Our Ski in/Ski Out Condo is in the heart of Granby Ranch (300 Basecamp Circle). This 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom condo is 1,036 square feet with access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, Winter Park and more. This completely furnished unit includes a large open kitchen, private balcony, master bedroom with king, 2nd bedroom with full bunk beds and twin trundle, Wi-Fi, family room fire place, flat screen TVs, in unit washer and dryer, linens, towels, extra blankets, pack n play, kitchen appliances, dishware and more.

Master Bedroom
Includes King Bed, 2 Nightstands, Flat Screen TV, master suite bathroom with soaking tub, shower, dual vanities, walk in closet and in bathroom TV.

Bedroom #2
Full Bunk Beds with Twin Trundle, large closet and shares a second large bathroom with dual vanities.

The adjacency of Base One condos to the ski lodge made it so easy for us. Early check in was allowed by the host. All questions were quickly answered. The window A/C units in each bedroom were a bit loud but essential and appreciated during our stay, as temps were high. Terrific place to stay! The windiw A/C

Perfect stay! Great communication with the owner made for a seamless check-in. Very well-stocked kitchen. Very clean. Fantastic spot to get the whole family skiing. The ski-lockers and proximity to the lift made getting three kids on the slopes feel easy. We will be back!

2nd time staying at this condo. Can’t beat the convenience of Base Camp. Nice, clean, comfy condo that is well stocked. Fast response from hosts. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The property managers are kind and very attentive. The location is fantastic with easy access to the mountain. Hopefully we can make it a 3rd time next year.

This is our second year in a row bringing our family to Granby Ranch. While our first year was a great trip, this year was made even better by staying at this location. The ease of working with the owner was fantastic. They were very accommodating when we had some pre trip issues pop up. Thankfully we were able to go and can’t say enough good things. From the ski lockers to the proximity to the lifts, everything was just easy. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many rooms at Basecamp and really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfy. If you have never stayed at Basecamp the convenience is everything. We hang around the firepit when not skiing and grill for lunch right out front. In the room we laid out the living room sofa for movie nights (could be extra sleeping for some) and played some of the stocked board games. Appreciate how well stocked the unit was. (Kitchen but also fans, dehumidifier, lots of extra blankets/pillows, not that I needed but also high chair and playpen). Thank you.

Such an ideal place to stay if you're a skier or even if you're a lodger! The condo had all the amenities needed and then some. Beautifully decorated and current motif to the area. Bryan answered all the questions we had and kept in great communication throughout. We were incredibly happy to stay with you and we'd certainly request to stay again if in the area! Our family stayed here over Spring Break and loved everything about it. The location is fantastic and only a few steps from the base and ski lifts. The house was spotless and just as described in the listing. The owners were very kind and responsive. Hopefully we will be staying here again in the future.

So glad we picked this location

After staying in this condo, we were SO glad we picked it because we were able to ski in/out and store our skiis in the locker each day. It could not have been in a better location. The condo was clean and had most of what we needed to cook meals for our family. We were able to fit 3 adults, 3 teenagers and one 10 year old in the bedding provided. If we come back to granby, we will plan to stay in this same building.

Nice unit and clean. Had some trouble with the lock but owner was very helpful. Some construction going on in front of building, so not the greatest view. But overall, was a fun trip.

We had a blast during our stay at Granby. The condo was clean and a great setup. Bryan was a gracious host that reached out several times to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so nice being able to come in get settled and have the immediate access to ski.

We loved staying here. Was so perfect for ski in and ski out and very family friendly!! My only complaint’s would be the codes for some of the doors didn’t always work other people had problems with them as well. To swim in the pool was an additional $10 a day per person and only open until 845, not much time after a long day of skiing! Also the people staying above us were extremely loud, made it hard to sleep!

Amazing place!

We loved this property, updated and very well maintained. There were plenty of activities to do nearby. Granby Ranch had limited hours for the pool, fitness center, and restaurant, so double check those before heading out. The homeowner was very responsive and gave lots of ideas for things to do with our family while staying there.

The condo was so clean and well stocked. Everything was there that you would need including coffee and tea! We have stayed in the complex before but this condo was by far the best! Even had air conditioning, which we really appreciated! Any questions were addressed immediately by the owners. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a wedding and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to the wedding festivities and many outdoor activities. The host was incredibly accommodating and even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant. Overall fantastic place and would be happy to stay at again!

Getting to the property was easy. Condo was nice but not what we expected after getting there it has portable a/c only in bed rooms so rest of place stayed warm. Pool and amenities are only available if you pay a per person fee everyday to use them and if your teen age kids use the pool you will have to sit down there till they are done.. fishing on the property is $45 per pole and have to get a reservation so really no amenities inless your forking out more money. Owners are great most of the people we meet were aholes and didn't like tourist.

We loved staying at Base Camp. The condo was perfect! Comfortable beds stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets. They had ample kitchen dishes and kitchen supplies. Really everything we could possibly need was there: fans, humidifiers, beach towels, spices, etc.
