“Seas The Day” at our Emerald Isle Beach House Rental!! Oceanside 3BR/2BA Duplex (3 minute walk or 1 minute Golf Cart ride) to private neighborhood beach access with wide sandy beaches and stunning Emerald Green water. PROFESSIONALLY SANITIZED BETWEEN EACH STAY. Keyless entry for Self Check-in. Quiet neighborhood directly across the street from the NC Wildlife public boat ramp with amazing extensive playground for kids overlooking the Bogue Sound and expansive docks extending over the Bogue Sound with observation benches for sunset watching. Bring your own boat for sunset cruises, boating and fishing adventures close to home! Check out photographs to see how close this home is to endless beach and sound side fun! Comfortably accommodates 6 adults/2 children with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed. 3 bedrooms total, two are Master bedrooms with exceptionally comfortable Nectar mattresses and sturdy bed frames. Two full bathrooms (shower/tub combination) and a large walk-in outside enclosed shower with privacy door. Large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and plenty of closet space. Ceiling fans with remote light dimmers and fan speed controls in all bedrooms and living room room. Cozy and comfortable with an open floor plan between Living Room, kitchen and dining room area, double sliding glass doors open to front deck from living room area providing lots of natural light creating a “tree house at the beach” feel. Main level master bedroom with King bed and bathroom in adjacent hallway. Privacy door between kitchen and main level Master bathroom/bathroom can be closed at night for additional privacy. Upstairs Master King and Guest room with 1 Queen and 1 Twin. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. Washer and dryer room downstairs. All bedrooms have a private walk out balcony. Covered and open areas on front porch/deck area with Weber gas grill. Relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves in the evenings while cooking dinner on the grill. All front outdoor decks and balconies have a full privacy wall between next-door neighbors. The West Side of the property is occupied by wonderful couple who are full time residents. Kitchen Area has plenty of seating with dining room table with seating for 6 people and Counter Bar with seating for 3. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking meals at home. Brand new cutlery set, dinnerware, blender, hand mixer and nonstick pans. All bedrooms have 42” flat screen smart TVs with Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. Extra large 75” flat screen smart TV in living room. High-speed WiFi/internet. Separate Game/TV Room/kids play, movie room, etc downstairs with 42” flat screen smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus, Foosball table, oversized Connect Four and couch that folds to a small twin bed is the perfect place for a fun kids retreat. Private patio area in backyard with large outdoor couch and outside private walk in shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach! Linen service included on WEEKLY stays ONLY and includes 8 bath towels, 8 wash clothes, 2 bath hand towels, 2 kitchen hand towels and 2 kitchen dish towels, sheets, pillowcases and comforters. All linens and towels are laundered/sanitized between each Guests’ stay. For Guests’ stays that DO NOT include linen service, beds include 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Twin; please use King sheets and pillow cases on King beds. Neighborhood is Oceanside, quiet and tucked away with private neighborhood beach access. Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella, cooler and sand toys are stored in outside storage shed for guest’s use. Owner Golf Cart Available for small additional weekly fee for easy Access to the Beach, exploring the Neighborhood and visiting nearby eateries. **Please Note** Golf Cart rental will be billed as add on fee and guest will be required to sign Low Speed Vehicle Agreement. Close to bike paths, several excellent restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, movie theatre, Aquarium, small water park and grocery stores. Visit and explore nearby Atlantic Beach, Indian Beach, Pine Knoll shores and Fort Macon. Minimum 4-night stay in the offseason. Weekly stays only May-September with some exceptions. OPTIONAL AMENITIES: • Golf Cart Rental - $50/per full day or $250 per week. If you are interested in renting the golf cart please advise at time of booking so that we can add a payment request for Golf Cart use and have you review and sign the Low Speed Vehicle Agreement SECURITY: • The property has a surveillance device on the front exterior of the home. The device monitors the entry of the driveway ONLY for security measure purposes for both owners and guests. The security device is motion detected and all still images are auto deleted after 24 hours. The device does NOT have audio or video surveillance.

It was no problem. The owner answered all my questions and was very helpful when the AC wasn't cooperating. It was fixed fast! Loved the home and vacation. Emerald Isle is beautiful.

What a fantastic week we had at Seas the Day! Everything was just as described. Use of the golf cart was a fantastic addition to the week. All furnishings were in great working order. We really felt at home and only had to worry about what to do next. Beach was close. The walking distance was a non issue. Communication with Meranda was quick and very helpful. Well worth it. We love Emerald Isle and this property did not disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect! The house looked exactly as it did in the listing and was perfect for our needs. Very close to a private beach access and the access to the golf cart was a definite plus! The perfect amount amenities were waiting for us upon arrival and all of the furniture was comfortable and perfectly placed. Would definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip to Seas the day! The owner is very, very accommodating and courteous and so quick to answer any questions! Wouldn’t change a thing!

We had so much fun at this beautiful home! The golf cart rental was absolutely worth it and we also rented bikes which enabled our teenagers to explore the island on their own. Perfectly located between the sound and ocean, there was no shortage of things to do. Merenda was a wonderful host and quick to reply and offer solutions to minor issues that came up. Overall a solid 5 star vacation rental!!

We highly recommend this property for a wonderful beach vacation in Emerald Isle. Meranda is very responsive and accommodating. The house is just a short walk to the beach and near restaurants and attractions in Emerald Isle. We paid to rent the golf cart which was a lot of fun to ride around on in the neighborhood. The house was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Linen service was provided which was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Me, my pregnant wife and 3 boys (3-7) had an incredible stay in the first week in June. Meranda was super quick to respond to any email or text. She even called to follow up after I hadn't gotten back to her to make sure everything was ok. We got caught in a little memorial day traffic running errands and had a few things pop up over the week, but nothing Meranda couldn't handle. The place was neat and cooled off quickly when we adjusted the a/c. It was nice to have two different zones of A/C (one specifically for the 3rd floor bedrooms). The top floor had a bathroom and two bedrooms. One with a King the other with a Queen and a Twin. All bedrooms have outdoor balconies. There were no table fans (my kids like having the noise to sleep) but the sleep machines were fine. Make sure to click the first button on the black one until you see no lights so that the sound doesn't time out on you. Every room had a ceiling fan too. On the main (second) level was the living, dining, kitchen and master suite with laundry. The TV is HUGE and the couches recline. The lower game room has an old school Nintendo with a ton of games on the console. My boys thought it was hilarious to see me play the retro games. It also has a fold out futon. The lighting in this room and the living room was a little dim for our liking but still fine for lounging and relaxing. Our highlight of the week was probably the golf cart. I splurged and added it to our trip and was glad I did. There are cart paths on ocean drive that allow you to get a lot of places on the island (including the beach) without having to jump in our car. My boys LOVED riding in the cart and we took it to get ice cream at the sweet spot, joyride to look at houses and more. Never had a problem with battery life! Meranda also had some beach essentials in the shed if you are in a pinch. We also liked circle the home was located on and the beach was NOT crowded at all. Overall it was a great stay in a comfortable, clean place, with plenty of room for our family. Meranda was an awesome, easy to reach, and quick to respond host! It was a great week at Seastheday!

Our party of 6 loved this house! It’s in a beautiful,quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach!! We spent a lot of time on the front porch and could hear the ocean most evenings! The owner was quick to answer my many questions! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Great location, great house! This owner thought of everything from the game room all the way down to small details like hairdryers and a first aid kit. We would definitely stay there again. Literally around the corner from the beach and around the corner from an awesome park for the kids. The owner was also great with communicating!
