morning and letting us get the last bit of daylight each day as well. The only downsides we saw were: 1. the pool was so chlorinated it bleached/ ruined our swimsuits (bummer) and 2. it is just two doors down from a large retreat center. A few of the days, the groups were very large and came down to using our chairs/umbrellas. Overall, minimal complaints! I would totally book this home again though! It was beautiful and well stocked!

Perfect ocean view
We were looking for a house in the beach with a pool and this home did not disappoint!! You can stand in the pool and see the ocean! Being able to walk right out the back door and in just a few steps you are sitting on the beach.
