About this campground/ rv resort rental
Two bedroom, two bathroom manufactured home within a 5 mile drive to Sunset Beach pier, 15 minutes to Ocean Isle Beach, and 15 minutes to North Myrtle Beach shopping. Master bedroom has owner's bath and large closet with a Queen memory foam hybrid mattress. Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together if desired, and is next to full bathroom with tub. Eat-in kitchen with coffee station. Washer and Dryer. Large side porch. Pet friendly.

Home was larger than anticipated, clean, close to everything! Quiet neighborhood but minutes from action if you want it. I most definitely would recommend!

Our family and pup enjoyed a week long stay here in Calabash. The nightly rate was affordable for our family and the rental had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, we were able to save money eating in by using the kitchen’s stocked dishes, and the location gave us easy access to the beach and other places in the area. The host went above and beyond to make our stay even better.

Property was great! Very clean and great location. 2 minute walk to the pool. 5 minute drive to the beach. Was so nice to bring the dogs along. Owner was very responsive! Totally recommended. Everyone was very nice.

We loved this place!! It was comfy and clean. It had everything we needed. The best were so so comfortable! My 8 year old said it was the best sleep she has ever had( now I’m not sure she has ever had a BAD nights sleep. Lol. ) but I agree with her 100%. The pool was clean and not very crowded and I really enjoyed chatting with the host, Megan. We only had to pay an extra $20 to bring along our fur baby and some places charge that per day. Not here! We will definitely stay here again. It was affordable yet convenient to the beach and restaurants. Thanks Megan for sharing your home with our family!!

It doesn’t get much better than this! The host has made just about anything you could need while away accessible. From throw blankets to labeling where dishes are. The mosquitoes are something terrible at the property but the host has provided bug spray. My only suggestion would be to a folder of places/things to do in the area/check out instructions. Great stay overall!

Wow!!! Just Wow!!! This place was amazing!!! 100% would recommend to anyone!!! We traveled with our 3 kids and 1 small dog, everything was so clean and everything was labeled throughout the home. We had to contact the owner only once due to the temperature being a bit warmer, but they were able to help us out to make it cooler. They responded in a reasonable time frame. Very friendly and helpful! They even had a dog bowl and toys laid out!! Very relaxing and a beyond beautiful home. When we opened the door upon arrival, we were all in awe with the beauty of the home! If we're ever in the area again we definitely would stay here again and again!! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We were very pleased with this property. Located a bit off the beach in a quiet little neighborhood. Property is clean and has the essentials you need to make meals if you choose. Close to Calabash restaurants and a lot of good seafood!

Relaxing Stay
No problems whatsoever! Meg was easy to work with, house was clean, neighbors were friendly and respectful. Toys and food bowl was even there for our dogs. This was our dogs first trip to the beach and they loved it. There are dates when they are not allowed on the beach but we hit it right! We hope to make this trip again. You will love this area! Don't miss Ella's, Beck's or The Boundary House.

Short Beach Trip
We needed somewhere to stay for a 2 night beach trip and this location was great for a family of 4 and 1 dog. Everything was just as it was listed and the owner was great at communicating. The only thing I would suggest is to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there were no extras visable however I am certain the owner would have some located somewhere if I had asked. I just chose not to ask as we had just enough for our short trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean properly, close to beach
The property was very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of dishes available if needed. There were just a few things that caused some small inconveniences. We are a family of 6 which was disclosed when we booked. I asked prior to check-in if linens were provided in case I needed to bring towels. There were plenty of bath towels but only 3 wash cloths. Also, there was only one trash bag for Friday-Monday. We bought a bag of trash bags, no big issue but I could’ve brought some from home if I would’ve known as well as paper towels. The proximity to Sunset Beach was great. It was also a very short drive to Calabash that offered tons of Seafood restaurants and shops. Other than the couple of small inconveniences, the property was very nice and the host is very easy to get in contact with. I would stay again and would recommend this property.

5 Minutes To Sunset Beach
We were impressed by how clean everything was, and the peaceful quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 4+ people. The place seemed huge for just the two of us. Paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee (& filters), dish soap, laundry products and more were supplied. There were throws, books, games, etc. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, and the deck furniture was too. I went outside on the deck at 6am to find a sweet doe munching grass. We felt safe there, especially with the outdoor security camera. The TV is Roku only, you sign into your personal app accounts. Our 5 minute drive to Sunset Beach was easy with light traffic, even in late June. There's free beach parking beside the pier lot. In case you plan to visit Sunset Pier - they are cash only for everything, even parking. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling and weren't sure if it was the HVAC unit or Nest thermostat, but the owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. Would be good if the owners made a notebook with area information (grocery, pizza delivery, fresh seafood, etc).

Worked out great for us with one of my sons playing a baseball tournament in N. Myrtle! Very clean and cozy! We unfortunately did not get to spend much time at the house due to being stuck at the ballpark with weather delays. Well stocked, comfy beds, and quite neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

We sold our home in PA to move to Calabash. There was a 4 day stretch between settlements. Traveling with pets an be troubling when looking for short term stays. Meg was very accommodating. I would highly recommend her property, very clean and convenient to everything.

Perfect
This was the perfect place for a three night stay for us. Me and my 5 year old daughter just needed a quick vacation and this was an amazing place! It was very clean and was in the perfect location we were 15-30 mins from N Myrtle and 5 mins from sunset and 10 from ocean isle! We had plenty of options and we will definitely be visiting again and stay at Megan’s place! Thank you again!
