Property was fine and had the bedrooms as listed. Unfortunately, we had a few snags. Their AC unit wasn’t on when we got there so the bedrooms in the upper floors were near 80 degrees. When we did turn on The AC, it was clear there was an issue with it as there a bucket next to it (didn’t notice until the end of the stay) and found that the bucket was full of water and overflowed the bucket getting all over the floor. The toilet paper wasn’t restocked. The worst was the fact the unit was being re-roofed but no notification had been given. Banging all day on the roof and insafe conditions as roofers threw off shingles. Not a great experience overall

My family had a lovely stay in this charming, rustic condo. We used it as a home base while we visited many spots around NH. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Condo was as advertised, with plenty of room, and fairly priced. We did feel the mattresses needed updating, but other than that, we were very happy. The host provided many amenities, including two A/C units--a rare luxury in this area! We also enjoyed nearby restaurants, covered bridge, and local grocery store.

Had a good experience with the condo. All seven of us were able to stay and enjoy the mountains. Clean and well appointed.

This place was perfect for our weekend hiking trip! It was easy to find, had all the amenities and is close to so many activities! Don made check in/out a breeze and was available if we needed him (we didn’t). There are games and puzzles at the place and a cute new deck off the living!

Amenities were plentiful & awesome. Unit was clean. Plenty of room. Host was fairly easy to get in touch with. Didn't have to travel too far for restaurants, etc.. Would definitely recommend this property.

Unfortunately, the property was not well kept and dirty.
This was for a weekend stay with family and we ended up making reservations at a nearby hotel for the weekend.
I do not recommend the property.

Location was wonderful and we had snow for our ski vaca. No problems and hope to visit again soon. Thanks Don. Triple thumbs up

Host was very tentative to our needs. Great winter break for a family in a spacious cozy stay with scenic wood views. Many options for sleeping arrangements that were comfortable. Was nice to create some family memories with a nice selection of board games.

I was disappointed in this rental. It was dirty and didn’t feel worthy of renting. The property lay out is a bit odd but not terrible with the living room on the bottom level and kitchen on 3rd level. The property has a 70s feel which would be fine if it was pristine but the amount of grim and built up of dirty was a distraction and frankly rather uncomfortable.
The top floor bedroom beds were not the greatest and the headboard was broken. The red futon in the sun room had to be covered in order to sit on it as it was covered in stains. The living room couch and brown leather chair were comfortable and nice but these furnishing didn’t make up for the dirtiness of the rental property. There were dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs hanging form the walls and corners of rooms. In fact, 6 cobwebs were removed off the main bedroom wall in order to be able to sleep comfortably using our own sheets, blanket and pillow cases as I didn’t feel comfortable using the property’s as the top comforter had stains on it.
I immediately expressed my concerns to the owner and was immediately told that the property was cleaned but he would send out another cleaner. I declined this offer as I already Lysol and had to clean the dirty tables prior to putting my belongings down. The kitchen tables had sticky grim on them as well as crumbs in the sink. It wasn’t a matter of surface cleaning it needs an elaborate/extensive cleaning not a wipe down.
I have rented VRBO and never experienced such a dirty property before. I am shocked that the owner was comfortable renting it to others. I did contact him a second time with concerned of the front doorknob falling off and full bath toilet clogging and was told again sorry and that he was up there and all was functioning and he did attempt phone contact to discuss (we did not speak via phone). But after emailing “I am sorry” and more importantly telling me he was recently at the property, and it was cleaned as well as functioning properly felt like he was brushing off my very real concerns.
I took numerous pictures of the condition of the rental as there is work to be done. I would not rent this property again.

It is unclear when the last time the bed linens were cleaned at the property.
Most places ask you to strip the beds so it is evident the property is thoroughly cleaned and all towels and sheets are replaced with clean towels and new sheets are used to make the beds.
closets had unfolded linens in them and not clear what was clean.
Pieces to games were found between the sheets which makes it hard to believe the beds were striped.
The activity center was no better pools looked like they were not taken care of.
We also found someone elses clothes in the drawers in the bunk room.
Bathroom shower liner was black on the bottom.

