About this house rental

Everything about this centrally located home is clean and immaculate. This house has new stainless steel appliances, fresh paint, quartz counter tops and hardwood floors throughout. Use of a full size washer and dryer is included in your stay. This turn of the century rancher sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, television and attached sitting room with an additional television. We offer free high speed wireless internet and cable television. The television in the living room is a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu apps to use if you have an account. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are included with your stay. Newer dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances are also available. There is a deck in the backyard with a propane grill and patio table. There is also a front porch with seating for 6. Multiple cars will fit on the gravel driveway. This home is all one level, with only stairs to the front and back doors. We do not live in this home, so there is no shared space! The fireplace is for decoration only and is not functional.
You're in walking distance to Starbucks, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Burger King, Memorial Hospital and the Olympic Training Center. 3 minutes from Memorial Park, 6 minutes from Colorado College, 9 minutes from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 13 minutes from the Broadmoor, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and 17 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

The “Little Blue Rancher” was immaculately clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, perfect location for the annual balloon festival. Close to area restaurants, activities, and USAFA. Check in process was easy and owner made entire process simple. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Nicely updated home in a convenient location. All services and local attractions are easily accessed from here. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Furnishings are just as pictured. Reviews mentioning creaky floors are way overblown in our opinion. Same for the complaints about busy street noise. We didn't find either to be an issue and would highly recommend this property to others.

This property was an ideal fit for our party of four. Location was great with easy access to local businesses and area attractions. Clean, well appointed, convenient digital door locks and secure parking. Quick and friendly communication from the host made everything a breeze.

CUTE little house, super comfy beds(even the pull out twin love seat was comfortable) 2 bathrooms, but almost every single floor board squeaked as you walked over them. It would have been ok if just a few made noise but it was really bad. nobody could sleep in and plan on moving around as it woke the others up. Also it was on a very busy loud street, I wish I would have been aware of that! If nighttime noise does not bother you, rent this house, it's super cute. If you like it quieter at night, take a pass on it.

Very clean inside, with all amenities necessary for a great stay. Plenty of room for 6 people. Within walkin distance of the Olympic Training Center. Didn't enjoy the creaky, squeaky floors very much, any walking during the night woke up everyone. Since we arrived at nighttime, we had a little difficulty finding the driveway, but after a few times of leaving and coming back, we had it down pat! Thank you for a great stay, we appreciated the hospitality!

The property is nicely furnished and comfortable. The location is good for access to the city and interstate. It's one block from the Olympic Training Center, close to grocery stores and has a view of Pikes Peak from the front yard.

We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for us. It was clean and well appointed... although we did not cook, all one would need was available. It is on a busy street, but that did not bother us. Owner was easy to communicate with but we did not have any issues. Would stay again if visiting Colorado Springs!

This little house is surprisingly spacious and oh so clean! The high tech amenities and comphy details allowed us to feel right at home. We were in Co. Springs to visit family and the proximity to downtown and our family was perfect for us!

Perfect house for friends to spread out for sleeping. Nice kitchen for multiple people to share and cook a delicious meal together. Close to the road so there is some traffic noise. Overall we had a great stay and were close to area attractions. Would stay here again!

We visited in order to attend our nephew’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. We knew we would be in the area for a short time and this little blue house fit for us. It was cute, clean and comfortable and the owner replied quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The home has a well equipped kitchen which we used The showers are excellent, beds comfortable and all bedding and bath towels are of a high quality. There is enough separation between bedrooms to allow for privacy. The car can be parked out of street view and the central air conditioning worked well. In addition you can walk to two coffee spots, some local restaurants a bakery (of sorts). The house is on a main street but we were not bothered by noise.

So much space in this very cute home. One could EASILY fit a family of 5 or 6 in it with plenty of space to spread out. The beds were ultra comfy, kitchen was very well equipped and the house itself was immaculate. Because it's in town you're close to all the top attractions and shopping however it is on a busy street so you'll want to bring a white noice maker if you're sleeping in the front bedroom. Michele was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, and the house was cozy and exactly what we needed. We live in a more rural area, so the street lights and road noise took some getting used to, but that's the trade off for the convenience of the location. Ear plugs for sleeping worked wonders. Blackout curtains in the front bedroom would be the only addition I would suggest. I woke up today and was sad that I couldn't have a coffee from Dutch Brothers in less than a minute. We had everything from 80 degree weather to snow over the course of a few days, and the heat and air both kept the house comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed, and again, the location was convenient to everything that we wanted and needed. The hosts were responsive and helpful with questions that we had. Definitely a great overall experience.
