It was awesome

It was perfect for an overnight stay on our way up north.

It was one bed short of the pics. Thank goodness we packed an air mattress. Everything else was perfect

We stayed for our son's wedding. Neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and well lit. Bathroom had everything we needed. I do want to point out that if you're a large, or very tall person, the shower is but awkward, but it suited our needs.
Having no weight/breed restriction listed, with approval we were able to bring our two big dogs (a Newfoundland, 95#, and a Boxer-mix, 90#), and at a competitive fee.
Communication was great and and host was very accomodating, allowing us to have some family members we hadn't seen in a while hang out a couple of evenings.
There was plenty of seating and the beds had fresh linens. We had our three teens with us. Two slept in the two smaller beds, and one wanted to sleep in the couch. With a pool table and corn hole, our teens were able to entertain themselves on our downtime.
The only thing we were disappointed with was that the two things the kids and we were excited about -- the double-shot basketball hoops game and the foosball table -- were not there, as listed in the description and pictures. I would suggest to the host to update your listing and pictures as soon as possible, or return the games to the room.
Overall great stay in this huge room!

Our family of 8 stayed here as a half-way point on summer vacation. The property was exactly as described- clean, pleasant and easy to access. We ordered pizza, watched a movie, the kids played pool and bags and shot the basketball a couple of times, then we crashed. It is not at all fancy- the couches have slipcovers and one is missing the back cushions, the beds do not have headboards, there was one sharp knife and no oven. But for our purposes, it was *perfect!* It was far cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have had to book and very comfortable. Also, we had a vehicle crisis and Kati was so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kati.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property while spending a couple days at Kentucky Kingdom. Very clean, responsive owners, lots of space, and the young adults and kids loved the pool table and basketball goal. It is one large open space with a small bathroom (shower is very small) but perfect for spending time together and a very affordable place to stay when you have a large family. We will be back next year!

Convenient location and dog friendly. Nice host who was very responsive. Some basic items are there. Bring forks, charcoal, grill brush and paper towels. Might ask if grill still works. The listing advertises games which is why we rented it for our teens but the games were not there or broken. The shower is tiny and not for average or large people. Shower curtain isn’t secure, constantly falling. Covered parking a plus.

The big nice open space was awesome! We needed a place to have a cookout for my mom's birthday/4th of July and this building was very spacious for us. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I WANTED to give this place more stars but there were things that need to be updated on the listing.
There is no basketball hot shot game inside.
There is no foozeball table inside.
The small billiards table was so off balance the balls roll before you can even shoot so it was basically unplayable.
The Cornhole boards kept falling after you hit it with bean bags.
The hot plates on the kitchen do not work
We couldn't get any of them to turn on.
I like getting what I thought I was paying for so very disappointed for the kids to not have anything to really play with like we thought.

If you're looking for a good enough, very inexpensive place for a lot of people to crash, this house is perfect. It's basically a giant room with 3 queen sized beds, 2 smaller couches, and a lot of space to put up air mattresses. It's got a bathroom with a decent shower, a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and sink, and plenty of space. The place has some quirks and is a little rough around the edges, but it's got everything you need for a short stay. Is it the nicest or most luxurious place? No. Is it one of the best bargains you'll find on VRBO? Yes!

Easy peezy
Great place with lots of room for everyone. It was a little tough to find lol. We are here twice a year and will be back, for sure! One thing we missed was a stove/stove top for cooking. Really enjoyed the place and the kids (6) had a blast. Low key and comfortable

Excellent value for large family
My husband and I stayed here four days with our eight children and one friend. The home was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The beds and couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our additional air mattress. No other place could we stay with 11 people for this amazingly low price! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor basketball, and we also enjoyed slow mornings on the porch and hammock, and evenings around the fire pit. The shower is tiny but the water is stayed hot. There is no oven, dishwasher, or washing machine, which we survived without, but it’s good to know so you can plan.
We didn’t see the owners even though their home is on the same property. They gave us privacy, but were available when I messaged with a question.
Overall, I’d recommend this guest house for a low cost, family friendly place to stay!

Great place for Bigger Families
We really enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty to do for our 5 boys. they really enjoyed the pool table, arcade basketball and the corn hole games. Also they liked playing basketball outside. The owners answered any questions And concerns we had very quickly. We enjoyed the fire pit at night the kids roasted marshmallows. The garage is in the backyard of a house but the occupants were very quiet and we only seen them a couple times but were friendly and didn’t bother us in the least. The house is Also located on the side of an apartment complex but there is a privacy fence located on that side. Everything was adequate and it was a nice pit stop on the way to gaitlinburg tennesse. Thanks so much for everything!

Could use more privacy
Apartment complexes on both sides where they certainly aren't quiet. Didnt really affect us though. Also didnt realize this property is in the backyard of what I assume is a duplex owned by the same people I rented from. They (whoever lives in the duplex) were super quiet we barely even saw them. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Not that I wouldnt stay again but I'd probably look for something a little more secluded before booking here. Owners were really nice and kept in contact.

Nice but a little misleading
It did have everything it said it had, but the pictures were definitely strategically taken. No issues with the cleanliness, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were so many crickets on the property and the walls so thin it was hard to sleep. Not sure how much control they have over that, but that's the downside of being in a barn.
Also, while I did have router access and the speed was fine; it was the issue of constantly disconnecting that drove me crazy. I went out and bought an eternet and still couldn't stay connected.

Would stay here again
Could not get WI-FI to work even after sever attempts to reset the router. This was the only thing that did not meet the description of the property.
I would stay here again.

Was a great place to stop on our way to North Carolina. Was a minor issue with another family that was supposed to check out but Chad fixed it promptly.

Great space for families!
We very much enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Loved that there was room for the whole family and Things like a pool table for the bigger kids. Not for you if you want privacy from others staying with you but perfect if you are wanting time together. Shower is really small but water was hot forever. Owners were great with communication and very accommodating. We will definitely be renting again.

It was different than most being it was a shed not a house. It was clean. The bathroom was small but everything worked well. Had a pool table and basketball shoot and bean bag toss game. The beds were ok, ours kind of rolled to the middle lol. It had extra seating outside which was nice. Just know that it is a different kind of house but i believe it had everything that most people need in an overnight stay. I had one complaint but nothing to do with the house, i just heard sirens several times that night, so it must have been close to a station.
