Needed special pan to use stove ,the keys were not working properly, cable TV not working at all the two-day

The staff and room.
Everything was dirty, smelly, and a lot of unsavory people.

The ladies cleaning our room when we checked in were very nice.
The counter staff were clueless. There were extensive rules to be followed but they couldn't print them for me to sign because the printer was out of ink. They didn't know how to check us in under Booking so insisted they had to take my credit card for the full amount. Parking was extremely limited. We thought we might have to park on the street and were told if we did the police had agreed not to ticket us if we had the hotel sign on our dash. We believe the hotel was being used to house homeless people.

The room was big
The tv didn’t work , Wi-Fi kept going in n out and it was dirty

I did not like anything about the property. It is a misrepresentation and is actually a state funded shelter for the homeless and drug addicts.
The property was unkept and falling apart. It smelled like cigarettes and wet dog odor. The property seemed like a homeless shelter or halfway house with its current guest that seemed to be a long term resident. There was a ladder on the roof with no one working on repairs, the elevator was dirty and falling apart. This is by far the worst I’ve stayed at any place. It made a roach motel look good which is hard to do. Matter fact, we didn’t left after 2 hours in our room.
2.5
It was reasonably priced and close to a walking path
The other guests seemed like an interesting mix of people. It is as if it was low-income short-term housing vs. being a hotel.

nothing
They screwed me. I booked a room with two beds. there was one bed and a couch in the room. We left after one night, even though we had paid for three and they wouldn’t refund us anything.

I wish I had something positive to report.
Room was unclean, smelled bad. The entire facility needs maintenance and renovation. We had to be careful to not step in dog poop in parking lot. Not enough parking spaces for number of rooms. When we arrived there was a gallon of milk sitting on a table in the vending area. Two days later it was still sitting there. If your looking for an unpleasant and unforgettable experience, you have found the place to stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, no qualms there.
Location is in downtown historic Chaska near a lot of trails and businesses. It's also a stone's throw from a Renaissance Fair. Didn't have time to go, but it looked like fun.
The shower was hot, but you get more water pressure from a garden hose.
Solo female traveler, traveling for work. Overall, did not feel super safe or comfortable at this place. I kept my work knife on me any time I had to leave the room.
Despite previous reviews, there is NO coffee in the morning and I didn't have a coffee maker in my room either. Also, no pots or pans in the room either. If you're staying for the kitchen, treat it like camping and bring everything you need or be ready to run to the store.
The walls are paper thin and the first 3 nights I was there one neighbor had their TV on at full blast all night and the other neighbor had parties or just loud music going until the early hours of the morning. There was constant yelling and screaming down the hall and one day I came back from work with three police officers out front talking to two people about a domestic dispute.
Parking was also a hassle. The lot is small and it shares parking with Tommy's Malt Shop so if you arrive late you have to park two blocks down on the street. Tommy's is currently only open Thurs-Sat due fall hours, but there's 12 spots in front of the shop that have tow signs so you can't park there even when they're closed.
I ended my stay 3 days early and switched to a Marriott when I found a cockroach on the counter one morning. Will not be staying here again.

The size, location.
Had to ask for bars of soap. Hours of operation were cut due to staff shortages.

I got charged twice, once from Bookings and once from the hotel itself. Still waiting to hear from my bank to get it straitened out. I have bad knees and thought the beds were way too high.

The location
not able to make coffee, however there was a refrig, microwave, and conventional stove top but no utensils.

looked nice from the outside
smelled of marijuana especially in the elevator, was charged double for one night stay, booked on booking.com than was given two different prices, come to find out I was charged by the hotel and apparently the owner was suppose to refund my card but that never happened, I waited and never received a refund. A lot of people from my tribe come this way especially for the Shakopee powwow gonna tell them to avoid this hotel at all costs!

not much.
This is not a hotel for the casual person that is only going to stay for a couple of nights. Most people were living there semi-permanently or full-time. It was dirty and for what we paid (about 376 for 2 nights) it was not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Considering we traveled with relatives and between all of us had 5 rooms booked, none of our rooms were up to a standard that I would expect. We probably ended up with the best room of everyone, but even then when we arrived we only had 1 towel for 2 people and no garbage can. My sister's room didnt have a TV that worked nor did it have working air-conditioning. The rest of the rooms in our group also had something wrong with them. The very limited parking was very frustrating and several people ended up parking on the street because there were never any spots available. I didnt pick this hotel, but again for the price, I would have expected some type of continental breakfast. There isn't a pool but considering how dirty and run down the place was, not sure I would have even gone in a pool. When you check in they have you sign the standard rules about not damaging anything etc. but I worried they would try and pin something on us for damage that was there when we checked in. I recommended to everyone in our group to take pictures upon arrival and pictures when they left.

Location was ok.
The sheets were dirty, rooms smelled and carpet was not clean. Rooms were not available that we had reserved either. We had to leave and go to another place.

location
check-in, wrong room accommodations, lack of communication

The location wasn't too bad
It was very bla there not very happy like around there never really saw any staff..no parking in the parking lot room ever unless you got there early and never left the rooms where decent tho it just wasn't what we thought from the pictures and views online

Advertised with pool, but that was under reconstruction. No continental breakfast (or even coffee), apparently because of foolish state regulations.
2.5
The bed was comfortable
I booked a room with a jet tub and got a room that had a couch. Someone called me saying the room wasn’t available but then I checked in and it was. It was all very confusing. I over paid for the room I was set up in.

Friendly staff
had to go downstairs with dirty linens to replace for new ones
