Accommodation and staff was amazing

The place is amazing,clean the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful.

There no smoking area so they just smoke outside the door and cigarette smoke will come inside the room🥺🥺🥺

vising hours can not end at 6pm. this is not a student t residence.

the place itself. i loved it. peaceful place. really loved it.

dirty water from the tap, toilet has no door, water shortage and there were no means for us to get water, the 5lt the guy brought was sour couldn't drink. the stove had no gas, so we couldn't cook our own food.

The staff member who met me to check me in and give me the keys etc was lovely and very helpful

The price was NOT worth what I got. The place overall aswell as both the rooms i saw were just not good. In my room specifically nothing quite seemed to fit together and felt like a mix and match of whatever they happened to have lying around at the time. The curtains were mismatched, dirty and stained, the kettle switch was broken and didnt automatically turn itself off after it boiled even though it's supposed to, there wasnt even a bar of soap in the bathroom or towel already hanging in the bathroom, no dish towel, no cleaning or sanitising materials provided for the floors or surfaces, the windows were filthy, the guard rail outside the window is literally falling off of the rest of the building, there were no batteries even in the remote for the aircon so that was unusable, the pool was filthy and the water level was very low - pretty much looking like it hasnt been cleaned in any way in for atleast a few weeks. I never once saw the owners or even another staff member. When I asked if I could stay an hour longer after checkout time while waiting for my planes boarding time to approach, I was beyond gobsmacked to hear that I would in fact have to pay another whopping r150 for this "privelage" even though the entire rest of the place was empty and seemingly totally abandoned. Ridiculous.

The staff was very welcoming,our hosts , Memory and Charnice,the ladies were the best .our stay exceeded our expectations, we were home away from home.everything about the property was exceptional and value for money

FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I loved the staff...Memory and Shanice, those girls were very welcoming, helpful, respectful and they tried by all means to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped carry our luggage up the stairs even when we left they were still just as helpful.

They took pictures of the rooms and not the outside area. When we got there, we were surprised to see a sh*t load of stairs...from the entrance all the way up to our room. It made it difficult to travel up those stairs with our luggage plus our parents are old to walk up those stairs. Also the pool is very small, literally a square by the corner enough to fit 3 people standing not swimming and it looked dirty. Our sheets were not changed. There's no floor mat outside the shower so the bathroom gets all wet after bathing, and there's no mop. So it was a mess. Not happy at all with this place, but Memory and Shanice made it bearable because the owner is not friendly nor welcoming at all.

Disappointing experience.

The place is clean. The staff is kind as well.

The host was very unprofessional. We arrived there and were told to wait for half an hour whilst getting our room ready for us, when we came back we were told that the room was given to other people. After resolving the issue, the host spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner. Even getting the garage key was quite a mission because there was dishonesty with regards to the availability for parking.

Disappointing

The place was so beautiful and clean Looked unique

There was no back up electricity so we arrived at 19:45 and we were using candles for light the whole time untill 22:38 when We decided to lask for refund and leave There was no network and when I asked what plan do they have for us in case the electricity does not come back they didn't have one so I and my family were not prepared to bath with cold water.Imagine We drove from Mpumalanga get to Gem of manor drive,we were hungry,tried to order food using Uber eats but there was no network,it was cold we could not even make a cup of tea,phone batteries were almost dead could not charge,no warm water to bath and possibility of using cold water to bath in the morning and clothes that need ironing would not be won since there was no electricity. The place would be great if they could have back up electricity that it.

Beautiful, Peaceful and Worth while

My stay was wonderful, the assistant Memory and the other guy were very friendly and welcoming.
