Nice setup but strange there is no kitchen for how big the place is. Still, it was a nice stay with good communication before and during stay.
I would only suggest they put a new dish sponge for each guest. It seemed like we were stepping into someone else’s stay especially since the previous occupant’s check in map and instructions were on the living room table.
Otherwise, would definitely recommend. We were able to walk to downtown area

Great. 👍 we all had a blast! we could have used a larger refrigerator. The bath tub with jets I would not consider advertising as a hot tub/ spa.

3 couples. Each had a bathroom and mini frig and kitchen area in 2 rooms. Upstairs bedroom had theirs in main area. Worked out fine. Thought we would miss range and refrigerator with freezer but made it work. Was a really cool environment

This refurbished barn was perfect for us to stay in with our in-laws. We each had our own side of the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. We walked everywhere and it was a quick ride to HEB. Because they only have mini fridges, there isn't really a working freezer (our ice cream melted.) That would be our only complaint. Aside from that, it had everything else that we needed.

We stayed at this property a couple weeks before Christmas with my three kids and husband. It’s a really neat older, barn-style house. My kids loved the upstairs. It was perfect for three kids. I loved how they left flashlights around because the stairs do get really dark at night so forewarning. It was also really neat that The two bedrooms downstairs were pretty much exact copies of each other, and that they had their own private bathroom, coffee maker, little mini fridge and microwave in each room. There is no stove in the kitchen, but that was no problem for us cause we mostly ate out and anything we needed to heat up leftovers we could because there were three microwaves lol. So, if you’re wanting to cook meals at the house, it probably wouldn’t be the best place for you. The beds are really comfortable, they had plenty of blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. it is a bit of a walk to the main part of Main Street but it’s manageable. I’d say 15-20 minutes to get to the part of Main Street where all the shops are. We loved the antique/farm house style of the place; but if you’re wanting something modern and all new, you probably wouldn’t enjoy it here. They provided plenty of bored games inside and that was fun. I also love how my kids could run around outside on the property. I wish they had a fire pit with some outside chairs that would’ve been perfect. But we enjoyed our stay, and will stay again.

Overall, the lodging was very nice. We arrived later on Friday night, so we had some difficulty finding the house since there were no street lights, and unlocking the door since there were no porch lights on. But the accommodations were great and just right for our group. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a group like ours. Thanks for a good time!

We went to spend few days to get away and relax. This place was great as it accommodated easily the three couples. Each couple has their own room and bathroom.

There was a bug in the bed, hair on the towels and sheets but everything else was fine. Also, must have missed that there wasn't a freezer or oven so had to change plans on making dinner in house.

Ranch house decorated property that was loaded with fun accessories and amenities. Very comfortable beds with large bedrooms and a central great room. Large lot with a wind mill and tractor in the front yard. Our group enjoyed our time at the property and highly recommend!

Ada's Peach St. Hideaway was the perfect place for our Christmas family gathering. I love the privacy of each of the bedrooms and that each had their own bath. Our family loves to be together, but also enjoys their own time. Loved that we could walk to town... we even got out the croquet and played a game!

This property worked out well for our group having three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. It was well appointed with everything we could need.

The place was extremely clean and had all the little things needed when you go away. Those little details show the great experience you desire for your guests. The place had their own climate control ( for every room) which is ideal! Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and thw whole place itself was very unique and cute .

Really great place for a family to meet up together. 3 nice sized separate rooms with their own bath and kitchenette plus a central gathering den and kitchen. Beautiful grounds offered enough space to enjoy outdoors. It would be nice to have a couple of chairs on the nice front porch. �� Really enjoyed our visit!
