My family and I enjoyed the interior and exterior living spaces of this house. It was very well appointed they had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the beach, pool or cycling around the key and having our own pool was just the cherry on top. The property was completely surrounded by a high wooden fence, it was very private. I will be staying at this home again. I highly recommend the property.

Had a great week. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the restaurants. We wanted for nothing.

This is a lovely, quirky home. If you like classic Sarasota School of Architecture design with full length doors and windows, original Terrazzo floors, and naturally aged southern pine on the walls and ceilings, this house is a match for you. It was for me! The pool is huge and heated, and the walk to the beach is 6 minutes. The house is outfitted with anything you might need like beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys. The kitchen is organized and everything is labeled. The outdoor TV is fun! We will return!

The house was a great location. Owners were wonderful in communication. As others have mentioned the layout of the house is a little weird but we made it work. It was a great week

This was one of the most well stocked rental houses we've ever stayed in. There was such a variety of options in all categories of "things": tons of bike, floats, beach chairs, pool lounge chairs, games, kitchen gadgets, etc. Great pool and patio furniture. The beach was close enough to walk and you go straight to an access. The village was an enjoyable 5 min bike ride away. Everything in the house worked well and it felt like we were staying in a home instead of a rental.
Minimal cons:
1. The bike lock provided had seen it's better days and got jammed on our last night at the village and we had to leave the bikes locked and find our own way back. I'm sure this will be replaced for the next stays though. 2. It was only my husband and I, so the layout didn't bother us at all (we actually found it cool/interesting), but it wouldn't be ideal if you were trying for three couples. The master in the back is essentially a mother-in-law full suite that can be accessed through the back patio so you definitely could make it work, but it could be weird. 3. We knew it going in; there is no grass in the backyard (or anywhere on the property), only pavement. Made it very inconvenient to leash up our dogs, then have them "go" on the neighbors grass especially since the pavement is so hot during the day. Again, it wasn't a surprise, but it'll keep us from renting again, because we don't tend to travel without them- the ONLY reason we wouldn't rebook. Otherwise, it is a great rental!!

We enjoyed the openness of the home that allowed for family enjoying time together. Large kitchen/great room/screened in outside/ large pool area. It feels like one big open space. Easy walk to a really wonderful spacious beach. We had great sunrises and sunsets all week. Easy bike ride to the Village. Most importantly, this home allowed us to have a very relaxing enjoyable time at the beach.

We will definitely be back!
This property was perfect for our family of six. We had lots of room. The pool was AMAZING! Perfect distance to the beach and shopping. The only thing I would do different plan on bringing my own 2-ply toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. There wasn’t much there and we had to go get more, which wasn’t a big deal at all! We loved the house and would love to come back!!!!!

If in the fence…do it!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house is amazing and so close to the beach and village. We loved our lazy days floating in the pool and walking a short distance to see the beautiful beach sunsets.

A great time was had by all.
The house was wonderful, pool in the yard is very private and has all the needed pool toys. The beach is a short walk and beach chairs and a wagon to put them in are included. Bicycles to meet the needs of various ages - we used them to ride to Siesta Key Village. Then in the evening there are board games. Really a great experience, we are hoping to do this again next year.

Worked for everyone
Spacious (pictures underestimate roominess) and well maintained. Perfect, storybook outdoor space (magical pool). Well equipped for all your needs- lacked nothing. Five minute beach walk. Traffic in and out of SK required planning and more time due to volume. House needs a deep clean and a few fresh towels but it did not detract from our stay. We have high standards and would rent here again. Rhonda was very accommodating and responsive.

House With Personality
We enjoyed staying in this different kind of vacation rental! The pool and outdoor areas were very nice and we enjoyed late evenings out around the fire pit table. A lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath set up with a lot of character! And a lot of extras included! Well stocked kitchen and everything you need for the beach, all kinds of games, and bicycles!
Close to the beach with Siesta Key Village being about a 15 minute walk.
The owners were great! Communication with them was wonderful! We definitely enjoyed this house with personality!

Beautiful space and pool
Loved the living space and gathering areas. Renter went above and beyond communicating with us over our stay and the parking. The advertising is little off as the futon bedroom/bathroom and master bathroom aren’t as private as indicated. We still made it work by going outside from the master to give the futon bathroom privacy.

A lovely Christmas vacation
We celebrated our family Christmas at this property. Rhonda was quickly responsive to my questions and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, the outside pool area could've used a bit of clean up but we wiped down the furniture and there was a broom available. It was noted in other reviews about the unusual 3 bedroom layout, which is confusing to figure out from the pictures. The queen bedroom has a hall bath right next to it. The middle room with a futon has the large jacuzzi tub, pedestal sink and toilet, which connects to another shower, sink and toilet, then into the laundry room which then leads into the large king bedroom. So, to access the King bedroom, you need to pass through all of those areas or access it from outside in the pool area. We made it work, using the middle room for our 18 month old grandson who enjoyed the big tub like his own swimming pool. Using the laundry room takes coordinating with the occupants of those two rooms. The kitchen, great room and dining room is an awesome space to gather, play games, etc. It was also nice to have beach equipment and bikes to use. The house is very walkable to the beach and into the village. We had a lovely time and would book again if we visit Siesta Key in the future.

Family Vacation
House was clean. Pool was amazing. House had everything we needed. The house setup is a little weird, can only get to master bedroom from outside or through another bedroom. Wasn’t crazy about the master shower head, unable to adjust. All in all we had a great time. Would rent again.

Perfect location
Overall excellent stay, a couple of issues but property mgr quickly addressed. Home is great and under some renovations so it should only get better. Beach access was a 5 min walk, greatly appreciated all the available beach gear at the house plus on property pool was perfect for a few windy rough beach days.
We would recommend for couples or families looking to relax in a gorgeous FL location.

Nice home with private pool
We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is convenient to both the beach and The Village. We have been coming to Siesta for 10 years now and this was the first time we rented an entire house. We loved having a private pool and grill so we could cook and just hang out and swim. The house is a very nice size. The layout is a little strange, but it was nice to have two bedrooms with large beds. The kitchen and living area are nice and large. The owner was great to work with and responded very quickly when we messaged her. Overall a great home that we would stay in again.

Family Vacation!
We sure enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and very well stocked! It was conveniently located by the beach and a short walk to the Village. The layout of the house is very unique, I would consider this a 3 not 4 bedroom. We would definitely rent this beach home again!

My husband and I loved the location of this house in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 5 minute walk to the Siesta beach. Chairs, towels, cooler and buggy to carry it were provided, which was nice. We also loved walking 15 minutes into Siesta Key village every morning to try to find the best coffee. We walked to dinner some evenings and felt very safe walking after dark. The house was very private and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. With the open layout, it was a good spot for entertaining. The rest of the house layout was somewhat funky (must walk thru a bedroom, bathroom and laundry room to get to the master bedroom) but for the two of us (and our daughter for one week) it worked out fine. With covid and working from home, strong wifi was important to us and we never had a problem. We enjoyed the patio surrounding the pool area for exercise, outdoor dining and sunbathing on the windy cooler days. We were the first renters of this vrbo and I made a few suggestions to the owners for the future after we departed. Overall, we enjoyed our month long stay in this very comfortable house.
