Featured on HGTV prior to our purchase and renovation. Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath penthouse condo with 1200 sq. foot private terrace steps from Sandy Beach and with breathtaking views of the Caribbean from both stories. This condo is located in the heart of Puntas in Rincon and is walking distance to bars and restaurants like Tamboo, Kahuna Burger Bar, and Jakes Java. Perfect for surfers, scuba divers, snorkelers, or just hanging out on the beaches of Rincon. The huge private terrace is perfect for sunset drinks, grilling, dancing, eating supper, a game of corn hole, or just lounging. It is partially covered with a dining table, wet bar, gas grill, and a powder room. Comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a bar top teak table overlooking the view of the Caribbean Sea. Stargaze to the sounds of the lapping waves and the coqui frogs. The unit also has a private covered front porch with views of the ocean, perfect for coffee in the morning or watching the kids play in the pool below. There are three bedrooms, including an ensuite with king bed and views of the ocean, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a full bed and twin bunks. Each bedroom has a smart television with netflix. Highspeed WIFI Internet is provided throughout the unit. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (new range since photos were taken), ample crockery and utensils, and a full sized refrigerator with freezer. The living room sports a 50 inch Smart HDTV with cable and Netflix. Stylish and comfortable couches and a dining table for 4 top off this beautifully appointed unit. Perfect for romantic getaways, family gatherings, or vacations with the kids. Reserved 2 vehicle parking is provided.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very well cleaned, very well equipped with kitchen and beach items and then some more.
The roof top was our absolute favorite. The communication with Ines was great. There were 8 of us staying and it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with my wife, kid (8) and grandparents (73+80). Rincon is a lovely city and this property allows you to walk to where you want to be. We loved the beach supplies provided and we walked to Sandy Beach almost every night and then went to dinner at Casa Islena. The area is very lively on the weekends and some nights there were large groups of families having gatherings that were loud but it was a joy to hear but if you're a scrooge about that kind of thing then the area might not be for you.
The internet was mostly reliable as I was working remote for part of the days. When it wasn't, the property manager was very responsive and helpful with communication. The VRBO had everything we needed to make breakfast daily. One thing that we didn't know in this area was how bad the water tastes so stock up before you get there.

This property is beautiful. We loved the roof top patio and spent most all our time there when we were not on the beach. Sandy beach that is only a few minutes walk is beautiful. Inez was fabulous and her communication was superb! Rincon is a cute town. It is a bit of a drive to get out of Rincón to see other areas. We had a wonderful time and would go back again without hesitation.

The private upstairs deck was our favorite place for dinner and drinks. Easy and close access to the beach.
Great bars/restaurants walkable. It had all of the amenities we needed. Very nice beach chairs and towels were a bonus. It was a short drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

When the music from the Big Kahuna rocks, be prepared to get rolled. Bring your ear plugs, particularly on the weekends. avoid the front bedroom.

We have been to Rincon/Sandy beach several times and this was the best overall experience (3 weeks). Ines is a super property manager and was extremely attentive and responsive. The penthouse unit is wonderful. Rooftop deck with outdoor tables and lounges was super. We enjoyed cocktails and every meal at home on that deck. The view is amazing. The location is great for going to the local bars and restaurants, located directly across the street from The Big Kahuna. Excellent parking facilities. We will be back!

Ines, the manager, was excellent. Ines responded very quickly to a few minor issues. The condo was perfect. The power went out for 5 seconds because the generator kicked in and we never had any other concerns. The condo is well stocked and provided coolers, chairs, towels etc. everything we needed for a great week.

Incredible experience!
What a great home! It was clean, organized and neat. Everything was available to us. The kitchen had all the necessary things like pots and pans and cooking needs. The AC’s kept us nice and cool. Upstairs roof deck was amazing with the grill! The view was spectacular!! We had a pool downstairs for the kids to hang out in. It was extremely convenient to walk down to the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk down the hill. It’s a short drive to the local town with shops and restaurants. Great home!! Will definitely come back to visit again one day.

This condo is perfect! Great location, great layout. Rooftop is ideal for entertaining, condo is stocked with beach equipment, kitchen supplies everything about the condo was perfect. Including the pool. And great quick responses from owner/manager. Definitely will rent this condo again and highly recommend it.

Perfect, Clean, and Well Stocked
We had a great stay with our preschool and first grade children and their grandparents. We all loved the pool and
the rooftop deck. The Ac’s in the room work great and the house was well stocked.
There were lots of beach necessities and a handful of walking distance bars and restaurants. I would recommend staying here 100 percent!

Beach Vacation
We had a great stay at this wonderful location. The condo roof patio is simply out of this world. The host is terrific, the location is great. I cannot say enough positives about this property. You need to know however that the Kahuna Burger Bar is about 1/2 block away. It gets pretty loud, nearly nightly. Closing the windows and turning on the A/C completely drowns out the music and the partying patrons. I wanted to be fully transparent in my review. Everything else about this location is off the charts fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our host was top notch, the communicatio, facilities and location are absolutely terrific.

Rincon ocean terrace
Not having an address and the road itself seemed a bit skeptical at first, but this property is definitely worth it!! The terrace has a great view. The properties around it seemed nice. Steps away from restaurants and a bar. Nice people all around. It is a surfers beach so be prepared for waves!

Such a wonderful rooftop patio! Well stocked kitchen and when not enjoying the patio lots of restaurants and sandy beaches to explore. Responsive property manager had awesome recommendations and the property owners have decorated the penthouse beautifully.

Our family had a great week!
We stayed for a week at Philip's condo and the place was perfect: its in a great Rincon neighborhood with good food in walking distance, and a great beach a block away. There is a nice pool. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are boogie boards and beach chairs. The manager, Ines, is very responsive and full of good suggestions. The town of Rincon is just a 10 minute drive away as are many other beaches for surfing, snorkling and sunbathing. There was plenty of room for 6 of us and everyone found fun things to do each day. The deck is an amazing place to hang out at any time of the day, and especially for dinner. You can hear the ocean waves and birds from the hills behind. Its a great vacation spot!

This property is quite possibly the best place to stay in Rincon! I booked the property for a surprise trip for my husband's 40th birthday, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The hosts were hospitable, friendly and welcoming. We were informed of sites nearby and given information about places to visit and things to do in the area.The condo was well appointed, and had everything needed for a short or extended stay. The BEST part about the property is the terrace, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the ocean and relaxing while listening to the sound of the waves. There is a covered area that is perfect if you want to sit outside, but out of the sun or during the afternoon rain. It is beautifully furnished, and a great place for relaxing, reminiscing about the day, and of course, enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. The terrace was truly one of the highlights of our trip!The location is unbeatable.
