I love the individual unit and the AC worked amazing. The shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable.
I didn’t like the stairs to get the unit (there were only three stairs but I had an overweight bag that was incredibly difficult to lift). It would be nice if they added a small ramp to get to the units.

Staff excellent, couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail.
Room very clean and modern with the usual items like tv, air conditioning but also an air purifier which you don't see too often along with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer.
I was there on an aviation photo trip so the location was excellent, it is walkable from Shibayamachiyoda Station at a touch under 5k but I understand most won't attempt it, I had a heavy backpack but also rented a bike so perhaps it was easier for me. That aside it's still fairly easy to get to via public transport you just have to make the effort.
Convenience stores are close by along with a full blown supermarket within easy reach - particularly if you have a rented MTB or road bike.
Washing cloths, cutlery and ear plugs are freely available.
Overall a very nice experience, cleanliness and staff made it what it is.
You only get a frozen meal once a day which you cook in your microwave, there is a free vend coffee machine but nothing for breakfast, a small selection of pastries or even small packs of cereals would have been nice - even if you had to supply your own milk.
Noise - lots of reviews mention aircraft noise and shaking from the lorries from the nearby logistics companies.
We live on a busy main road, earplugs are a daily routine for me at night so I'm used to it but I understand why some people will have problems.
The aircraft noise comes with the territory, you are situated smack next to a runway on a very busy international airport so what do you expect?
That said NRT has a curfew and closes at 2200 until 0600, so the only disturbance though the night should be from the lorries.
Not much in the way of clothes storage like a wardrobe, there were a few coathangars on a wall but there could have been something a little bit more even though I understand space is at a premium in a container.

Just what we needed before an early flight from the airport. Simple compact room with massager chair & bath so we could relax. Breakfast meal of pasta provided which we ate for tea. Laundry was really handy meaning we didn't need to wash anything when we got home.

It is quite special experience living here. They have a self check in machine but also willing to help you operate the machine. They provided free coffee machine and prepared some instant food for us to microwave in our room. They also provide private parking, and only need 5-10 mins walk to a convenience store.
It is not big but got most of the thing you need in the hotel room.
I chose here as I thought here is close to airport, so I returned my rented car the day before I leave Japan. Turns out it is not as close to the airport terminal as I think however it is my choice so I have no complaint.
Since it is a bit close to airport, there will be quite some noise but acceptable.

Staff was so courteous and respectful. Mina did a great job of assisting me when I arrived and offered me for a scheduled taxi drop-off for the following day. Even though she can’t speak English, she made use of her mobile for translation. Cheers!

Parking space was good.
The cost was high. Location is pretty far.

something unique, clean, had all the amenities, close to the airport, good price, free breakfast
can feel the trucks going past every now and then but this was expected given it’s a shipping container

The breakfast was prepackaged Japanese food. I have no idea what it was as I don't read Japanese and the girl on the front desk didn't speak English. She managed to communicate with me that it had to be zapped in the micowave for a couple of minutes. I did that and it tasted good.

Modern and ease of access. Contains all my necessary tools and amenities.
The shipping container shakes every now and then but issue is solved with my ANC sleeping ear buds.

This was one of those unexpected surprises. Clean, comfortable, quiet, & unique. The rooms are good sized and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. You are close to public transit along with Storrs and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the novelty of the property being shipping containers. through head just what you needed.
when heavy trucks or trains went by the unit would shake. The air system in the room could’ve been a little more strategically laid out at the end of the container.
