Location, Location, Location! Bent Creek House is just minutes from everything Asheville has to offer. Pisgah National Forest trail access & Bent Creek mountain bike trails are less than 1/10 of a mile from the front door! French Broad River access, the AVL Arboretum and the Blue Ridge Parkway are less than 2 miles away! The house is ideally situated less than 9 miles to downtown Asheville, AVL Airport, or the Biltmore Estate. This cozy house offers everything you need for the perfect vacation!
Bent Creek House is located in the quiet, family friendly, Bent Creek neighborhood. Throughout the house you will find new beds and premium bedding. Two renovated bathrooms and new living room furniture add to the overall comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Plenty of comfortable living space on the main level, and additionally, a spacious den with ample seating, foosball table, card table and board games, and an office space are provided on the lower level. A full sized laundry room with washer, dryer, plus a large folding area is also located on the lower level. The house is equipped with many modern technologies, including: Roku TV's in the living room, den, and King and Queen Bedrooms; Spotify account and Sonos speaker system, operable from a wall mounted iPad or downloaded phone app; and high-speed WiFi throughout. Cell service can be spotty at times in the neighborhood, however, enabling WiFi calling on your phone is a quick fix to the problem. Google Nest Mesh WiFi provides a strong signal on the entire property and on both floors.

Great location! Lovely neighborhood and easy access to BR Parkway which we used several times to move about Aville. The house is very well equipped and the king bed is super comfy. Didn’t use the multi-room sound system but it looks very sophisticated. Enjoyed grilling twice and our dog loved frisbee time in the spacious and quiet backyard. Michael our host was very responsive and accommodating! We’ve already booked to come back next year!

We were traveling with our two college aged children. After spending a few days hiking in The Smoky Mountains, we planned spending a couple days in Ashville to explore the River Arts District. We liked staying at the Bent Creek house located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location for the short drive to the RAD. The house was very clean and the check-in and check-out process super easy. We would stay here again.

The house was exactly as described! Easy check-in and the house was spotless. It is right next to trails, close to the Biltmore, N.C. Arboretum, and Blue Ridge Parkway. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great time! The house is as terrific as it looks—clean, comfortable, well stocked. We loved the nearby hiking trails, too! Communication from the host was some of the very best I’ve ever had. The location was perfect for getting to Biltmore Estate and downtown easily. Nearby grocery & shops were convenient. Easy check-in process. House was spotless, well kept and very tastefully decorated. Home is in an older, quiet family neighborhood.

This house was so sweet! The master shower is wonderful and I wanted to bring it home!🚿 I had the pleasure of meeting Michael while we were there and he is such a kind man. The location is close to shopping areas, restaurants, and local highways. I would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Michael's place in Bent Creek. It was located next to a bike trail along with a small park and pump track which was so much fun for our 10 year old. The home was well maintained and very clean in a great neighborhood. It also had easy access to many of the local attractions. The host was very responsive as needed. Thank you for a great stay!

We all loved this house! (Family with 10 and 13 year old).
It is right next to trails, close to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville, and Pigsah National Forest hikes, and a lot of other activities like the Arboretum that we didn’t have time for in a relatively short stay. There is a small playground close by with small practice mountain biking courses.
We saw a black bear one evening (we and it stayed at a safe distance).
The place is immaculate, bright, and well stocked. There is a central music system which is a unique feature and we took advantage of it each evening playing family board games.
The owners clearly take pride in their home. Communication was excellent. We would stay here again if we return to Asheville!

Wonderful and very clean property. We would definitely stay again. We went to Asheville to primarily to mountain bike (house within minutes of Bent Creek trailheads) and enjoy the Asheville area. Right off the Blue Ridge parkway. House is a very nice layout for older kids. Bedrooms/kitchen/living upstairs and a basement with TV and games for kids to retreat to.

We had such a wonderful time! The location was prefect and the house was so comfortable for our family. We were able to visit the sites and were close enough to come back and rest with the baby. We even had a mama bear and two cubs visit the backyard! Such a beautiful area and loved the nature!

This is a lovely home located near many places to visit The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is very clean. There are trails and a playground all within walking distance of the house. Our pup loved it. We visited the Arboretum, Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway and Farmers Market and shopping. Everything is close by. There are several restuarants recommended by our host and we tried 5. They were all fantastic. Communication between us and the host was perfect. I highly recommend this place and if/when we visit Asheville again, we hope to stay here.

We are an active family and stayed with our 3 teenage sons. The house was clean and comfortable, and although it is in a subdivision it felt very private. My boys loved the foosball table and had tournaments every night. The property owners were easily accessible. The location was excellent for access to Bent Creek MTB trails, some of which are literally right next to the property. Also very close for exploring Pisgah National Forest and Asheville.

I've traveled to Asheville for the last 10 years, at least two times a year. This property is very clean, very quiet and private enough for my family of four to enjoy 4 days there and never a gripe! That's amazing for my family and says so much about this listing. In my opinion if you stay at a hotel in or near Asheville that is comparable you are missing out. The owners were uber responsive and made sure I never had to reach out to them! I will be renting again for as long as I come to Asheville.

Comfortable and Clean
We were very pleased. We choose this property based on being pet friendly and proximity to good trails for walking. It abuts National Forest property and very easy to walk to the hiking trails. Some cyclists with their dogs on the trails but still very nice peaceful hiking. Also short drive to Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville.
The house is very clean and comfortable. Great price. New flooring, clean kitchen and comfortable mattress. Neighborhood is an older, modest family neighborhood and quiet. A short drive to stores.
This house is ideal for a small group/family who do not need a fancy place and want easy access to hiking or bicycling trails.

Great house in a great location!
This house is super cute and was in a great location close to the Arboretum, Pisgah National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and a short drive to downtown Asheville. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well. The house is mid century with just enough updates that make it comfortable (e.g., big sink in kitchen, big shower in master, good wifi, luxury vinyl floors easy to keep clean after a hike, etc.). Communication with Michael was great. He addressed a few minor needs within hours and was accommodating of a special request or two. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was super convenient to the Bent Creek Trails and across the street from the Community Park and pump track. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. there is a large back deck that looks out over the beautiful private back yard. It was a prefect home base for a MTB/hiking get away in the forest with our family. Mike was more than helpful and easy to contact for suggestions/questions. We hope to stay again soon.

Prime Trail Access with All the Comforts of Home
This cozy and welcoming home has prime access to the Bent Creek Trails. We were able to bike out of the driveway and have the choice of joining the connector trails or have some down time at the family park across the street, which also features a pump track.
Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well equipped. We cooked and grilled all of our meals there. Our kids loved the Foosball table and YouTube access downstairs and we appreciated the calm upstairs.
After a day of exploring the trails or Biltmore we could all relax on the back deck or in the rocking chairs out front in the peaceful and exceptionally friendly neighbourhood.
Beds were very comfortable and that is not always the case. Truly a great place, especially for the mountain biking family. We hope to come back again soon!