Lots of places to sleep and a great location. The setup is a little odd with the living room 2 floors down from the kitchen so it is a little tricky if you are trying to keep an eye on little kids. The Community Center & Pool are just down the street and save your vacation on rainy days.

Everything's there as listed. Was a couple things like bathroom light not working and having to dump the water from AC every 4 hours in which we notified the host. But overall we made the best of it and I think the Pros outweighs the Cons.

Lovely weekend getaway
My family stayed at this condo in mid July. Everything is very clean and true to description. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The best part of this stay is the community center. The condo includes 4 passes to the cc. There are multiple pools for the kids and was a hidden oasis on a hot weekend! Highly recommend and will come back for sure.

Spacious condo, great location
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very spacious, we had 6 teenagers, a 6 year old, and 2 adults. We had a lot of room to spread out between 3 floors. The location was great, short walk to the rec center, and lot of trails around! Although we didn't really like the desk staff at the rec center, they were not very friendly... We also went to the polar caves and Livermore Falls, both are very close. Owner communication was very timely. Thanks for hosting us!!

Perfect for families
We absolutely loved it here. Definitely a place to visit yearly!! It was two adults, 7 young children and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room without us tripping on each other. My sister passed away recently and we got custody of her children so it was nice to travel with this many children and stay somewhere comfortable and affordable.
I did intend on staying in NH and go to Story Land and Santa's village during the week, we went too early in the season for them to be open during the week. We still found that between the general area and the community center it kept us busy all week.
We went early June so wasn't too much of a concern but I'm not sure how the top floor would be kept cool during the summer. Around dinner time it was pretty warm.

Extended Saty
This was a great ski condo. Don was very easy to communicate with and he got back to us very quickly. We used the condo every weekend for the ski season. It was perfect for our family of four and occasional guests. Plenty of space. We really enjoyed our weekends there!!!

Like going home again
Very impressed with communication with the host. Don was very helpful and always replied quickly. House was spotless and I am way OCD. Blankets, towels and bedding all even smelled cleaned. Stove was maybe older than I am but heated faster than my new one at home. Place was oozing ski house charm. Loved every minute of our stay!

As other reviewers mentioned the property is a bit dated and has a lot of stairs, so may not be best suited for young children. We didn't have children with us so that was not an issue. The biggest issue I had with the property was the lack of outlets, there were 4 adults and we stayed here for a wedding that was close by in Thornton. When getting ready, I found it hard to find somewhere to do my hair as there were either no mirrors or no outlets in the same location. Overall the place was fine, the road a bit treacherous to drive up, but had all of the basics. If you are going for a no frills trip with a large group this would be a good option, but for the smaller size of our group we probably would have been better off with a couple of hotel rooms.

Great Weekend Stay
Great location nested in the Waterville Valley Estates. We had all the comforts of home for the weekend. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to relax and within walking distance to the Community Center.

The location of the condo is great. Waterville Ski Resort is only 20 min away, and Loon is about 30 minutes. However we do not find any kitchen condiments in the house. We were disappointed that there aren't any basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper in the house even though the listing said full kitchen. There's also missing dishwasher detergent and we ended up having to buy some. No tin foil or Ziploc bags, things that we would usually find in a kitchen. Even though the rooms are small, ten of us could fit in the house and there are extra space to sleep in the living room when the futons open up.

Quick get-away with the family.
Place is exactly as advertised. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed to make dinners. Owner was responsive and communicated quickly. Road up is a bit hairy. Snow covered, needed 4 wheel drive. The condo development was clean and safe, had dog clean up stations around it, making dog walking that much easier. Booked this almost last minute as a get away before the kids went back to college. Close to Skiing. Had a great time with them, played games and sitting by the pellet stove after a day on the slopes was much better than driving home. Would rent again.

Comfortable
Beds were comfortable and host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would not recommend staying here with a toddler as there are a lot of stairs. Condo is very dated but functional, cooking appliances are normal size and work great. Overall good experience. We were at the mountain most of the time and really just were using the condo to eat and sleep.
