Terrific

I like the ambience of the place, the food is terrific. The staff is very polite and courteous.

The water was flowing out of the bathroom enclosure. I guess it was flowing below the glass. I had to get it clean. This can be improved. My room was 1207

Nice and cosy stay with great breakfast spread

Overall decor of the room, lobby, breakfast area. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The location was also good.

The swimming pool should also have varying depth level for smaller kids. The depth was 4 feet. My younger daughter could not go in by herself, so we had to quit the plan for the swimming pool.

i left in few hours as service was terrible . there was no redressal and i am not used to such delayed service for very simple requests. i paid full amount and left. worst holiday inn in the world

staff needs to be retrained exhustively. most casual and unprofessional.

Beste Reise Ever.

Die personal waren sehr gut. Pokal,Kajal,Subham,Gulshan,Vipin und kleine Sardar ji waren alle so toll, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Es war eine von besten Erfahrungen für mich in Hotel. Frühstück war immer lecker und gesund. Immer wieder beim Holiday Inn Zirakpur.

Gar nicht. Alles war gut, gar nicht schlecht.

Enjoyable Stay

Very enjoyable stay. The room was modern and clean. Great staff who were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in my package was tasty with a lot of choices. I would definitely stay again.

I can visit again.

Breakfast was very good. All staff members are so polite and helpful in every manner with a smile on their face.

At Dinner time please provide breads (Roti and Naans) in Buffet system, sometime a person can't eat all pieces of breads, so it is a wastage.

Disappointing

Food was good.

Very bad rooms , water leakage and random issues . We got our room changed but other room also had issues. It was very disappointing and all things u ask for took ages to come . Very slow service ,

Exceptional

breakfast was good lot of options; taste was also amazing. Dinner could have been better. The pool was excellent. Staff was warm and friendly. Front desk was polite and quick. Guest service manager was also very caring and took care of our needs. Nice day spent at the hotel.

It was just amazing property in city, close to market and highway. Food was good and delicious, Breakfast had good variety.

If I have future business in Chandigarh, I might consider returning to Holiday Inn

When I requested a late check-out at the reception, they agreed. The food was delicious.

The bathroom's exhaust fan was non-functional, and the room lacked essential items such as dental supplies, a vanity, and a hair care kit. Additionally, there were frequent power outages.

Not happy

One of the worst hospitality experiences we have faced in this hotel. The receptionist didn't bother to hear our complaint and disconnected the call. In dine service was so slow that we had to call multiple times and there was an order for milk for infant which we didn't receive though we called numerous times. There were some other issues as well but they were minor ones. When we asked for the manager, he didn't even come to attend our complaint. This was the very first experience and we prefer not to ever visit this hotel.

Location is far from Chandigarh and hence should be chosen carefully. The hotel in itself has great amenities . Staff was cooperative in all requests
