Are you ready to relax and enjoy Lake Life? This 4 bedroom 2 bath house comes with a covered boat slip and a platform on the dock to swim from. It's a lake front home set on Lake Chatuge in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains. Sit on the deck and enjoy your morning coffee before you set out to explore the area. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains you can get away and decompress while enjoying the comforts of home. Lake Life has spacious kitchen and equipped with everything you need to cook a family meal. It has 2 wood burning fireplaces, and lots of space to spread out and either have some quiet time or socialize as a group. ‘Ultra Speed of 100Mb” wifi.

Beautiful house, roomy, right on the lake. We will love to stay here again. Do bring extra TP, something to wash dishes with and dishwasher pods. Wonderful experience!

Property is quite dated and some areas like the back deck were not cleaned and railing system was very flimsy which prevented us from using that area View of lake and access to dock were great

Cozy & safe place for family to relax and enjoy a vacation. Good location on the lake. Kids liked riding bikes in the neighborhood, and teen liked being close enough to Jackrabbit trails.

The house and property were exactly as listed on the VRBO site. Very clean and welcoming. Had some electrical and heating issues when first arrived, but property management was very quick to respond and corrected/ fixed the problems within a short time of our arrival. It was great location and perfect house for our family to celebrate the holiday.

Loved spending time on Lake Chatuge and this house is super convenient to the marina where we rented a boat. It has a covered dock if you need to come in from the sun/rain. Two great areas for watching the football games on TV, multiple tables for playing games and room for everyone to spread out to sleep. BEAUTIFUL views of the lake.

We enjoyed our trip. The lake is beautiful, and the setup is fantastic. The gentle slope made it easy for older people in our party. We also enjoyed the patio. It was perfect for morning coffee and grilling. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

The home is situated in a great location with beautiful views of the lake and woods. I would recommend specifying that there is no dishwasher even though that was not a problem for us. When we go and stay at a lake house in hiawassee we always talk about what we would do to the home. The first thing we all agreed on is that we would get rid of the upstairs living room couch and two chairs and replace them with something that is comfortable. The bed slept very well and the fireplace worked great.

We loved the house, the dock, the water; with the exception of the fire pit that was unusable because it was piled high with yard debris, we loved everything about the property.

We had a great experience renting this home. It was our family of 5 and another family of 5. The home worked for our needs and the location was great. The property management group was easy to work with and very responsive when we reached out. Would stay here again. A few pros and cons: Pros: location, property management group, the dock with rope swing was fun for kids, close to other amenities, easy access. Cons: squeaky and sticky doors which were loud at night, downstairs toilet gurgled and wouldn’t flush if water downstairs is running, had to pay for extra people even when it said it slept 10, little older home so no dishwasher, stairs were small and squeaky. Out side of house and dock seemed dirty and covered with spiderwebs. Overall we loved the stay and had a great time, thanks for letting us come and enjoy the stay!

We just left this property after a 10-day stay. It's pretty great! Big dock out back for the kids to fish, lots of blue gill and sunfish for catch and cooks at the outside fire pit! Inside is clean, neat, and feels really cozy. We went with another family and one family stayed upstairs and the other downstairs. The outside deck is great for relaxing before the sun goes down. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back!

This place is perfect to get out of the city for a long weekend. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing with beautiful a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. I do wish there were cushions on the outdoor furniture & a dishwasher, but overall it was a great experience.

Communication was easy and the house was clean and stocked with everything you need. The golf arcade game was a big hit with the kids - and having two different living areas (one upstairs and one down) worked really well for us. The only thing I would say is that some of the lights didn’t work (like the bathroom switch). There were other lamps so we could make it work - but it’s tough when stumbling around in the dark. But overall, great place in a beautiful location.

This house was comfortable place for our family trip. The adults stayed upstairs with the teens on the lower lever. This location allows for lake access to some of the most picturesque parts of Lake Chatuge. The kitchen is well-equipped but unfortunately there is no dishwasher. Also the gas grill was unusable.

Beautiful property on the lake!! Needs a few improvements regarding lasting hot water; hot water nor available in the sink faucet in the first floor bathroom and the fuses going off if the microwave and small oven were on at the same time. Otherwise highly recommended
