Welcome to this amazing home in the Guard-Gated Golf Community of Eagle Mountain.
This home does have it all! 5 STAR reviewed property! Resort Style backyard with outdoor sitting area, outdoor BBQ grill, Pool, Hot Tub. Enter through the double-iron gates leading to cozy Courtyard and there you will find a Detached Private Casita with all the amenities! Step into the Grand Foyer with 20 foot ceilings, Formal Dining, Large Living Room and a beautiful wall of glass that brings in a lot of natural light and views of the Private Backyard. Includes a Fully Stocked Kitchen, Center Island with Gas Cooktop, Subzero Refrigerator, and Wet Bar Niche. Master Suite includes full bathroom with double shower and jacuzzi tub, Huge walk-in closet, king bed, TV, work desk and walk out patio. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom and walk out patio. 3rd bedroom includes bunk bed with full bed plus additional twin pull out. 4th bedroom (Private Casita) has a queen bed, TV, and full bathroom. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries.

The best VRBO rental we ever stayed at. Great house, wonderful neighborhood, close to everything. The hiking and views were fantastic!

This home has it all. It’s clean, well-stocked, private pool and spa, quiet, easily accessible, safe, updated appliances, updated decor, a casita, and a home owner who is very prompt and addressed inquiries immediately with kindness and concern. We prepared an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and felt at home with all the supplies and amenities. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a truly wonderful month long stay at Liza's house in Fountain Hills/Scottsdale. The house is large, inviting and accommodates everything one could hope for in a vacation rental. It's a beautiful house, very well laid out. Plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, etc. We loved the outdoor space, plenty of shade when it's hot. We made extensive use of the pool and hot tub. The house is very well equipped with everything one could hope for and even a bit more (3 or 4 coffee machine options, 5 pairs of tongs, 4 varieties of wine glasses, you get my point.) For us, days were spent hiking the trails in the am and for that trailheads are very close by. Afternoons were spent at or in the pool and that was heavenly. Communication with Liza was excellent as she is super responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring her guests have everything we need. We are looking forward to going back next fall already.

In the 4+ decades we have been renting vacation homes, this was the best experience we’ve had. Liza was an unbelievable host. Super responsive and so easy to work with. The house is gorgeous. Great 2 car garage (only fits moderate sized SUVs). Loved the laundry room - washer and dryer were new and worked great. Bedrooms/bathrooms/towels and linens were perfect and plentiful. The kitchen was fantastic with a 6 burner gas stove and the sub zero fridge was huge and to die for. The outside kitchen was great - 4 burner natural gas grill that we used 2-3 times a week. The hot tub was heavenly during our stay - especially after long hikes and days on the golf course. We only heated the pool for a few select days but it was perfect. I can’t tell you how beautiful the sky was at night - it’s a dark sky community so the stars were gorgeous. The wildlife was so fun to watch, we had coyotes, rabbits, bobcats, jays of all kinds (the red ones are so pretty) and lots of hummingbirds. If you are bringing dogs, there are two large kennels in the garage, no need to bring your own. The detached casita was wonderful for guests, just the right amount of privacy. We loved the ceiling fans and the nest climate controls were great - we loved that the master bedroom had it own separate controls. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat, we already miss it. (PS - if you rent it, be sure to get to know Robin in the guard house, she is awesome. And tell her Jeanine from Utah says “Hi!”)

I am very picky about staying someplace. Typically it isn’t clean or there are other issues. I was blown away at how clean everything was. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Liza and this property. Liza was incredibly responsive and wanting to ensure that we had everything we needed. I asked if she had an extension chord, for example and the next thing I know, one is being delivered. The location of this property is absolutely incredible. I had not spent any time in Fountain Hills and it is so beautiful. There are plenty of places to walk and it is located close to restaurants and anything else you may want to do. I highly recommend this property and Liza.

Eagle Mountain
This is a great place in a very quiet and secured neighborhood. Convenient to hiking trails, golf, Fountain Hills center as well as East Scottsdale. Homeowners were very communicative, easy to contact, and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Liza was a great Host. Very easy to get ahold of if anything came up. We traveled with our dogs and had friends and family join us. Location was perfect for us and beautiful being up against the mountains!

Liza was very good at responding when I contacted her about the hot tub which was not functioning however despite her efforts she was unable to get it fixed while we were there. This was a major disappointment since it was a reason that we selected this property. We were surprised that she did not offer any compensation for this.
The kitchen is also not well equipped. I would particularly suggest an electric teapot, and more dishes. All that said, this is a lovely well maintained home.

The Perfect AZ Retreat Destination
We truly enjoyed staying at this home. It was the perfect size and layout for my family of 4 who were out-of-towners looking for "The Arizona Experience". The home is very open, clean and bright with terrific large windows. We enjoyed some quality poolside time and played several rounds of golf on the adjacent Eagle Mountain Golf Course. The property owner was also great about personally accommodating us and recommending fun nearby places to go. I would most DEFINITELY (and very well might) stay there again.

Gorgeous Desert Home - Perfect Stay!
This Eagle Mountain home is a perfect home in the desert - 5 stars from top to bottom. For starters, the homeowner is a class act and a truly lovely person to deal with, she genuinely hopes you enjoy your time away and is always helpful if any small issues arise. Comfortable bedrooms with lovely linens and towels, a beautiful sitting room overlooking the pool, and a top notch kitchen. A sizeable casita perfect for grandparents. The backyard is the true home-run though, with a well-sized pool, nice shaded sitting area, and a picture perfect view of the mountain. We loved the neighborhood, very quiet and perfect for walks/runs. We aren't golfer's however the course looked beautiful and in good condition. A grocery store is a 5 minute drive and there are a few decent restaurants within the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended for a family trip to the desert - we hope to be back very soon!

Our stay at this home was excellent! Extremely clean and modernly pleasing. It was in the perfect location, close to Scottsdale but also in a private neighborhood that we walked everyday. Great AZ Option for Fun / Relaxation
We thoroughly enjoyed our time as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) at the Eagle Mountain property. Liza the homeowner was great at communicating and the house was in a nice location and in good condition to enable us to have a fun/relaxing time. We opted to pay extra to have the pool heated and our kids were grateful for that, as they spent lots of time each day playing in the water. It was convenient to have a large grocery store and restaurants/brewery less than 5mins away, and downtown Fountain Hills about 10mins away with a fun park and lots more food/fun options. About 20mins in the opposite direction and you can get to several other options (we liked Kierland Commons and Old Town Scottsdale areas). My wife said this trip was 'good for her soul' so I think that about sums it up. Definitely consider this house for your future visit to AZ.

This house is very lovely. Our granddaughters are two and seven and they did not want to leave this pool. The area is so beautiful. We golfed at Eagle Mountain. We hiked and biked nearby.

Great house, little R&R and SUN
This house was perfect for my family to get away. Bonus was being allowed to bring our little dogs (side yard great). Everything clean and simple. Pool was wonderful and we got in the hot tub every night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about this property. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend to others. We were 4 adults playing 4 rounds of golf. But, this place would also be perfect for couples getaway or family vacation.

Perfect in every way!!!
Perfect is the word I would use for every aspect of this rental. From the home, pool, amenities, towels, sheets and even the iron ... everything is first class. If you are looking for a home of this size - rent this home. Perfect location right over the Scottsdale line and easy ride to Fountains Hills. I have rented many homes - some larger - and this is the first home I didn’t want to leave. It felt like home and Bruce could not have been kinder. Very responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
